Jay gave me the facts of the car I was interested in and went out of his way to send me pictures. I never felt pressured. They were able to pre approve me before I came in, so I had an idea of what I would qualify for. The price was fair and I'm happy I went to Harbor City. Jay and the staff were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I drove all the way from Sanford (near Orlando) because I felt I'd get better service- I was right and I'm glad I made the drive.

We had the pleasure of working with Chris Oglesby for the first time, and he was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. This time around we purchased our Cadillac XT6 and once again worked with Jay Jeffers, who made the experience smooth, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. The Cadillac XT6 was exactly what we were hoping to find, and the whole process--from exploring options to driving off the lot--was relaxed and stress-free. I cannot say enough about this dealership, and I've been purchasing vehicles for a long time! Harbor City Auto continues to be a place we trust, and we're both thrilled with our new car and the excellent service Jay and Chris provided.

Ron began working with us as we were narrowing down our list and Honda was in our top 3. He was patient and thankfully not a high pressure salesman. He allowed a "real" test drive. That is to say, I drove the car on US1 in Palm Bay down to Rocky Point. That's more than all the other dealerships provide. The car sold itself. Ron showed us so many features during this drive and the car was smooth and easy to drive. There were a few more safety features than the car I had been driving and it was easy to assimilate them. During the next 2 weeks, Ron kept in touch and continued to answer questions and we took another test drive as we learned more about Honda and the hybrid CRV. My husband and I did our research online and through YouTube, listening to independent mechanics tell us what they loved about the car and what they didn't. Most the reviews were very positive. Ron continued to patiently and professionally answer questions and talk with us almost daily regarding what we were looking for and what Honda had to offer. Overall, the experience was excellent. After the sale, Ron again sent me Honda videos and sat in the car with me showing me the steering wheel controls and settings and helped me set the car up. So appreciate this!! When it's time to buy a new Honda, I hope Ron will, again, help me choose the right car. I know Ron is preparing to send me more information about Honda SUVs and I am looking forward to learning more! Thank you!! Carol

I have officially liberated myself from the clutches of my 2014 Ford Focus!…read more For half a year, I played a high-stakes game of "dodge the dealership." I wanted a car; not for someone to text me "u up? want a car?" every twenty minutes. My criteria were simple: find a "Good, Honest, No-Pressure Salesman"--basically the Bigfoot of the automotive industry and find a car that not only I could afford but also met my needs. I wasn't going to settle. When I started browsing the website, the automated sirens began to wail. My phone was buzzing like a disturbed beehive with calls and texts. But I stood my ground. I made it clear: This is happening on MY terms. That's when I found Mr. Al Sikora. While other salesmen are looming like hungry vultures, Al was operating on a higher plane of human decency. He guided me through the entire process without a single ounce of that "constant hounding" that usually makes car buying feel like being chased by a relentless, suit-wearing grizzly bear. He respected the boundaries, he respected the timeline, and he respected the mission. I found a car on the website that was too good a deal to pass up while driving back from Virginia for Thanksgiving. Al met me the next morning to seal the deal. When it came time to cross the finish line and ink the deal however, Bryan Watkins stepped in to bring the heat and close the transaction. The transition was smoother than the suspension on my new ride. It was a tag-team performance that belongs in the Hall of Fame. 110% Satisfaction, 0 Pressure, big smiles and a 2023 Corolla Cross that I can call my own. If you want to buy a car like a boss--on your schedule, with your dignity intact, and handled by absolute pros--go see Al and Bryan. They turned a dreaded chore into a victory lap.

Wouldn't come to this dealership again…read more They let my vehicle sit for 2 days before even evaluating it. I had to call the manager to finally get them to look at it. Waited for days for the new part and then they let it set again before the repair. Told me I had a second problem but the service representative would not provide me with codes and information I needed to understand what was actually wrong and why the services he was recommending were actually needed. I just had to completely trust that I needed what they were recommending. Not once did they offer any sort of amenities- such as loaner cars. Only after I was frustrated that they kept my family vehicle for a week and demanded a loaner did they give me one. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was made aware of a new issue that I didn't have when I arrived at the dealership. My radio completely went down and my backup camera with it. The representative essentially told us that it was our problem because they couldn't verify it was working when we came in and sent us on our way. After reviewing our paperwork, the multi point inspection revealed that it was in fact working when we brought my vehicle in based off of their assessment of my backup camera. So either they LIED on the multi point inspection or he LIED to me about why the infotainment unit wasn't working. Had to call manager again and they very reluctantly offered to diagnose the issue free of charge. Within a few hours after my 2nd drop off, they said that it just "came on" when doing the diagnosis. I wouldn't ever return back to this dealership or Boniface as a whole because of my experience. I feel I was lied to, talked down to, pushed off, and I taken advantage of.
