My wife and I have been looking for a low mileage Volkswagen Beetle convertible for a while. We've test drove a few of them and they just never worked out. We live in Jacksonville Florida and saw the 2014 Beetle on their website. We called and spoke with Scott Rhodes sales associate there at Auto Wise. We drove down the next day and test drove the car and loved it. Scott was very friendly and awesome to work with. He made the process very easy and enjoyable. Thank you Scott for your help and everything you do! Also thank you to Jeb for great conversation while waiting for paperwork to get completed. Definitely recommend Auto Wise for all your used car purchases!!! read more

Awful experience! Asked if any dealers fees and was advised no. There was a $700 reconditioning fee and $180 electronic fee, I believe. Then, they add $1250 salesman commission to the price of the car. Every dealer I have ever bought from has the commission in with the price. When I laughed and said, forget it, Brandon asked if I would buy the car if the $1250 was removed. Very shady place. I'd stay away. I would give zero stars if that was a choice. read more

They tried to give us 3k less then blue book on our trade in plus they tried to charge us 2k over sticker for their vehicle

I recently purchased a 2016 Prius from Autowise in Melbourne, and a few days later I noticed an A/C issue on the driver's side. I brought the car back expecting a hassle -- but Jose, the Service Manager (Certified Master Technician), was absolutely outstanding! He listened carefully, checked the problem immediately, and had it fixed on the spot with no questions asked. The entire team was polite, professional, and honest -- exactly what you hope for when buying a used car. I truly appreciate Jose's expertise and great attitude. Autowise stands behind what they sell, and their customer service deserves full credit. Highly recommend this dealership and their service department! read more

These people are right. As I read some of these I know just who they are talking about because she was that way with me too. The commission was $1250 !!!! You definitely need to listen and get all the numbers straight because you never see that paperwork again, also unkept promises and agreements. I also drove a long way there and was tired, I wasn't as alert as I should have been with this confusing transaction!! I know I paid a lot more than I should have but I just wanted that car and could not wait to get away from all the BS to drive 3 hours home in Friday evening traffic. If you like to play head games, buy here. read more

I went into auto wise Knowing I needed a car but had no idea what I wanted. Chris was so patient with me while I test drove a few vehicles until I found the 2015 Hyundai Genesis I wanted to take home. The Purchase process was flawless and the rest of the team, Including the owner were very cordial and friendly. read more

"Shady bisiness". Bought the car, and we agreed on the total price, including license plate under my name .they told me to pass by the next day to pick up the plate .the manager tells me I have to pay an extra $244 because they thought it was a transfer. A mistake they made. Very unprofessional and shady .I would not recommend this place to anybody. read more

Chelsea was my sales person. Flew from Detroit on the hardest day to fly. (All flights were grounded worldwide due to a technical issue) the car was described as "super clean" far from. Mechanically sound but soooo many dents and scrapes I'll have to put 2k into it to get to the status they said. In the process, the refused to put a full tank of gas until I complained and Scott filled it. Jeb is rude and underhanded and won't listen and just talk over you. Rude and shitty dealer that ghosts you and won't even pay $600 to fix the bumper and dents but they don't care and Chelsea is a ghosting and all descriptions are wrong. Stay the hell away. They will lie and ignore you after the sale. I was in Florida from home and had no choice but to take the car and fix it. Trash. They will be reported to BBB, NADA AND ATTORNEY GENERAL! read more

It was a scary for me to buy a used car in another city without seeing it in person. Because their are unfortunately so many scammers out there, my banker didn't want to do a money transfer without a google earth search to confirm it was a legitimate business. Fortunately it turned out wonderful. My car is great. And my salesman Charles was 5 stars! I called and talked to him so many times and he always was willing to help in any way he could. Thank you so much Charles! read more

BUYERS BEWARE! The car was purchased online as I live on the other coast. It is a beautiful car on the outside. However when it was delivered to my home it was making a loud noise when going above 45 mph. I took it to my dealership and the following things were found critical. I will say there were a lot of things that were good as well. Obviously on a used car you expect things to be worn, but dirty fluids and air filters and BRAKES should be a standard replacement for a dealer. The safety issues are a must! Not safe things: The wheel bearings and drive belt. I feel these are inexcusable. My salesman Scott was great, he did a good job getting my car to me. The sales manager Jeff however not so polite, or understanding. He said I should have brought it to him even though I didn't think it would be safe, and to write my review, " I won't be the first or last to threaten him". He told me to review Infinity because "they are in business to nit pick and take advantage of women". read more

Been watching the internet for the convertible I want with the right price and low mileage. Spotted it at Auto Wise and thought the wife and I would go check the place out. Joe Thompson in sales was very helpful from the time we walked on the lot till the time we drove away with the car we decided on. Even the time spent deciding if we want this one or that one. The owner Jeb is also a great guy and is very knowledgeable and honest. We have bought a lot of cars over the years and dealt with a lot of dealerships and I have to say, the people at Auto Wise seemed very honest, down to earth and helpful. The BMW 328i we purchased has performed great. read more

i bought a car from Jacksonville. The experience was wonderful! good people, honest, made it happen! they delivered the car to me in Jacksonville. They went out of their way to contact the prior owner and get us a second keyfob. They did not have to do that but made it happen even though the transaction was over! I love their no haggle style also. Great people! recommend them highly! read more

My daughter "bought" a CR-V from this dealership on a Wednesday. On Monday she was told to bring the vehicle back because the loan company "changed their mind", in the words of the dealership. I understand that the dealership may be at no fault if the loan was not approved five days later. I'm not sure if they input information carelessly or not. HOWEVER, it is what happened as we brought the vehicle back. The employees were noticeably hostile and showed ZERO remorse for what happened. They offered in-house financing for almost FIVE THOUSAND additional dollars or for us to buy a different vehicle. They refused to discount the vehicle that she had already had for five days. We asked for them to at least hold the car for three days until I received funds from a personal loan that I was approved for while sitting at the dealership. They REFUSED. This was my daughter's first car purchase, and it was absolutely HORRENDOUS. I understand that the bank issue MAY have not been their fault, however their confrontational attitude and lack of any willingness to correct the situation was well within their control. This was my daughters first car purchase and it was an absolute NIGHTMARE. read more

I love the car I purchased from them. I purchased an extended warranty and had a slight issue with my SUV. Everyone was very helpful and I didn't spend all day the day of purchase read more

If I could give a NO stars I would! They were ALL extremely RUDE. We drove over an hour to see a car and we were told we could get it for the price that was listed on carmax by Giselle. When we went inside to get the total price after tax, we let the guy know who was totaling our price that Giselle said we can get it for the online price, he agreed. Then THE OWER said no and began YELLING at his employee; telling him to look it up on his screen. I said to him the lady who showed us the car said we could get it for the price online. The owner said NO turn and show the screen to them in a rude tone. I said maybe we shouldn't get a car from here if they are going to talk to us like this. The employee who was trying to give us the numbers said okay bye. And told us to f*** off. NOT WORTH THE DRIVE ! read more

Buyer beware this place is EXTREMELY SHADY. This was the most unprofessional place of business I have ever entered. I went in fully expecting to purchase one of two cars available. I hardly got to ask a question about seeing under the hood before the saleswoman stopped me to ask about financing and if I had planned on any. I said I would prefer to but I have 65k cash available it would be no problem if I had to pay cash and not finance. For the next several minutes she went on and on about how they couldn't provide financing for me. Not once did they run numbers or ask how much I make. It was a very uncomfortable experience almost the second I asked to see under the hood things went haywire. She would beat around the bush. Then she said she had another appointment and scurried away. Then she sent another sales person to the car and they finally opened the hood after I asked him twice and when he did he stood in front and held it open guarding my vision. Instead of just leaving the stand open so I can fully inspect. What I did see in the car was some of the worst corrosion I have ever seen on a car under 100k miles. This is a place of business with a lot to hide! I do not recommend anyone waste their time to even see the cars as they are in horrible shape under the hood. Don't be fooled by the low prices and low finance options you see online. They will entirely waste your time and if they do sell you something be warned it may not survive very long after you drive off the lot read more

I would have given 5 stars if they provided the second key FOB for my the vehicle I purchased. I didn't need financing so I have no opinion. I wasn't planning on leaving with a different vehicle although I did. Since I was in a hurry, the detail job was what it was. Trade price was fair but make sure you know the value of your car before you walk in. The extended warranty was absurd in price. Mike, the salesman was upfront so, just be upfront with him. Overall, walking into this dealership wasn't a bad move or experience. THANKS Mike..... read more

This is what I sent on FB messenger! I was told to call the dealership right then, so I did. I left a message because Jeb was in the other line. No return phone call. I sent a message again, asking for a return phone call. Nothing. Waited a day- still no phone call. I can't get anyone to call back. We bought a car for my son near the end of February. We were promised that the ABS pump would be replaced when the part came in. NO ONE has called us about the part. My husband called and left a message for the mechanic. We were also promised it had COLD air. The cold air lasted 1 week before it stopped. And we have already had to replace the power steering pump and windshield washer pump. I truly don't think your mechanic looked over this car as we were promised. We want the ABS pump replaced ASAP. It's been 1 1/2 months since we bought the car, and SO much has already gone wrong with it. I will definitely not be recommending this dealership. read more

If I could, I would rate them no stars. Worst car experience ever. Said they fixed something; a month later same issue occurred. Jeff (general manager) is by far the worst, uses every excuse except his incompetence. It took almost 4 months to resolve another minor issue and not one time was I offered anything for my inconvenience. Only thing stated was excuses, more excuses, etc. Drew (the shop manager) is the only positive at the dealership. If you see this dealership speed away. read more

I was looking for a new cars for weeks and shopping all around, going to Orlando, and it seemed like my luck was not in my favor. Late one night I was looking up local used cars. I found this beautiful used newly brought in 2016 Nissan Rogue. I have to say the minute I got there, I felt comfortable. The car was out and ready for a test drive. All of the sales workers , Scott, Jeff, Chris, were all extremely attentive to me and my purchase. They are very proud of conditions and qualities of their cars. They absolutely should be. The owner Jeb was wonderful with his presence and helping me out to get the best possible price. All of the employees worked together well and it was a very comfortable environment. Everyone there, will make sure their customers receives the best service. Their service matches the quality of their cars. I am extremely happy with my experience. I dont write reviews much but, it seems it's so easy to write bad reviews that I felt that I should write something positive about the good experience that I had. I had been shopping online for a used car in the $10,000 range. Autowise had a 2010 Honda CRV with 35,000 miles listed online for $13,000 and although it was more than I wanted to spend, 35,000 miles means several more years of driving. I drove two hours from Flagler Beach and was surprised to see the car was in perfect condition and the interior was like a brand new car. It belonged to a local driver who didn't use it much and traded it for something newer. Kevin was the sales man who met me in the parking lot and was very easy going to willing to show me around. The Honda was perfect but Kevin took a couple of hours to let me test drive several cars in difference price ranges that was closer to what I wanted to spend. I kept coming back to the Honda for the low mileage. Back in the office, Jeb, the business manager made me a great trade-in deal that I could not refuse. This got me within my spending range and we made the deal. Jeb is a real person and knows his business very well. I drove away knowing that I was treated fairly and given a fair deal on a used car that I know I will be driving for years to come. Looking back, Autowise had a car in each price range stepping up or down by $1000. each. Each car was clean and given a good tune-up by their in-house mechanic. I even spoke to the mechanic who was glad to offer his knowledge of the condition of each car. This is a solidly run business. Jeb and his partner Jeff know what they are doing. I would drive two hours from Flagler Beach to Autowise for my next car. And, make sure to ask for Kevin. read more

This is a "No Haggle" dealership. The price listed IS the price. However, you cannot find a used car dealer that is more customer centric than AutoWise. They are extremely proud of the quality of the inventory that they sell, and ENSURE full customer satisfaction. They insist that if ANYTHING goes wrong with the car, that you bring it to them first before doing anything else. I had an issue the day after I bought my Infinity Q37s hardtop convertible, where a significant rattle had developed. I brought it right back in, and their mechanic checked it right out and resolved the rattle by applying some petroleum jelly to the convertible joints. Worked perfectly! Also, I had not brought my checkbook with me (as I am used to doing everything by credit card), and Scott, my salesperson, followed me back to my home 40 minutes away, to get the check for the balance of the deposit; instead of me having to drive back. No pressure sales, just a great buying experience. Jeb , one of the owners also makes sure that you are fully satisfied with everything before you leave. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! read more

Very unprofessional sales manager. Was charged $88 for title transfer fee and $150 for registration fee. My registration was $9.10 and title transfer was $87.75. After a month I never received a check for the difference per the paperwork I signed. Talked to the sales manager who said their was the original title fee and an additional $88 title fee. I asked them to provide a proof of this and they state it's just something the state does. I tried to explain to him this was not correct and Jeff hung up on me. He needs to learn how the local fees actually work. How many other people have they scammed out of this money? I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I know. read more

zero rating.... This dealership is TERRIBLE. Sold my son a car and in 2 days had issues, they tried to fix it and failed. I called them up and the only thing they can say is he purchased it AS IS. Now after 30 days my son has NO CAR. Going to cost THOUSANDS of dollars to fix and they wont do anything. I tried to call and ask for manager but everyone is just so rude there and then they hang up on you. Took over 1 month to get his tags too. Now my son has no car to get to work and will loose his job because of this car lot selling him a JUNK CAR. I'm so disgusted. read more
