I'm a fan of online shopping for most items but with shoes it's still tricky. Yes Zappo is great but sometimes it's just better to try them on at the store to see how they fit and how roomy they will be when you put on a pair of socks or after wearing them for a little while. I like the selections of Journeys. They usually have all the top brands like Converse, Vans, Timberland, Clarks, etc. Customer service is a hit or a miss though. Sometimes you get great service and sometimes you get a "please leave the store" attitude. Their prices are on point with what everyone else charges so that's a good thing.

They were stocking up, but there were boxes all over the place, and the aisles were really messy. An older cashier lady was sweeping floors around the cash register when I walked in. I was told it was a great line of Brazilian hair but my hair stylist said it looked like dog hair. The hair matted up, shed, and tangled within 2 days!!!!!! I complained to the manager immediately who then told me that it was nothing she could do because she had to make money. I had to remove the hair after having it in only 2 days!! I lost over $350 which included the hair purchase and the install. Spend your dollars elsewhere. Don't say you haven't been warned!!

When we were about to leave out the store because we were being treated like common criminals an security guard and police officer was waiting at the entrance. The alarm went off as I exited the store again. So I we walked out and headed down the mall and almost entered a different when the police and security l followed us to the store and told me I needed to go back to the store be searched, it was completely embarrassing I have never in my life been treated like that before. We went back to the store I informed the the police and security guard that once I was searched I would like an apology. Once entered the store I informed the store associate that I wanted an apology after being searched, they all refused. Noone would apologize, they were rude and did not even care that you do not accuse people of being a thief without apologizing. They all could have apologized and would not. I was wrongly followed by store associates, police and security guards. I have never been to jail in my entire 39 years of my life. I would never risk my life for nothing or anyone. The store is very racist, I was followed, harrassed and searched in Tommy Hilfiger. The police security guard was called to follow me and searched, I will never go in the store again and I will also let the world know how racist they are. I couldn't finish shopping because I was embarrassed and my niece cried hysterically. My niece was completely frightened. The entire situation could have been handled differently but yet I was treated like a thief.

I am familiar with RA Cosmetics and their products are almost always sold out in South Georgia. I was delighted to discover that I had a business training in Norcross. I made it over there before and after my training. I purchased the whipped Cocoa butter and Shea butter. It is absolutely amazing. Had my skin looking absolutely radiant. I also purchased the whipped Shea butter which is fabulous. The scents are just right not over powering at all. (Yes I stocked up.) Their kokum butter works very well. I use it on my lips. The shampoo and conditioner are fantastic too. Let's not forget about the Batana styling butter. Will be my new go to. I definitely recommend RA Cosmetics. My whole family swears by their products.

Maybe it is just this location but now it seems more like just a mess of a place. No help... there was basically one person here behind the register for 90% of the time we were in here. Later after we were almost done I saw another employee come in. During the whole two hours we were in here we got zero help! The place is a disaster and finding things took a bunch of time... stuff all mixed together, things tossed around, and just a lack of organization. It looked like it started out to be organized but just had not been kept up. The lighting in here SUCKS! Trying to hold things together to see if things looked good together was a practice in futility. Seriously I was walking all over trying to find good light to see if this black pants match this black suit coat and such. It was so hard to tell... tip... there is pretty good light up by the register by the jewelry area. Not great but better. We spent two hours in here and eventually pieced a suit together for my sons first homecoming... see pics. It looks good... it is not greatly maid and still cost over 600 for everything. I feel like it is a one and done suit... maybe two times but it just felt cheaply made for the cost. However he liked it and he looked stylin in it... so we bought it. If it had not been for homecoming we would have left this store. I am a tenacious shopper. I will hunt and dig and fight to find what we need... and that is what is needed to shop here for sure. My son looks good in the suit... he is happy that we were able to find something with only a week to go before the dance and I was glad to be able to be his guide in the process!
