I just took delivery of a 2026 911 Carrera T. I am from Jupiter, FL and traveled 100 miles to get this car. Why? I had called about 15 different Porsche dealers, and many of them wanted premiums over MSRP for this car. If not straight cash, insisting on financing, or multi-year service commitments. Chris Huck put me on a list for the car at MSRP. Some months later, he called and told me he had an allocation. I put a deposit on the car, four months later I had a beautiful 911T that I had built. Chris had the car beautifully detailed and ready to roll when I arrived to take delivery. The finance person (sorry, don't remember the name) had all the paperwork prepared to get me done quickly (without all the high-pressure BS for extras). Untrustworthy and Incompetent Service! I had one of the worst experiences ever at Porsche of Melbourne. While visiting family in the area, I heard a noise coming from one of my wheels and brought my car in to have it checked. They told me they couldn't hear anything wrong with the wheel but claimed I had an oil leak--which didn't make sense, as I had never seen a low oil warning on my car. Still, I trusted their diagnosis and paid $4,500 for the repair. On my way back to Miami, I immediately got a warning that the car was out of oil. When I called, Amy told me to "just add oil until you can get back to us." I drove all the way back to Melbourne, where they took my car for only 30 minutes--no lift, no plates removed--just topped it off with oil and sent me off again. Two days later, it was leaking oil again! When I called back, they refused to take responsibility or offer further help. I've since gone to another Porsche dealership for a second opinion. I've never dealt with a service department so careless and unwilling to make things right. Completely untrustworthy experience. read more

Update: moving to 1 star after my experience today. After countless back and forth driver came to drop off the car. Driver couldn't figure out the GPS and got lost and was randomly driving around Orlando. I filled the rental car with 3/4 a tank and the car was dropped to me with 150 miles. The service department is terrible. I do not recommend. Also driver blamed me because the service coordinator input the incorrect address. Driver said I should have confirmed with him directly. What a joke I got the opportunity to work with Dylan and he was fantastic! Never once did I feel pressured to buy but rather was given a ton of helpful information! Worst car buying experience I've ever encountered. I drove three hours round trip to look at a pre-owned F-Type. The salesman barely acknowledged me. Didn't even say hello to my wife. Stay away from this dealership, they are bunch of liare, don't car about customer, it's all about money for them. They sold me a none existing Porsche protection plan for $4200 when my car broke down I was told that warranty was not valid and they never should sold it. I was lied for two months by their business manger, sales manager and general sales manager. Instead of taking care of the problem they feed me one lie after another, the owner of the company doesn't even care to return calls. I reported them to Florida Attorney Generals office, The DMV, Porsche North America and all Porsche forums to stop those crooks. Deceptive sales tactics. I had been emailing with a salesperson at Porsche Melbourne for over a week on a CPO 2019 Cayenne where their site as well as other car sites (e.g. Autotrader) had the starting offer price of the vehicle at reasonable price. I have screenshots saved to show this. After a week of questions & answers, I asked him to make me an offer given that it would be shipped from Florida to California, 2020 models are coming out, and it was month/quarter end. The day after I sent this question, the dealer site increased the price by $~4,200. After questioning this and showing my screenshots, he stated that that "I know we had an issue with our data provider and all of our inventory was priced incorrectly within the last week. The pricing you saw was in error and not correct". Yes, there's a possibility of of his statement being true, but from my recollection, none of their other used vehicles changed in price - only the one which I am interested in. Also, if prices were wrong for over a week, wouldn't this be one of their top priorities to get fixed asap instead of a week? In addition, after I asked them to honor the price, he stated that he forwarded my email/request to management - 2 days ago and no response. read more

Great service! Wonderful People! I just bought my (used) Porsche 911 (not from PoM) and on its trip home developed a TPMS warning that would not reset. I just dropped in that day, without an appointment, and Porsche Service Representative Andy Kinner met me at the door. He took my car back and had the service tech look at the problem. As they were in the process of closing for the day, Andy made me an appointment to have it repaired. I even got to speak directly with the technician regarding the problem. I got my first Porsche at PORSCHE of MELBOURNE Dylan has been a gentleman, very helpful and extremely professional. He really understands the customer and is constantly available. Regarding the rest of the transaction, there was some unfortunate issues and which the dealer's Business Director could have easily resolved, but for some reason he decided not to. After I tried resolving these issues for a month, I brought Dylan into it and he has been a great help and has resolved most of the issues in question. All in all, after I had to spend a month calling the dealer and a bad yelp review, things are somehow getting resolved. I have to mention that I really disliked the fact that a yelp review and some other things were necessary in order for the dealer to listen to me as a new customer and do the right thing, but at least things moved forward and will soon be completely resolved. read more

I was purchasing a car in the Melbourne area from across the country so I set up a pre-purchase inspection at Porsche of Melbourne. I trusted that they could be my eyes and let me know what to expect. Unfortunately, when I set up the appointment they didn't let me know how little they check which I didn't find out until I purchased the car and it was shipped to me. It also took a week and a half and three emails to receive a response about what they actually check. They neglected to check or mark down many simple things, including an alert displayed on the gauge cluster, the sum of which to remediate won't be cheap. It will cost me a lot of money to make this car right. If I had known how lacking this inspection was I would have gladly paid more for a more complete picture of the car because it would have saved me the expense of even buying the car. From here on out all of my prepurchase inspection will be at an independent Porsche specialist where the techs seem to have more of an interest in what they are doing. read more
