Fettuccini Alfredo with broccoli and steak

Sammy was a great waitress, very attentive to us at the table. she was not pushy. She was very polite. The food was delicious. Enjoyed every bite and the bread that they gave us was warm and delicious.

Stopped by for my free birthday slice. I love cheesecake and the different flavors they have. My go to for dessert! Friendly service, easy to grab a slice and go!

Orange cauliflower

Came in and only waited a couple of munutes to be seated. Our waitress was nice and attentive. Ordered the avocado egg rolls, avocado toast and rice cakes with crabs as our appetizers. All came out hot and delicious. The avocado toast had creamy avocado with slices of avocado, arugula and tomatoes on it. The rice cake was nicely cooked where it wasn't too chewy. A good heap of citrus crab on top. The avocado egg rolls came nicely hot with pack of flavor. My grandma ordered the orange cauliflower with brown rice. It was good but a bit too sweet for her liking. I had the Korean fried chicken with white rice. It was delicious! I just wish it had more avocado and sauce to it. My sister ordered the truffle chicken and the flavor of it was too strong. She tried a bite and just couldn't. I also tried a bite and believe the truffle flavor was too much. Naturally truffle is strong but its not cut with anything to truly help balance it. The waitress took it back and my sister asked for the Thai noodles. About 15 minutes later, we were told that they ran out of the noodles. So she ended up opting for cheese flatbread pizza. She enjoyed it. Also the waitress offered the side ceasar salad as my sister waited for her pizza. Such a lot for a side and perfect amount of dressing. We truly appreciated the manager on duty coming out to explain how sorry they were.

Skinny crispy chicken sandwich

Overrated. High prices for sub par food. I had the skinny crispy chicken sandwich. $19 for a sandwich and 'salad'. The 'salad' consisted of just green and a dressing that was disgusting! It just was the right location where I needed to be later that night. Next time, just grabbing the cheesecake!

Always ready for The Cheesecake Factory. Love this place. Staff is fantastic. Food is consistently delicious. Dessert is incredible. Clean / open and spacious dinning area.

Their happy hour apps and small meal portions was A+. Wow I was impressed - it gives options for smaller portions and more affordable pricing with large families. Thank you guys for strategically expanding your menu. Their happy hour is 4-6 pm

Amazing service every time we come here, this time we had the pleasure of having Ashley as our wonderful waitress. She was patient with our kids and had our drinks and food out quickly, she was on top of it all! Good music and good vibes all around the restaurant. Delicious food and drinks, my cappuccino tasted like the ones I used to drink in Italy and it's the best one I've had in Rhode Island! Can't wait to come back! My husband and kids let me try their food and all amazing dishes and I didn't have room to finish my French toast! Bring your family or yourself and have some delicious food and amazing service!

Great drinks, great cheesecake, great staff, good vibes all around. One of the biggest perks is that it's open every day as opposed to many other Providence restaurants which are closed many days of the week. They have restaurant seating, and the menu serves almost anything you'd want. And then they also have a little high top seating area near the bar which is self-seating! My friends and I came here after dinner for some drinks and dessert and it was just lovely. We ordered some cheesecakes to share which are always so rich and delicious. The menu is also with every single type of cheesecake you would like. Some favorite cheesecakes include: oreo dream, triple berry, classic with strawberry. Parking: some street parking available, but best to park in the Providence Place mall garage, free parking for 2hours :)

Tuscan Chicken - extremely tasty!
Robert I.

The 'so-called' hostess is awful! Not a smile, a greeting or even a hello when guests arrive at reception area. She 'grunts' and motions to wait for her at the top of the stairs. Then, she takes you to a booth, motions with her arm to sit down, puts a menu on table and leaves! Not one word or a 'crack' in her serious frown. She needs to be re-trained or replaced! I had Tuscan Chicken - loaded with tasty veggies and a light, tasty sauce. But, the chicken was a bit tough and stringy - had to do a lot of chewing to get it down. My waiter was a very charming, friendly, attentive and smiling young man, by the name of Austin! He made the entire experience very worthwhile and pleasant! He deserves a Raise!

I'm actually super surprised I had a great experience Get the meatballs and potstickers for apps ! The salads and the chicken dishes are good portions. Chicken isn't dry and everything was flavorful. I'll be coming back and it's a great spot to take someone for lunch

Peach Bellini style drink
Kerri L.

My husband and I ate there after shopping at the Providence Place mall. It was a little late to go anywhere else so we decided to eat at the cheesecake factory. We ordered stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer. I ordered a peach Bellini kind of drink and my husband ordered a dirty martini. Drinks were presented nicely. There was no option for gluten free bread which was a bummer, and the avocado egg rolls I wanted were already batch prepared with red bell peppers (which I'm allergic to). Bummer! My husband ordered ribeye with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The broccoli was freakishly large. It just didn't seem natural. I ordered the steak Diane with mashed potatoes. My steak medallions were dry but doused with the mushroom sauce. The restaurant was busy. Our table was surrounded by two other tables within arm length. Our waitress was attentive. Our dinners were "ok" but for the $200 bill at the end of the night we will not be back. There are far superior restaurants charging the same price within walking distance.

Vivian A.

Delicious cheesecake! I stopped in just to get a quick slice of cheesecake to satisfy my sweet tooth and I'm so glad I did! I wasn't expecting everything to be fully stocked since I came in late night but there were so many options to choose from. I loved how everything was organized and clean. The staff were so friendly and made my transition quick and easy.

Ask the Community - The Cheesecake Factory

We have 14 people 3 are children and would like to make a reservation for Thursday night the 18th at 6 pm. Our oldest granddaughter is off to college and this was her only request. Will you allows us to make that reservation?

We were lucky that another patron decided they wanted a table versus the chef's seat at the counter. For us, this is the perfect place to sit because it lets you take in the whole experience. The ambiance was great. I had the same great Negroni as last time, but also had a new take on an Old Fashioned called the Dinner Jacket. Very yummy! Our server was very pleasant and attentive. We ordered the Kohlrabi Caesar and sesame focaccia again. It was as great as the first time. The focaccia is amazing. My wife ordered the Anolini for her entree, and I ordered the fabulous rack of lamb cooked in the wood-fired oven. It was simply amazing. We ended by splitting the warm apple tart. Everything was fabulous...my rating is the same. Go and enjoy yourself.

Luckily we did make reservation for early dinner so we were able to find parking right away. We got there early so the restaurant wasn't open yet. We took a walk around the Westminster for a bit until the place was open. We were sat down right away. Inside is cozy with dim lights and open kitchen and some tables. They have few outside seating available as well. We started with some appetizer raw fish and combo as well as kohlrabi Caesar. We got black bass and a seasonal fish with combo that included lightly roasted oysters, shrimp and squid. All seafood was directly sourced from local port and fresh. Seafood appetizer was delicious. The caesar was interesting. I've never had kohlrabi but it reminded me of radish and it was tasty. Personally i would have preferred little less salt and olive oil so that flavor of the raw ingredient stand out more but was not too bad. My entree was the seafood risotto. Flavorful risotto with some seafood on top. Was a bit messy to eat because of the shells but was flavorful. The crab and shellfish itself was small and a bit underwhelming but the rice was rich and full of fish flavor. My mother had the cacio e Pepe which was good but she said that nothing comparable to one she had in Rome. I was not a huge fan of the thicker pasta but that's just is personal preference. Service was excellent but the table was a bit small and tight as we were very close to the next table and can hear what others are talking about so not a very privately setting. Overall i did like the place. Food and service were good. But it was not anything exceeding expectation and there were few things that detracted from our experience such as heavy seasonings, small dining space and etc... The price is quite expensive for the amount of food they serve as well. I think it's a good place for special occasions.

The space is a large modern hanger-style food court with a large bar station and plenty of seating in and outdoors on large patio. Wonderful for families and groups to gather around at long large tables. We found a table by the end by a large screen wall tv with sports on and comfy leather club chairs Great for drinks and talking. First stop, we stood at the bar and ordered our drinks ($14 cocktails). And got big glasses of ice water and headed to our table. We then we split up and everyone walked the hall looking at menus. We all ordered food and gave the restaurant a phone number and they'll text you when your items are ready, generally about 10 or 15 minutes depending on how busy things are. Then you go pick up your tray and head back to your table. Note... don't forget your phone like I did. It's a great opportunity for grazing. If you wanna try a little bit here and there. I chose to have Mediterranean food from TOLIA. Appetizer was a nice three dip Mediterranean plate with pita chips $15 that were crunchy and good. For my entrée, I selected the minced lamp, kebabs over eggplant with pita and an added extra cucumber yogurt dip $29. This was all very tasty And costs about $50 with tip. A bit pricey for a self serve if you ask me. But that's the way things are going on these days. It was a nice time sitting around and talking, but then it got very crowded and very noisy and people were hovering by 5:30 to take our tables and even asked if we were getting up soon. It was a cold chilly day, but the overflow folks were headed outside of the picnic tables, which seemed very cold to me, but on a warm day I would all be very nice. A note on parking, we parked in the adjacent parking garage right near behind Track 15 and get your ticket validated inside at wall kiosk by the door when Leaving. This will save you, so two hours cost about $8.95.

Looked at all of our options and I decided to go with Mexican from Dolores and my wife decided to go with Giusto PVD. I wish I had chosen Italian over Mexican. I've been dying to try Dolores so I opted to have three different tacos after asking the girl at the register if she would recommend their chicken sandwich over the tacos. She told me that everything was good so I went with the ribeye taco, the shrimp taco and the mushroom taco. The ribeye taco was fantastic. There was quite a bit of ribeye in it and the perfect amount of spice. The shrimp taco flavor and the mushroom taco was just spicy with a little flavor. I'd have to say the ribeye was the best taco and it definitely wasn't worth what I spent on them. My wife had an eggplant Parm sandwich and it was cooked perfectly, looked delicious and I wish I had gotten that. I really wanted to order a long Liv beer, but the bartender was talking to someone, I assume that they knew, as although I was only the second person in line I didn't get waited on for over 10 minutes. I ended up walking away to go get my food and just drank water. So my first experience here was not great, overall I'm pretty disappointed, but I'm going to go back and try again as there are a few other restaurants. I really do like the idea of being able to get dishes from different restaurants, pick your own seat and sit with other people at a community table. It's really nice inside and they had live music tonight, which would've been great if we wanted to stay. Next time I go back, I'm definitely having Italian, pizza and some falafel. The first time I came, it was a rainy weekday and this time it was a sunny weekend, so I was expecting an even larger crowd; and my prediction was correct. The line was just out the door but because of their awesome staff, the line was moving very quickly. While we waited in line, we could watch them making pastries through the glass, a couple feet in front of us. I admired that level of transparency. When we were third in line, the kindest lady asked us whether we'd be eating in or taking out and she took down our name to help us find a table when it came time. She did the same for the rest of the people in line. She also gave us some recommendations, including the cinnamon bun - apparently they're so good kids cry when they sell out. I didn't intend to order anything with my drink, but I couldn't get the cinnamon bun out of my head so I ordered it along with my iced spiced chai latte. The hen (I think it's their logo) on the aprons of the employees are super cute. We did secure a table. The tables are close together to maximize the number of people who can sit down but I didn't mind. I love their art all around, mostly of birds which I am obsessed with. I love that they have a lot of natural lighting coming through their tall windows. I also like the navy blue and white theme they have going on. The chai latte was perfect. It was the right color (a dark tan), meaning the ratio of tea and milk was good and I could taste a lot of the spices. The cinnamon bun blew my expectations away. The second my teeth made. contact with the icing, it was a magical feeling. I couldn't quite put my finger on what it tasted like, but the closest I got was dulce de leche. It is truly unlike any other cinnamon bun I have ever had. The dough is soft and there is a good amount of cinnamon. It's also $4 which is not bad. I had a bite of their canelé, which apparently requires a lot of work to make. It was very moist, with a great caramelized finish. I am super excited to try their new weekend dinner menu, but also more of their all day menu items.

It feels like her place in the best way -- warm, proud, hands-on. Pastries are legit. Super buttery, flaky enough to make a mess, clearly baked that morning. No sad, sitting-around-all-day vibes. Ordered the breakfast sandwich and that tomato jam needs to be illegal. Sweet, savory, slightly tangy -- it completely makes the sandwich. I kept trying to figure out how to recreate it at home. Not happening. Crispy chicken sandwich was properly seasoned and not dried out (why is that so hard for some places?). Fries were solid too -- crispy, not limp. And the kale salad with roasted chickpeas and chicken made me feel like I had my life together. Fresh, simple, and actually satisfying. It's one of those places you stumble into while traveling and then immediately start googling whether you can justify going back the next day.
