My husband and I have been looking everywhere for a new vehicle. Most nights my husband would look up all the cars he wanted to test drive so when it came to going to a dealer I was nervous he was going to drive the sales team crazy, trying to test drive every car on the lot. I had been passively searching for the "right" Q5 TDI to come along for awhile and it just so happened that an almost perfect fit for my needs popped up at Audi Melbourne, over 2000 miles away from where I live. I started by submitting an inquiry online, to which Theresa in internet sales responded and answered all my questions right away, sent me photos of the vehicle (it had just been listed), and was super accommodating to all my requests as an out of state buyer. We ended up agreeing on terms, and I flew out the next weekend to pick up the car in person. New facility is gorgeous. They have their bay visible with glass view so you can see your vehicle being worked on. The garage doors automatically and swiftly lift up when you pull up to the service center. Overall, this facility seems a lot more welcoming than the previous service center shared with Porche and Mercedes. This is only Audi. The guests also have a nice cove with cookies, crackers and other snacks including a high tech coffee machine with gourmet options. Swift service on a Saturday to nitrogen fill tires and car wash. We have had a TREMENDOUS experience with everyone at the Audi Melbourne dealership. Despite a high recommendation from trusted lifelong friends, we went into our search undecided as to whether we would purchase an Audi, let alone one car or two, nor had we decided new vs. used. Antonio Ayala treated us as though we were his only customer in the world, listened well and was patient as we sorted through various make/model/year options. We are lifelong Mercedes owners, were not sure what to expect and Antonio provided us with an incredible education as we test drove several cars, over several days as he pointed out similarities and differences so that we could make the "right" choice for our needs. No pressure. We have an aging greyhound rescue and it was critical for us to find a replacement car that has a back end low enough for her to jump in and out of without a potential injury. I've been to this dealership 3 time and then purchased my Q5. My first sales guy was Ryan and he was very nice, helpful and no pressure to buy. After dealing with him I decided to go with the Audi Q5. I went back but, he was busy so I dealt with Rohit also very friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure sales. I went back the next day as soon as they opened and purchased my Q5. My husband came with to make a deal. Even that was pretty easy. The only issue I have about the dealership is that the cleaning and detailing was really not up to par. It seemed like the guy just rushed through it. I keep finding dirt and crumbs in the cracks and the wood trim on the door was waxed or something but, it was not wiped off. Otherwise, this would have been a five star instead of four. I feel very good about when I have to take it back for service. I would recommend this Audi dealership because they did not act snooty at all and very willing to help me when I walked in there alone and not wearing designer clothes. Invoice# AUCS137030 On April 2nd 2022, my wife and I brought our 2017 Audi Q7 to Melbourne Audi for a 60k mile/6 yr service, as the car was approaching the 6 yr mark (we pre-ordered the car back in 2016). After the car was checked out, we were told that we needed an oil change along with a replacement Coolant Pump, as there appeared to be a leak. Here is the important bit - there were NO error lights/check engine/messages on the dash, indicating that there was anything wrong with the vehicle. Again, this was supposed to be a routine check-up, based upon the mileage/age of the vehicle. The vehicle drove fine without issue and without ANY lights on the dash. The vehicle was in their possession for three days. Prior to us picking up the vehicle, my wife thought it would be best if we also obtained the AUDICare Select 60/70 Package, as our previous Extended Warranty ran out (this is a key piece of information - again, no Extended Warranty). So between the Oil change, the Coolant Pump Replacement & the AUDICare Select Package, the bill amounted to $2839.41 (Labor was almost 3x more than the parts). We went to pick up the car, paid the bill and started it, when the check engine light immediately came on. The Attendant drove the car around the back to the garage and had the light reset, claiming that this is "common" based upon the amount of work we had done to the car. Again, our check engine light NEVER came on, prior to this. The light was reset and we drove off, back home. The very next day, as I'm headed out, the check engine light is back on. Again, prior to us bringing the car to Audi Melbourne, this light never came on. So we brought it back to Audi Melbourne for more "diagnostics". Carlos Navarro of Audi Melbourne sent my wife a video of an Audi Technician checking our tires and the depth of the tire treads and he says "everything looks good". Why are you checking the tires if the Check Engine light is on??? Anyway, another three days go by and Carlos sends my wife a text stating that a rodent chewed up a wiring harness for the Evap Canister, near the gas tank and this is what caused the check engine light to come on. This is very weird to me, as we just moved into a newly constructed home that is rodent free (again the house is BRAND NEW). So we asked how much are the repairs going to cost? Carlos stated that because they have to remove the Canister to gain access to the wiring harness and install new butt connectors - we're talking about an additional $853.33 plus tax. The next day, I call Carlos and tell him that I'm on my way to pick up the vehicle. Do NOT proceed with any work on the car. My thought was, I simply didn't trust what we were being told and I wanted someone else to look at the car. In total, the car was in their possession for almost a week and anything could have been swapped out, to get them more money. After all, we just gave them almost 3k for what was supposed to be a "routine" check-up. I get back to Audi Melbourne, signed out the car and get it back home (Check Engine light was still on). Now, here's where things get interesting. The next day, I go to start the car and ALL of the lights come on - I mean everything: Check Engine Light Steering Malfunction Automatic Start/Stop Malfunction Stabilization Control (ESC) Malfunction Suspension Malfunction Distance Warning unavailable Safety System Malfunction I can't stress this enough - prior to us bringing the vehicle to Audi Melbourne, none of these lights came on. We have all of the prior service records to support this. One can argue that this vehicle was severely sabotaged/crippled because I wouldn't allow Audi Melbourne to work on the car, to address the "wiring issue". So, you're willing to put me & my family's safety at risk, to make an extra buck? If there was such a severe issue with the car, why didn't you catch it during the initial visit??? All of these things ONLY started happening AFTER the vehicle was brought to Audi Melbourne initially. So, this is either incompetence or deliberate sabotage, to get more money. I wish my wife and I would have done our research, prior to trusting Audi Melbourne with our vehicle, as there are quite a few Google & Yelp reviews, that speaks to their unsavory Service practices. I really wish some outside Agency would investigate Audi Melbourne, as they were willing to put my family at risk, in order to make a buck. Reported them to BBB. read more

My Audi A6 2009 has had every service required and all breakdown parts replaced for 14 yrs. by Audi of Melbourne, In 2023 I could feel a problem in the front end, Audi had the car 5 days, found no problem, service advisor said.. come pick up the car and drive it, if it doesnt feel right give us a call, i drove out and the same problem, i called them a week later, was told i had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment, I took the car to different European car repair, in 1 day they replaced the control arms, showed me the worn out parts, when i asked Audi how could they miss this, i was told..."maybe they didnt look far enought" 5 days in the shop and this was my answer. So now 1 yr later the car needs work done on engine leak and 2 new tires, i get the car back the steering wheel vibrates , the floor is vibrating, I look at my tires they dont match, the original tires are conti pro contact, service dept put pro contact gx. i call, service advisor said, oh must need balance, but the tires dont match, I wasn't told when i picked up the car the tires were mis matched, service advisor then told me it doesnt matter if they don't match as long as they were the same size, width, and more. Well to my knowledge a Quattro should always be equipped with all 4 matching tires at all wheel positions in order to maintain handling capabilities and possible damage to the differential. Apparently the original tires are not available, I should have been consulted before the mis matched tires were put on, why didnt the service tech inform the service manager who should of informed me, I tried chain of command service advisor gave me run around, service manager never answered and got disconnected, I dont have time to chase this problem, It will never go back to Audi of Melbourne. FALSE ADVERTISING! They currently have a 2020 "rally green" zl1 1le for sale. It has an olive green wrap on it that they will not take off, and because it has a wrap they think they have the right to advertise it as rally green. Rally green is a very rare color made by GM in 2020, they were only 87 zl1 1le in production with this color. I was going to drive 3 hours to purchase the car but I'm glad I looked up the vin number and realize the actual color/paint on the car is steel gray. And they won't fix it even when I brought them to their attention, so if they lie about the color on the car , you can only imagine about what else they can lie about, don't trust this dealership and would not recommend to any of my friends and acquaintances. Service Scam - $300 Oil Change / 2 Hrs / Dirty Car Just had my 1st and last experience at Audi's new Melbourne facility for an oil change on my S7. I was originally quoted $160-180. The bill turned out to be $292. This compares to $118 which I previously paid several times at another Audi dealer for the same car. The big difference was labor. Melbourne charged 5X more for labor ($160 vs. $35). It took them 2 hrs ... FOR AN OIL CHANGE! Obviously, they are in the business to take their time and charge us big time for it. To top it off, when they brought the car around it supposedly would include a wash. It showed up wet and dirty. I love my Audi car and am looking at buying another. But not now. I purchased an Audi in another state because the color I wanted was not in stock in Florida. On my way driving to the dealer out of state, the exact car popped up at Melbourne Audi. They asked for the opportunity to match the other dealer's price, which I accepted. After they inspected my trade and looked at the purchase order from the other dealer, Melbourne Audi made a decision that they would not be able to meet the price. Which was fine, But What happened next appalled me. Someone at the Audi dealership took it upon themselves to call the dealership that I was going to and tell them I'm shopping the price of the car and told them things were wrong with my trade and that they should be careful. The dealership had no right to call the other dealer, I showed him that offer in confidence they violated my trust and what they told the dealer was wrong with the car was not true. They told me the deal I was receiving was too good to be true, but the dealer and the other state completed the transaction as agreed upon. Absolutely terrible customer service. once you buy from them they are not there to help. I would not recommend this place at all. My father purchased an etron from them, but while purchasing expressed concern that his and my mother's medical equipment may not fit in the back. The salesperson brushed this off and said it would. When I called that same day to see what they could do to help get him out of the deal I was told I would have to wait until Monday. I was then told that my father would have to pay $15,000 to get out of the contract. I expected to pay some sort of penalty but not $15,000 for having the car for less than 48 hours and putting maybe 10-15 miles on it. The dealership believes their car holds such little resale value and that their car would depreciate $15,000 in a matter of days. This doesn't say to much about an Audi if they lose their resale value that quickly. I would not recommend an Audi and certainly not this dealership. Get a better luxury car from a more reputable dealership. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I had to give one star cause unfortunately you can't give zero stars to give a review. read more

I just got back from an interesting experience in the Audi showroom with Sales Manager, "Gus." Upon an attempt at making a deal (+/- $20, mind you) on a Q3 that was not even on the premises, Gus made the comment that "most of the people who come to Audi chase cars, not payments." A sales associate also said this, leading me to believe this is a "sales tactic?" I understand that Gus perhaps felt the sale was slipping and this was a last-ditch attempt, but condescending to a potential client to make them feel that they are not of the "financial caliber" of an Audi buyer does not a customer make. At that point, Gus had lost the business. Number one, what a customer is willing to pay for a specific vehicle is not equivalent to what the can afford to pay for a vehicle. Number two, if that is the tone Audi takes with it's clients at the get go, why in heavens would I want to lock myself into any sort of contract with them? Marketing 101: A more tactful message to a client (that you are presuming can't afford the vehicle) would have been: "When you're ready to buy an Audi, we'll be here." If they're not ready to be a client now, at least you're leaving the door open for them in the future. Pass that along to ole Gus. I could have been sold on the Q5, clearly a better value for the money-we all know it. Like I said, what someone is willing to pay for a specific vehicle is not equivalent to what they can afford. To add insult to injury, they never transferred tag back into their name (since transaction was actually completed and tag issued, a tag transfer is warranted). This almost resulted in my driver license being suspended due to not having insurance on the car THEY had possession of! To top it off, the finance department is unethical. I authorized one credit check, since I have good credit; however, by the time they stuck me with all of their add-on's, SCCU didn't want to finance the car. So, instead of notifying me of that and getting permission to try a different finance company, they had three other finance companies run my credit (which wasn't the issue--the issue was the loan to value ratio). Ultimately they took off the over priced extended warranty and the car was financed without hesitation. Unfortunately, the multiple unauthorized credit inquiries lowered my credit score; which I strive to maintain in the good-excellent range. Contacted owner Seamus Rowe AGAIN in an effort to notify him how unscrupulous his finance department is and I have gotten no response. This place is unethical and I would try any other dealership than this one. Mr Rowe also owns Mercedes Benz Porsche of Melbourne, so keep that in mind as well. Nice place if you are willing to wait for things. Ive been here twice- the first time was to fix a flat tire, which took 3 hours for them to accomplish. The second time I went in for an oil change and they told me they couldnt get my car in for 5 days. 5 days....for an oil change?? On the flip side they have a very nice lounge to wait in. TV, snacks, coffee, water, etc. staff is friendly and curteous. read more
