    My husband and I have been looking everywhere for a new vehicle. Most nights my husband would look up all the cars he wanted to test drive so when it came to going to a dealer I was nervous he was going to drive the sales team crazy, trying to test drive every car on the lot. Yet, when we got to the dealership Dani (Danielle Soto) was eager to help out and test drive them all! She was so relaxed and gave us a ton of information that made the whole experience very easy. The first day we test drove 3 cars before the dealer closed. Then during the evening she still was doing work by looking up what else could suit us along with trying to look into all the options we had. The next day she gave us some more ideas and we ended up loving the first car we drove. Even after all the test driving and going back to the first pick she was happy for us. The process after choosing the car went so fast. We settled on our trade in and signed the papers within an hour. From there we spent time with GG (Gabrielle Gabriel) to talk about warranty options. He had a nice tablet that let us play around the set monthly payments and the options we wanted to add to the warranty. Again super easy breezy way of dealing with paperwork that use to take hours. All around, this dealership is a great experience! We will always be customers of theirs. Thank you Audi Melbourne!

    I had been passively searching for the "right" Q5 TDI to come along for awhile and it just so happened that an almost perfect fit for my needs popped up at Audi Melbourne, over 2000 miles away from where I live. I started by submitting an inquiry online, to which Theresa in internet sales responded and answered all my questions right away, sent me photos of the vehicle (it had just been listed), and was super accommodating to all my requests as an out of state buyer. We ended up agreeing on terms, and I flew out the next weekend to pick up the car in person. While I unfortunately didn't get the chance to meet Theresa in person, her colleague Ryan took great care of me upon arrival and Gabe in finance was great with the paperwork - they were even able to register in my home state which (I hope) will save me a ton of time at the dmv! Overall experience was fantastic, I've bought many cars and this was among my better experiences. Hats off to Theresa and team, I love my TDI.

    New facility is gorgeous. They have their bay visible with glass view so you can see your vehicle being worked on. The garage doors automatically and swiftly lift up when you pull up to the service center. Overall, this facility seems a lot more welcoming than the previous service center shared with Porche and Mercedes. This is only Audi. The guests also have a nice cove with cookies, crackers and other snacks including a high tech coffee machine with gourmet options. Swift service on a Saturday to nitrogen fill tires and car wash. Pleasant experience.

    Drove all the way here from Orlando to buy my car despite having two dealers closer. The service we received was well worth it! Kris, Susan & Joel were great at walking us through everything from start to finish.

    We were in the market for a new luxury vehicle. First we test drove the new Genesis SUV at Hyundai then (3) Audis then the X3 at BMW. We test drove the Q5, the Q3, and the Allroad with JAY at Melbourne Audi. JAY was a kind, professional, patient, no-pressure, eager to please salesman. We spent half the day test driving cars (both of us took turns driving each car) with no complaints or hesitations from JAY. Before deciding on the Audi Q5, we also test drove the BMW X3 (with Sales Manager, JOEY). It was a fantastic luxury vehicle as well and the decision was quite difficult but after all was said & done the wife decided on the Audi Q5. JOEY was very gracious when we told him our decision and we would HIGHLY recommend visiting Melbourne BMW, if you want a BMW. We chose the Audi Q5! We contacted JAY at Audi and made an appointment. JAY was so happy to see us and shared in our excitement - it was awesome! GG in Finance was great, too. Good explanations, willing to help, very personable. Diego (General Mgr) helped JAY put a bow on the car - a very nice surprise & great touch! As you see in our photos, JAY pays attention to details! He made sure our new car looked its best before leaving the showroom! Our buying experience with Melbourne Audi, and in particular with JAY was fantastic. Based on this, we would HIGHLY recommend them & JAY!

    I've been to this dealership 3 time and then purchased my Q5. My first sales guy was Ryan and he was very nice, helpful and no pressure to buy. After dealing with him I decided to go with the Audi Q5. I went back but, he was busy so I dealt with Rohit also very friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure sales. I went back the next day as soon as they opened and purchased my Q5. My husband came with to make a deal. Even that was pretty easy. The only issue I have about the dealership is that the cleaning and detailing was really not up to par. It seemed like the guy just rushed through it. I keep finding dirt and crumbs in the cracks and the wood trim on the door was waxed or something but, it was not wiped off. Otherwise, this would have been a five star instead of four. I feel very good about when I have to take it back for service. I would recommend this Audi dealership because they did not act snooty at all and very willing to help me when I walked in there alone and not wearing designer clothes. They have a very extensiveot of vehicles to choose from.

We stopped by Boniface Hiers KIA to take a look at a Forte and was immediately greeted by Jasper who seemed to instantly appear from nowhere and thought, Jeez not this again. I couldn't have been more wrong. We looked at a few Fortes with which I was impressed with the quality and value of the car. There was no typical car dealer pressures applied and Jasper seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the right vehicle for our needs. My daughter and I returned after work and she selected out a Fire Orange Forte that was in their inventory. Jasper was unavailable for the test drive so Chase assisted us the rest of the way throught the test drive and sales transaction. The price negotiation was very smooth and we agreed on a fair price and proceeded to close the deal. There was never a feeeling of sales pressure, upselling, or steering with Jasper or Chase or the Sales Manager "Junior Varsity". I was very pleasantly surprised, given the state of the car market, that I got a very fair deal on a highly rated and desirable vehicle. I'd rate them a Zero if possible, sold us a service package that we later found out for the most part only included oil changes, but mislead both of us to believe all service maintenance that was checked off on the service brochure he showed us was covered! He even went as far as adding up all of the columns on this premium service brochure to use as a comparable! LIAR!!! Why use a premium service list brochure in your sales pitch? Extremely Misleading Tactic!!! A tactic that he still utilizes to this day as his brochure shows signs of wear and tear!!!! STAY AWAY!!! Prior visit, service department tech damaged our tire, hit the lift and gouged a chunk out of the sidewall, service tried to blame us for the damage, after arguing with them they agreed to review the service dept video, they then stated that video was inconclusive! Can't wait to go back there! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!!

After that, you pay a monthly fee. Well. I let the BlueLink expire. One year later, I paid Bluelink their initial fee for activation and their first monthly payment. It was then that I found out I could not activate the BlueLink in the car. I called BlueLink and they stated I need to upgrade the firmware in the car. So, I attempted to update it but I was unable to get the update installed. So I took it to Hyundai and the dealer could not get it installed either. BlueLink was no help. So now, after a bunch of resets on the chip, now my BlueLink and the Android Auto dont work. What a pain in the ass. I decided to move on waiting for the dealer to contact me. I dont understand why the dealer cant get it updated. Im going to change to a KIA since they provide the same warranty which is why I bought so many cars from Hyundai..

Service: Eric Swist was my salesman, and even though he was new, he did a good job of helping me go over all the details of the car. If he didn't know the answer, he admitted it and went to ask the answers. He pushed just enough but not overly pushy to get me in the car I wanted. Also loved the finance guy (forgot his name ... ugh, I'm sorry), but he was great as explaining all the details of my financing with me and discussing all the extras available for purchase. Overall: I was treated with respect and professionalism... and I enjoyed the whole process of the purchase. They turned this Honda lover into a Hyundai lover. ‍
