    a salad in a box

Always a good healthy option and very quick service. Fresh ingredients. This is my go to, it's cheaper then a combo at McDonald's too.

Nice healthy lunch option!!! I did a "build your own" salad with mixed lettuce, grilled chicken, avocado, peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, and banana peppers. Tzatiki dressing and light parmesan cheese. Large size is $9, starter is $6. Add chicken for $3, avocado for $2. Service was friendly and fast! Food was fresh and tasty. It's similar to Freshii. They also have soups, wraps, and rice bowls. Way pleased with my healthy lunch.

Whole bowl # 1 with grilled chicken

I'm lucky I guess cuz I didn't really have to wait. Thank goodness. I'm terribly impatient at times. I ordered the No. 1 whole bowl with the grilled chicken. It's reminiscent of the Chipotle experience. The ingredients are fresh tasting with some nice kick to it. I didn't have to wait long at all for the food to arrive maybe 5-10 minutes. It was a decent portion and came in a nice size bowl. If you know me, I'm starting to lose my ability to eat a lot. That's a good thing. So this was perfect for me. I'll come back for other healthy items. Ambiance was nice and casual and Bright. The staff friendly enough. The price paid was abit higher than normal but worth it.

    Try the whole bowls!

It's so convenient to just pop by and grab a poke bowl and pokerrito. I love how they have such a big selection of fish and toppings to choose from. I used to opt for the pokerrito, but they realllly stuff it and it's been getting really messy, so now I usually go for the regular poke bowl. My favourite combos are their crab meat, edamame, cherry tomatoes, corn, tomago, pineapple and seaweed salad. I especially love how the crab meat tastes (and texture is) exactly like the ones I get from my favourite sushi place. You can choose between brown, white rice, salad, or a mix for the base. However, you just get their kale salad (an extra 1.50?), it's absolutely delicious. Their portion sizes aren't bad either, depending on who makes it. Service is hit or miss! Depending on who works, you'll either get great, good or mid service. I'd say I get at least good service 75% of the time, which is pretty high considering I go pretty often! My only real complaint is that their prices keep going up, up, up (yes I understand inflation) but their portions have been around the same or even less.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!…read more Wow, just wow. I've been here a few times before and it has never been THIS bad. Today, we went in. The lady behind the counter could hardly understand me. While taking my order, another women came up and they started looking at an iPad about a SkipTheDishes order. I had to wait for them to finish to keep ordering. They where supposed to put guacamole on my 1 salad, and they charged me for it, plus a random 50 cent charge for banana peppers I never ordered. Like what ? Ok fine. I told them about the 50 cent charge and she just replied "yes". I'm like, why am I being charged for banana peppers I didn't order, again she just says "yes". Frustrated I say ok whatever. No point to argue over a few cents. Go outside, I see not only did they not even put in the banana peppers they charged me for; but, the guacamole I paid $3 for was not in the salad either. So now I've paid $3.50 for things I didn't receive . Pretty irritating ! Open my other salad and they forgot to put tomatoes on it. I go back to the store and ask them, hey, you guys charged me for this and forgot to put it on. She replies "yes, guac is extra" like, I know. I've paid for it but didn't get it. They argued with me for about 5 minutes before handing me a tiny container of guacamole. To top it all off, after arguing, paying nearly $30 for 2 salads, I finally get to eat, and there's a fly in my lettuce. Seriously, I don't understand what happened here today. I was charged for several things I didn't receive, then had to argue to get what I paid for, then I found a fly in my lettuce . I used to come here pretty often but that's going to change. I suggest everybody stay far away- go somewhere else. The chopped leaf down town or the one In Port Coquitlam are MUCH better. You actually get what you pay for without being argued with. Pretty disgusted with my experience here today.

For happy hour, we got the dips and chips and truffle fries to share. The dips and chips were good with a good variety of dip but I wished there was more dip in the bowls. The truffle fries were ok. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout, which made the visit feel welcoming. Unfortunately, the food let the whole experience down. Even during happy hour, the prices were on the higher end, and what arrived at the table was cold. For a brunch spot where the meal is supposed to be the centerpiece, that's a hard thing to overlook. I'd love to come back just for drinks and the atmosphere, but until the kitchen catches up with the rest of the experience, I can't recommend it as a food destination. The bones are great -- hopefully the execution follows.

Somehow their system glitched and texted us with a message saying that our place in line was canceled, but when we called in to ask why it got canceled, they said they weren't sure why it happened, but our table would be ready in 18 minutes, so we started heading over from Willowbrook Mall. However, when we got there about 18-20 minutes later, they said our table wasn't ready yet and it would be at least another 15 minutes. Their system is clearly dysfunctional and disorganized. We wasted a significant amount of time for something that should have been time saving and straight forward. Now on with the actual dining experience. We enjoyed their breadsticks, although we did find they had less butter and seasoning on them than before. Their chicken gnocchi soup was satisfying. I enjoyed their chicken masala dish. I enjoyed both fruity ice tea options that they offered. However, neither of them had distinctive flavors. I left very full and had leftovers. Our server was attentive, but not overbearing. The glitches with the reservation were terrible and because of that lowered my rating. Our server for the dining portion of our evening was good.

The bathroom stalls were dirty in the corners and there was a lot of toilet paper on the floor instead of in the toilets, which happened to be un flushed. There was no wait for a table and our request for a booth was granted, conveniently next to a wall plug, which my dying phone desperately needed. Our server was efficient and mostly professional but we could tell something was bothering him. Slight attitude, but we didn't take it personally. At the end he seemed to chipper up and even gave my husband his free Birthday desert with no problems at all. The best part of the entire meal were the breadsticks which were amazing! Soft and warm, with the perfect light crunch on the outside and delicious buttery flavour. The rest of the food sadly wasn't as good as I remembered The salad was a bit lacklustre. Could barely tasted the dressing on it, the lettuce was wilted and the croutons were rock hard. We chose 2 Fettuccine Entrees to share- the crispy chicken Alfredo (which of the two was by far superior) but the sauce was too thick and rich. I couldn't eat much. We also chose the Steak Gorgonzola Fettuccine. It came with Blue Cheese (which overwhelmed the entire dish) spinach & sun-dried tomatoes (barely enough to even mention) and the streak tips which were the best part of the dish. Balsamic was requested on the side as I am not a fan. Once again the Alfredo sauce was way too thick, that along with the overly strong cheeses made it nearly inedible. Perhaps the sauce had sat all day, (as we did come just before 9pm) but one would hope that it would still be made fresh ?? I ordered a Bellini after our server confirmed they did have a blender. Sadly this was not the type of Bellini that you would normally get at say Joeys or Cactus or even Old Spaghetti Factory. It was creamy and kinda bland. A grenadine topper would helped tremendously. Normally I would have mentioned these issues to our server, but the vibe was kinda off so we just didn't bother. Not the best Birthday Dinner, but could of been worse
