On the day of the appointment, I was asked to come in earlier. I wasn't able to, but said I could come in later. She agreed. I made the mistake of assuming it would be with the same person, I was wrong. The massage was just ok, it did not hit any of the same spots as the massage by the first woman, and I honestly left feeling upset and more tense than when I got there. I realize this is a first world problem, but I don't spend money on myself often. Not to mention it did nothing to help my pain, the whole reason I booked a second appointment.

There was an employee in a break room nearby who was constantly belching loudly. This was actually far from sketchy or that could mean I've just been to a lot of sketchier things hahahaha. I firmly believe in going to different schools for services like hair, skin, massage care...because hey why not support a future professional...they have to learn and practice and I don't mind paying less! It was easy to call and leave a message for my preferred date and time. I called in the morning and received a call back that afternoon (when there was clinic). There are limited days and hours that the students have clinic so keep that in mind. It worked out for me because luckily there are evening hours. Check in was easy and at the time of my service a 1 hour massage is listed as $40, no add ons available that I know of. You pay before starting. Josie was my student and she greeted me and asked if I had visited before. I had not so she gave me a brief rundown as she guided me to the changing area. It's a large dimly lit room with multiple massage beds. Relaxing spa music was playing which is great for potentially snoring or awkward breathing sounds which could occur. I was given a very large sheet which I appreciated as some other places I swear try to give me the smallest square of fabric possible, barely covering all the goodies....not an issue here though! I took of everything but my panties in order to need impede on her flow. She led me to her massage bed and I hopped on! She asked if there were any specific areas I would like addressed and I told her my lower back gets on/off tightness. I received a full body massage and always felt properly draped at all times. Pressure was applied and changed as needed on various body parts and she checked in with me to ask if I was ok multiple times. I had an amazing experience! I tipped her in cash after my service...so be sure to bring some cash for your student. My first time here and will definitely be back when I'm in the area! As with any service based school, of course your experience will vary depend on who services you but verbally everyone will have the basics down to be able to service you...I've not had any issues and hope the same for you LOL If you've read this far thanks! You're a real one :) Pro tip...upon opening the door to enter...there are stairs immediately leading DOWN....do not try to run in or you will definitely be eating some stairs...potentially looking like an awkward slow mo cartoon gone wrong.

The ethereal background music was lovely and relaxing. You start with a brief warm foot soak. The practitioner wipes down your feet in the water with a cloth. Then props them up on the foot rest and goes to town. They worked each foot then leg from the knee down. Every single one of my toes got their own, skilled massage. It was heaven! The masseuse found and worked on my problem spots without me even saying anything. Left a big tip, obviously. I'll be back for another soon and to try out their other affordably priced services.

I booked the reservation through classpass for 1:30 and i came 15 minutes early. I could tell the lady wasn't expecting me until she asked if it was classpass. She overlooked the reservation and asked if I can come later around 2:30. I was able to coordinate with her and came back at 2 for the massage, so tip is if you book through classpass i would call to confirm. The interior is small and there is no privacy for foot massages, only shoulder massages. That didn't bother me though, just something to consider. It was my first time getting a foot massage and i thought i would laugh cuz my foot is ticklish but it was very nice and she was very good at it. The shoulder massage was also good as well. I did leave a tip as should everyone, and she did apologize for not seeing the reservation but she was really sweet and definitely a small business to check out!

We were looking for a relaxing hour, and for the price, it got the job done... but it wasn't an experience I'd necessarily seek out again. The vibe was a little different than most places I've been. You pay before your service (and tip afterward), which threw me off a bit, and the overall experience felt more transactional than welcoming. There wasn't much interaction beyond getting us checked in and started. My boyfriend opted for a massage and thought it was fine--not amazing, not bad, just okay. I went with the 60-minute foot reflexology. The foot portion was actually really good and exactly what I was hoping for. As is typical with reflexology, part of the session included an arm and shoulder massage, but this one was a little too enthusiastic. I left wondering if my arms were going to stay attached. A gentler touch would've gone a long way lol... The reflexology area was a large room with multiple chair/beds per usual at a place like this, though I happened to be the only person there during my visit, while the massage rooms were private (per usual). Overall, if you're looking for an affordable massage or reflexology session, this place will do the trick. It just lacked that relaxing, welcoming atmosphere that makes me excited to come back. I'm not opposed to returning, but I also wouldn't go out of my way to do so.

I wasn't sure if I needed an appointment so I called at 10am this morning (Thursday) and asked if I could get a one hour foot massage right away? Nice woman who answered the phone said yes and to come on in...I was pretty happy. I arrived less than 15 minutes later and said that I had just called and what I would like. The man at the desk asked if I was going to use cash or credit, I said cash and asked about the early bird discount; he said there was no discount. It's not about the $4.50 off, but since it is prominently advertised on the website - moving banner ad on top AND the "specials" tab - is it really just a way of getting people in early? I said "OK, but it is on your website"... he said NO. Alrighty then, but 2 photos attached to show that it is! Massage itself was nice, but I would have loved a hand towel to cover the pillow I was leaning against. I realized that I had just showered and washed my hair, and who knows how old that pillow was? I tipped him 20%, barely got a thank you and out I went. If I really needed it I would return with lower expectations AND my own towel to lie on!
