I have only ever worn bi weekly's and never been told my other doctors they were not safe. After my exams were done here, she told me to try daily's. I told her I would try them, but would most likely go back to bi weekly's since they are more cost effective. She ultimately told me they don't carry anything other than daily's but to try the daily's and if I don't like them to come back and she can fix the rx. I agreed but later that day they only sent my glasses rx and withheld my contacts rx. I called and they said they would not be able to give me the bi weekly rx. Had I known they were not going to allow me to get a bi weekly rx, I would have never done the exam with them! Be mindful of this before you book with them!! They ended up giving the rx as a "courtesy" but that was after days of trying to resolve this. They were also trying to charge me an extra "fee" because I didn't bring in my old prescription. But after I told them I purchased glasses through them, they were suddenly able to find the prescription in my file. I was also told I should buy drops and hard contacts. When I got there they couldn't/wouldn't fix the tire or sell me a new regular tire since they had no run flats in stock. They cited "liability reasons". They told me I had to buy all four new tires. I was stranded because no one had run flats in stock and no one would attempt to fix the tire except Mario at Hollister tire! He save me from having to replace my tires and fixed the run flat for only $19!!!! He said the tire would be fine to drive and it was! I got home and had it checked and it's fine! Thank you Mario!

I was in search of a shop that can digitize a Vietnam War Navy Veteran emblem and create a custom embroidery patch out of it so we can place it on his casket. Everywhere I called told me it would take 2~3 weeks. Linda assured me she can get it done in a week. Although I lived in San Jose, I made the drive down to Gilroy and worked with her shop. She was super helpful and pleasant to work with. Sure enough, she provided me the 4qty 12" embroidered patches on time and it was beautiful. Many other veterans also thought it was a beautiful piece of embroidery and has requested one for them-self. I have since then requested additional patches for my dad's fellow veterans. She took a very long time coming to the counter but she was very kind and apologized. They are the only decal place around so that's a plus that they were in Gilroy. She gave us a couple swatches so that we can match the color of the motorcycle. When we came back in we gave her the number of the swatch that matched the color. She said it would be three days. When we came in three days later they were not ready yet. So we asked her to call us when they were ready. It was four days later. Sigh. Well at least we got em.
