Lunch portion fried shrimp w/ 2 sides . Delicious brocolli salad

This is a great restaurant all around. The service is great, delicious foods and priced right. If you like onions rings they have the best onion rings hands down! It is light yet crispy and not oily at all. I had a lunch portion fried shrimp with 2 sides ( mine was broccoli salad ; delicious and mash potatoes; equally good). We will definitely come back when in area visiting family

We were in the area and Yelped a good restaurant to have lunch. We found Country Cook'n At The Circle Restaurant. Checked the menu and decided to give it a try. Great selection of food whether you want a club sandwich or pot roast, and everything in between. The two of us got the turkey club and the other pot roast. Two also had the beef stew. The beef stew was very hearty and delicious. The club sandwich had fresh baked turkey, bacon, tomato, lettuce and mayo on delicious thickly sliced toasted bread. It was so big the two of us could only eat one half. Took the other half to go. The pot road was two thick slices that were super tender, with gravy on the mashed potatoes. Delicious. Beside the food being delicious, I took home a piece of Lemon Meringue pie. Best pie I ever had! I love Lemon Meringue pie and never have it much. I occasionally get it to go, but this is the best one yet! Delicious! They have several other locations around Lake Winnipesaukee, so if you're vacationing in the area, or happen to be in the area, check them out!

We decided to stop in Epsom for lunch on our way to visit friends in New Durham. We were seated in the back dining room, which was very quiet and peaceful. Jane, our server, greeted us and took our drink order. We were surprised when we landed at the Manchester airport earlier that the temperature was in 50's. So, when we saw beef stew on the menu, we knew we wanted it. The stew was thick and rich. It was loaded with chunks of beef, potatoes and carrots - just yummy.

They ran out of a few food selections and the day before they had to briefly close and reopen to restock. I quickly decided to order a Breakfast Sandwich ($5 plus tax) with Housemade Sausage ($4 plus tax), a Side French Toast ($3 plus tax) and they had self serve cucumber water. My breakfast was freshly prepared by Tyler in the kitchen and Sara brought out my food. The French Toast was thick and soft, smothered with orange custard brown butter and NH maple syrup on the side. The breakfast sandwich had a fried egg, white cheddar cheese, tomato onion jam, and a thick grilled housemade sausage patty on a soft brioche bun. Both breakfast items were great and filling. I will have to try one of their smash burgers next time!

I arrived at Logan on a Thursday morning and my family picked me up and brought me here around 8AM. It was the Fourth of July so it was pretty busy at the diner but the staff were very kind, very quick at providing drinks, and gave us time to look over the menu and place our order. This was my first time eating here so when I saw Country Fried steak on the menu I knew I needed to give it a try. The plate was practically on fire when it was served so after giving it 30 seconds I couldn't help but dig in and I absolutely loved this meal. The country fried steak tasted exactly how I thought a small town country fried steak would taste and the same goes for the toast, potatoes, and eggs I had on the side. Was it the absolute best I've ever eaten? No, but sometimes all you want is exactly what they give you and that's exactly what the case was here. On top of the food being good, this place was decorated in Northwood history while the front end sold bread and baked goods that were made locally, what else could you ask for? Overall, a big thumbs up for the Northwood Diner. The friendly staff, tasty food, and small town charm this diner offers is everything I sometimes miss about living in New England.
