I bought a new golf cart from them two years ago. I called for my yearly maintenance and they picked up my car for free, as I allowed them to put their sticker on my windshield. When they delivered my cart it was filthy. Looked as though it had been driven in mud. I also discovered a big scratch that had been painted over on back hand rail. We bought a car from the car guys , we let them know he did not have much money and my son called them to see what they had available ,they said they understood and could help him out . He found a car he like, an told him that it had no warranty . Was not too long after that the steering pump and transmission went out ,we took it back to them to fix .We paid over 3,000.00 to have the problems fix (steering pump , transmission) After that we have gone back 3 times to have this fix . they had the car 3 weeks and did not touch it . I called to see if they were planning to do anything , I was told the owner wanted talk to him . So he and my wife took this long drive to talk to the owner , It turn out to be a lecture about contacting BBB an that he would no longer work on our car. ( It was there repair that's warranty for 12 months).He also told my son to get two jobs if he wants a good car ( he would have never said that when we first came in) I really don't appreciate of the owner getting on soap box and insulting my family. He thinks we are the only one that gave him a bad review. I read a lot of review on BBB, face book, yelp and others and they worst then our review. like another customer, I put one star because there is not an option for ZERO - which is what these people would get. They sold me a car with a "rebuilt" title, however, they neglected to EVER tell me that... I found out AFTER I got the title, and the car has TAKEN ME TO THE CLEANERS. It was a piece of junk. I spent two and half years and a TON OF MONEY trying to make it worth keeping, but now have ended up selling it for next to nothing. I would NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO SELL ME ANYTHING - EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, their "website reviews" are absolutely BOGUS. My review on The Car Guys......... I got a 2013 Chevy Cruz, I love the car. I got it on August 23 2019. On September 9 2019 I had to take my car back to The Car Guys because my car was over heating. All they said was I had a loose RAD CAP. I told the guy that I didn't touch the cap but he said that's what it was. I picked my car up on September 10 2019 Keep in mind people I haven't even made my first payment yet. On September 27 2019 my car over heated again!!! Back to The Car Guys because I have a "warranty" This time they said they replaced the RAD CAP said it was loose again and that type of RAD CAP has had an issue since January 11 2019. I picked my car up from them on September 30 2019 with it seeming to be better and not even 4 days later she over heats again!!! This time I was very upset when I called them!! The guy told me to take it to a dealership because he couldn't help me! Thankfully I did something right and I do have another warranty through another party so they are able to cover some of the cost but this is what The Chevy Dealership said, ready for this?? My water pump leaks and not 1 but 2 hoses leak. (couldn't find that The Car Guys?) also the Chevy people said I need a coolant flush now and a fuel injection. Don't know what I am out of pocket yet hopefully this warranty place is better then The Car Guys warranty. read more

I am only writing one star because I cannot give them zero this is absolutely the worst used car dealership you can ever go to I came in here to buy my first truck I bought a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado Duramax diesel after I signed all the paperwork truck would not start they said go to lunch and we will put a new starter in it they never put a new starter in it then they kept it for almost a week turns out it was the computer in the truck they said that they put a new computer in it but they used a old junkyard one after driving it for roughly 200 miles the motor starts to shake the transmission grinds and there is three oil leaks it also has an air leak in the system I also had to replace the front and which cost me $1300 due to almost being in an accident because the front end was trashed I haven't even made my first payment and I called them to see if they would take the truck back they screamed and yelled at me at in the office And were really rude about it said they would only give me 10 K for a $20,000 truck only if I traded it in for another vehicle at their dealership! do not ever go to The Car Guys. read more

They ripped my friend off. He bought a truck for 12K and after driving it 20 days it wouldn't start. Transmission shot. They wouldn't repair it even with in a month of owning. Avoid this place like the plague. Avoid Dodge trucks also!! read more

Only got one star because I couldn't give none. I brought my vw beetle to them I told them door locks were clicking on the passenger side and iI told them I read it may be the actuator. What do I know I'm not a mechanic? They gave me a price of $300 and I told them to fix it . When I picked up and paid the bill the car not only was it still doing the same thing the drivers side locks did not work. Which they told me about. They said I needed to go to Volkswagen because their equipment couldn't diagnose the problem. It ended up the drivers side is the control and was the problem $600 to be fixed. Called the car guys when I found out at 10:30am 6 times told me they would call me back finally at 4:30 pm on day 2 I told them to fix it. I finally got a call at 6pm that night telling me that I shouldn't have done that . Because now they knew what it was . It cost me$125 for vw to diagnose it.They said that they couldn't refund my money because I told them what was wrong? That's why I paid them $300!! They didn't diagnose the problem before just throwing in a $200 part and obviously by their own admission after the fact they didn't have the equipment to do it in the first place.
