Sent out a blast request to all repair shops and Curtis hit me back in10 minutes suggesting to call him. Just got a response from someone a week later. Now you decide.

Firstly if I get murdered it was this guy…read more They repaired my dishwasher last year November and when I called to explain that in January the dishwasher couldn't come on the owner got offended and jumped straight to we didn't replace that part. After explaining he finally realized what I was talking about. He sent his technician out and then He said oh yes we might check with the place we ordered the part it might have a warranty. Ok cool. He said it will take a few weeks. I gave it 3 weeks than heard nothing back. I called and left a voicemail. No response at all. Gave it another week called left a voicemail no message again. The following week finally got an answer the owner Curtis said ok let me look into this and get back to you. Nothing radio silence again. Than I gave it another week. Called back again left a voicemail and called their parts department they said to call the Hollister location and get the parts model from them since I didn't know what it was. Called left a voicemai, called again after an hour left a voicemail. Decided to call again. Than got a text message "I'm at the doctors appointment" you keep calling. I texted back apologizing for inconveniencing him during a personal situation. texted him that I was hoping to get a part model number I and I can be contacted when he was able to get back to me. than it's Monday 30th the end of March now. Still trying to get Hold of them. so today I called and left a frustrated voicemail no respons. Than I called back again after 30mins. Well Well guess what Curtis the owner answered and he snapped at me that I keep calling disturbing a conference call and than hung up on me. like it's my fault he runs a business that requires Shaw Appliances to actually respond to customer. If you used them they get parts and than the Shaw Parts department actually stated most parts are only 90Days warranty. I never blamed them for the parts failing I wish they had responded and actually communicated this situation and told me that it needed to be replaced again so they could have jus gone ahead and ordered another part. If this happens to you be prepared to experience ghosting and if my life is threatened he seems like the kinda guy who will literally come to your home hunt you down and kill you for a negative review Or for anything that goes wrong in his life. So I'm putting it out there if anything' Happens to me or my family it's Curtis from Shaw Family Appliance or be hired someone to do it for him. He seems like a zero accountability kinda guys who takes everything personally and so unprofessional

Not a good thing when you're baking and end up with dry cupcakes and flat cookies. I called up Airport Appliance where I purchased my range but no longer in business and given the Viking Range (1888-845-4641) support. Based on location I was referred to De Anza Appliance in San Jose. Chris was very friendly, responsive and mentioned at the onset the visit would be $200. Ouch! Whaddya gonna do when you need it fixed and only trust and Authorized Viking Repair place. Ofa was sent for the service call and arrived within the timeframe promised. Friendly, thorough and professional. Fortunately, not a big issue and corrected with a visit as wiring was hitting metal and throwing off the temperature. Highly recommend De Anza Appliance as quick to get an appointment and professional service. Oven is working great again.     Our fridge was on the blink and we called De Anza appliance. They were able to send someone next…read moremorning 8-12 window. The tech came promptly at 8. In 5 mins he had diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor. Unfortunately repair would cost more than the fridge so his recommendation was to buy a new fridge.
