I wasn't in love with anything that they had at the time but to be fair they were changing between season...I would describe their style as a street style meets country western...not sure if the fit is right for me though but they do feel very comfortable. He walked to the back of the store and continued whatever he was doing with "maybe inventory". He had no desire to interact or be friendly or kind to customers or to help his co-worker in any way. It took me a long, long time to get checked out. This was on a Wednesday early afternoon time.

Also they had no issues taking an e-gift card that I had which had no sku to scan. The person at the register types the code in with absolutely no argument. You wouldn't believe how many stores refuse to type in gift card codes... I'm looking at you Kroger.

I would best describe their stuff as functional and efficient. A cross between REI and LL Bean. Their fabrics are usually a cut above others and marry performance with function. This store in Kennesaw opened June 28,2019 in the same shopping center as the Michaels, Aldi and Petsmart. It's across the street from the never enough cashiers working Costco https://goo.gl/maps/jg5TwhGmSa6fnYFs7 The company is owned by the Finnish giant Fiskar (you know the orange handle scissors company) The company also owns The Royal Copenhagen brand, Waterford and Royal Albert. On the day that we went it was grand opening so tons of sales and specials. There are plenty of parking spots and every cash register was open and checking people out. The sales people here are super well trained and are very attentive. They have tons of knowledge on how the item is made and what sets it apart from the rest. I am really glad they are here and can't wait to return when the crowd dies down a bit.

Loft outlet quality reminds me of Target but their sizing runs a tad smaller than Target's. Their pants are cut smaller than Ann Taylor's and their accessories are much trendier than Ann Taylor which tends to be more classic. I think am going back for the blue/yellow plaid when the ice clears on the roads. Checkout was easy and friendly. A wide variety of cutesy, girlie stuff. Mostly casual, but a nice break from Ross or Marshalls. BTW, I got that belt I needed from Wal-Mart on the way home. And I found a sweatshirt to match my red/purple plaid kicks. When they drew a small doodle (non-offensive or malicious) and apologized immediately when told it was not allowed - an employee (a man in his 40s/50s) approached them and spoke to them in a condescending way. He lingered, brought another customer into the interaction, and made comments about teenagers to the other customer - despite the moms unbeknownst to them - being right there the whole time. A different employee later told us there even are "special sensors" in that aisle and implied police have been called about marker use. She said it was vandalism. That contradicted the visible situation (the aisle was covered with paper and marker testers) and she couldn't explain why no signage warns customers if it is such a big issue. I called corporate for the first time in my life - and they were surprised by how extreme the store's explanation sounded. This felt unnecessary and humiliating for children who were respectful and apologetic. We will not be returning to this location. If you have teens who enjoy art, I'd recommend trying the Cobb Parkway store instead.

I usually go to Atlanta or Woodstock for hair appointments, but I said let's support our local businesses. She told me to text her the day before. I called two days earlier. Ms. Zoe said she would call me back. She did not. I texted her the day before as she asked. She replied sorry I won't be able to do your daughter's hair. Thank God I did not schedule this the day before picture day.
