In 2022 because of Covid I wanted to do everything over the phone, including picking out the product as Albert showed us choices over the phone and guided my husband as he measured where the countertop would be installed. I don't think handling things in this manner would have ended up in a successful install the first time, but it did because we worked with Albert at Why Not Granite. We highly recommend them.

Dates and times specified meant little. Installation of initial product was cancelled 3 days prior to supposed install. Lots of apologies by management for dropping the availability and installation dates but saw little change in behavior. I am a handyman and provided my own tear out, plumbing and electrical. It was a $15k install and we love the material and 1 of the installers. They will have no further contact with me nor I with them. They can call you "Boss" or "Sir" , be polite and cordial in person but disrespect your calendar and timing. Installation may not be completed as your salesperson explains, especially if it is their owner/manager. Beware of their contract requiring full payment well prior to having the material or hardened dates on hand. They may not have installers readily available even though they say they do. I had a good experience with this company 20 years ago.

Overall, I was satisfied with the actual work done and price, my new kitchen sink and faucet looks great. They didn't have much room for error and required precision technique. Part 2, the Plumber was able to reconnect and install new plumbing and disposal.

I asked for something in writing and he said he "gave me his word as a man" that he would do so. That word wasn't worth much as they refused to honor that. In fact, they never answered my last email asking about his "word as a man." Disappointing lack of follow through.

From what I saw, the crew worked well together. They behaved and communicated in a professional manner while at my fiancées home. When a problem arose, they jumped on it to resolve it quickly. When I expressed concerns, they were addressed in a professional manner and Chris, Brie, and Matias were always attentive and aimed at providing a positive experience. Chris owned all aspects of the job from start to finish. He took ownership for his crew's performance and made sure I was satisfied with all aspects of the service. He is a small locally owned and operated business owner. His team did a great job and I am very satisfied with the results. I would use their services again without hesitation, and I will actively refer them to friends and family. Jobs do not always go smoothly. For me, it is not about If mistakes are made, it is about the resolution and final product. Standing by your work, taking pride in your team, and doing the right thing seem to be traits in small supply these days. It is so stuck that instead of being able to unhook and release it, we tried to dissolve glue with everything we could find, now unfortunately, we are going to have to break the stone to be able to change out the sink. So there will be an expense that I shouldn't have to bear. As I said it took awhile but the glue finally gave. I will never give them my business nor will I recommend them. Shoddy work.
