First off, they put a rack right outside with great summer options! I had a handful of items before I even went inside! Upon entering, the very nice cashier greeted me and asked if this was my first time here. Since it was, she immediately got up to show me around! Nice touch. On the first floor they have maternity and LOTS of baby clothes/toys/books/baby gear. Before heading upstairs, they have some junior sized dresses, both formalwear as well as regular summer dresses. Upstairs, they have everything else. Boys clothes/shoes (toddler to teens) as well as a huge section for the girls, again from toddler to teen sizes. The shoe selection could have been better, but that's ok. All the clothes were in great condition, great name brands. I always like finding Justice brands, as I never shop in the store because of their outrageous prices. So finding items for a few bucks including some shoes (found a pair of sandals for $7, I know they cost about $30 in the store) was a great find! For my teenager, they had LOTS of shorts, I'll have to go back to have her pick out more, before it gets hotter and they all fly off the shelves. When I was done (believe me, I had to control myself from grabbing more), I got two bags full of stuff and only spent $100! I couldn't have walked out of Justice with two outfits for $100, so this was a huge win for me! So if you like great clothes for a bargain, go check this place out. You won't regret it. Make sure you ask for coupons, I got a 20% off coupon for my next visit, which I will be using to buy my daughter a formal dress for the 8th grade dance. Also, they are having a $50 gift card giveaway for referring a friend.

And without asking me what was wrong with the product or why I was even returning it, she quickly assumed that it was already used and that therefore she could not make this return for me. She threw my things in the bag and didn't even ask me anything else. I will never come back to this location, and if you can DO NOT buy if you are in a rush. This place has terrible customer service Monday afternoons. I had all the information needed to complete this return, and yet still got horribly serviced.

The air conditioning clearly isn't working -- it was uncomfortable just walking around. I saw employees working in short sleeves with fans blowing on them at the registers. One even mentioned it's been like this for quite some time. It's not just unpleasant -- it feels unsafe for both staff and customers in this kind of heat. They must have been burnt so many times that they have every safe guard set to protect themselves. The young lady working the day I went to pick up my items was very to the point. I didn't sell any of my items in 3 months which was fine (18 out of 20 items were clothing items new with tags). I was in there for about an hour an a half looking for my unsold items after the consignment period ended. I found 19 out of 20. I gave up on the last item. I was still planning to try to sell another group/type of items. However, after going to retrieve my unsold items, and feeling unvalued as a consignee, I have decided not to sell there again.
