At times they really went out of their way to give us exactly what we wanted, rerouting vents and pipes so we could have niches and medicine cabinets exactly where we wanted them. We used KBB in 2018 to remodel our Master bathroom and decided to use them again. Just like in 2018, they showed up to work every day (including Saturdays) and worked late into the evening (one time staying till 9:00 pm to complete a portion of the project). David was our project Manager, he kept us informed daily on how the work was progressing and always listened to our desires and ideas. Efay (sic) did the tile work and was able to lay 4 ft X 4 ft Italian porcelain tiles with amazing precision. You can see how perfect each huge tile was laid. Miguel did the cabinet and dry wall work - excellent work! The entire team was easy to work with. The tile and cabinets look fantastic. All I can say is there is no one else I would take a chance with for model upgrades or repairs. This is my 2nd 5-star rating for them.
