Ron showed us so many features during this drive and the car was smooth and easy to drive. There were a few more safety features than the car I had been driving and it was easy to assimilate them. During the next 2 weeks, Ron kept in touch and continued to answer questions and we took another test drive as we learned more about Honda and the hybrid CRV. My husband and I did our research online and through YouTube, listening to independent mechanics tell us what they loved about the car and what they didn't. Most the reviews were very positive. Ron continued to patiently and professionally answer questions and talk with us almost daily regarding what we were looking for and what Honda had to offer. Overall, the experience was excellent. After the sale, Ron again sent me Honda videos and sat in the car with me showing me the steering wheel controls and settings and helped me set the car up. So appreciate this!! I later found out the real delay was because Toyota hadn't paid off the remaining balance on my previous loan. Instead of taking responsibility, Alex falsely implied the delay was my fault, even though I had filed my insurance claim before I ever arrived at the dealership. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and incredibly unprofessional. As a returning customer, I expected honesty and respect, not blame for something that wasn't my fault.
