Called and spoke to Sal, because my wife and I were interested in buying a 2015 GMC Terrain on his lot. He was very nice and offered to have his daughter, Jasmine, give us a ride to his lot (next to Cabana Shore restaurant on US 1 in Palm Shoes) since we didn't have a car, which is why we were looking to buy one. That was super generous of him. That is about the only good thing I can say. We test drove the GMC Terrain as well as a Jeep Grand Cherokee and Chevy Equinox. Each car had some problem, whether it was the driver seat not adjusting correctly (swivelling and coming loose from the track), it's main display not working (including backup camera, audio/radio, menu, etc.), or having exposed wires around the rear view mirror since it's casing was gone, or the trim/window gaskets flapping off. It just appears that he buys his cars at auction, gives them a fresh detail inside and out, with no mechanic look over or inspection. The prices that he lists his cars for is high for the quality and condition of them. Who knows what is wrong with the cars behind what the eye sees. Then, when we had to get back home to our kids, he kept pushing for us to take the car back home. I politely said we had a family member picking us back up, then he asked how far away they were and insisted on us taking the car instead. Finally, he did get the point when I put my foot down and said "no thank you" for the third or so time. Very pushy, very pricy, very not my place to buy a car. read more
