Firstly if I get murdered it was this guy…read more They repaired my dishwasher last year November and when I called to explain that in January the dishwasher couldn't come on the owner got offended and jumped straight to we didn't replace that part. After explaining he finally realized what I was talking about. He sent his technician out and then He said oh yes we might check with the place we ordered the part it might have a warranty. Ok cool. He said it will take a few weeks. I gave it 3 weeks than heard nothing back. I called and left a voicemail. No response at all. Gave it another week called left a voicemail no message again. The following week finally got an answer the owner Curtis said ok let me look into this and get back to you. Nothing radio silence again. Than I gave it another week. Called back again left a voicemail and called their parts department they said to call the Hollister location and get the parts model from them since I didn't know what it was. Called left a voicemai, called again after an hour left a voicemail. Decided to call again. Than got a text message "I'm at the doctors appointment" you keep calling. I texted back apologizing for inconveniencing him during a personal situation. texted him that I was hoping to get a part model number I and I can be contacted when he was able to get back to me. than it's Monday 30th the end of March now. Still trying to get Hold of them. so today I called and left a frustrated voicemail no respons. Than I called back again after 30mins. Well Well guess what Curtis the owner answered and he snapped at me that I keep calling disturbing a conference call and than hung up on me. like it's my fault he runs a business that requires Shaw Appliances to actually respond to customer. If you used them they get parts and than the Shaw Parts department actually stated most parts are only 90Days warranty. I never blamed them for the parts failing I wish they had responded and actually communicated this situation and told me that it needed to be replaced again so they could have jus gone ahead and ordered another part. If this happens to you be prepared to experience ghosting and if my life is threatened he seems like the kinda guy who will literally come to your home hunt you down and kill you for a negative review Or for anything that goes wrong in his life. So I'm putting it out there if anything' Happens to me or my family it's Curtis from Shaw Family Appliance or be hired someone to do it for him. He seems like a zero accountability kinda guys who takes everything personally and so unprofessional

During this situation, Mike made statements directly to us that were different from what he later reported to the company. When I contacted the company to address the matter and provide clarification, I was extremely disappointed by the way my concerns were handled. I specifically informed the representative that I have camera footage that supports what I am saying and provides evidence of the comments that were made. Despite this, the representative refused to acknowledge or seriously consider the evidence. Instead of listening to my concerns and reviewing the facts, she was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to properly address the situation. I called specifically to make a complaint and speak with a manager because I believe my mother deserves to be treated with honesty, respect, and fairness. It is unacceptable for an elderly customer to be treated this way, particularly when there is evidence available that could help establish what actually occurred. I am requesting that management take this complaint seriously, review the circumstances, and investigate the conflicting statements and the conduct of the employees involved. I am also prepared to provide the camera footage as evidence. I expect a response explaining how this matter will be addressed. I also expect my mother to be treated with dignity and respect throughout this process. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The first one was clear cut and with no complications. He checked the error coded stored in the controller to verify the problem, and replaced broken part. The second time, a different person recommended replacing a number of parts (and ultimately saying it wasn't worth fixing because it would cost well over $1000 with labor), without ever checking the error code. I eventually watched some youtube videos, downloaded the service manual, made the diagnosis myself, ordered the part, and installed it. It cost about $55.

The store is in the middle of downtown and easy to miss driving by. This company set up a consult with their Santa Clara technician, Michael. They have another store in Santa Clara. He came out and took measurements and discussed different inserts with my husband. The 5100 insert they recommended puts out really good heat but we havent had to use it really since the weather is still good. For the installation Michael came out and installed the unit by himself. I thought this was strange since the insert is pretty heavy. But he was able to do it within a few hours the unit was ready to use. He told my husband how to use it, but I wasnt there for this so I had some questions and called the store. The young lady in the office was patient enough to answer my questions. I really like the look of the insert and am glad they helped us pick this one out. I cant wait to use it for the holidays.

Marian's first visit was to vacuum out our Thermador refrigerator and garage fridge. I wasn't in the mood to meet him but my husband told me how he worked. I liked what I heard. About 2 weeks later the heavier door on the Thermador fridge slumped. To be honest, it wasn't to my satisfaction brand new, the door was sticking out a little but after a remodel of the entire home, one gets burnt out. Marian fixed the door better than the brand new one installed and showed us why and how the problem happened. The stove he changed the lights effectively and fast. Then the big question came from me, can you take the oven door off and take it apart to be cleaned? I've asked 2 other appliance companies if they could but they said it takes a long time and is not easy. Then I said, I can make a new appointment for this for you to come back. He said, he could fix it now. My oven door has 3 glasses. To watch him take off the door and apart was pretty amazing because of his calm, perfected work speed and stress-free demeanor. We all know talent when we see it. I think by now, I told him 3 times how happy I was, and thank you too. Lastly, if you are wise enough to call him for help then you must have done many great things in life to get him. Also, YES his prices are well thought out and fair and reasonable. If you are the kind of person who tries to get a lower price from businesses, don't call because you don't deserve him.
