Nearby businesses includes I Hop, Waffle House, Ulta Beauty, Taco Mac, Petsmart, Dollar Tree, T J Maxx and Game Stop. The store sells mainly name brand shoes at a deep discount. Some of the brands that they offer includes Adidas, Nike, Sperry Dockers, Caters, Caterpillar, Converse, Puma and K-Swiss. They also sell purses, hats, socks scarves and accessories. How they differ from a TJ Maxx or a Marshall's is that they have a bigger selection and more sizes. They also carry some of the harder to find sizes such as size 5.5 or 4 for women. I've never had luck at this location with finding anything that I like so that's the reason it's getting a 3 star. Re. Sole elliptical machine ordered from store 301 in Canton, GA…read more Paid for delivery and assembly. Elliptical machine was not assembled correctly: 1) Handles were installed upside down. 2) Power cable was run underneath machine instead of through the frame and will become worn with use as the machine is actually resting on top of the cable. 3) This incorrectly installed cable also makes the machine base unstable and renders the machine unusable due to the instability. 4) Rear panel was not attached and fell off on first use. 5) Parts fell off on first use. 6) The adjusting feet on the bottom of the frame are missing, so the frame actually rests on the ground rather than on the feet it was supposed to rest on. 7) Re. the point about the adjusting feet, there were no spare or loose parts left by the assemblers, so I must assume that they took any leftover parts with them to cover up their incompetence. After paying over $1000 for a machine and additional fees for assembly, this is not acceptable. The Assembly personnel were incompetent, resulting in these issues and the unusable condition of the machine. The two assembly personnel arrived at 5PM and spent 4 hours incorrectly assembling the machine, leaving shortly after 9PM. That said, I would advise people to steer clear of Dick's incompetent assemblers and pass on the offer of equipment assembly when purchasing equipment from this retailer. Assemble it yourself and avoid the headaches and being left with a machine that is not usable. To be honest, this is the first time I have ordered assembled equipment and it was delivered unassembled to the house. Most retailers have staff dedicated to the assembly of items, which are assembled in the store and delivered to the house in an assembled state. This deficient approach to the assembly of customer's orders baffles me. EDIT 11 Feb 2025: We have been in contact with both Dick's Sporting Goods customer service and Sole Fitness warranty service but this issue still has not been resolved. We are still stuck with an unusable elliptical machine.

I called Tuesday as instructed by her and told them as to what she had told me...I was told 'no can do'. Asked for a manger and she said 'no can do'...that "Online orders are pulled already and shipped back and they cannot override them" Later that day I got an email from Kohls saying thanks for your pickup. WELL I just ignored the email until the bill came today and sure enough it is on the credit card bill?!! I am basically DONE with Kohls. They have lost a faithful life long customer since they opened in Canton. I guess the manager took my order? So much pulled for return to online center?!
