We had the pleasure of working with Chris Oglesby for the first time, and he was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. This time around we purchased our Cadillac XT6 and once again worked with Jay Jeffers, who made the experience smooth, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. The Cadillac XT6 was exactly what we were hoping to find, and the whole process--from exploring options to driving off the lot--was relaxed and stress-free. I cannot say enough about this dealership, and I've been purchasing vehicles for a long time! Harbor City Auto continues to be a place we trust, and we're both thrilled with our new car and the excellent service Jay and Chris provided.

Jay gave me the facts of the car I was interested in and went out of his way to send me pictures. I never felt pressured. They were able to pre approve me before I came in, so I had an idea of what I would qualify for. The price was fair and I'm happy I went to Harbor City. Jay and the staff were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I drove all the way from Sanford (near Orlando) because I felt I'd get better service- I was right and I'm glad I made the drive.

Buyer and Southeastern Honda customers beware. Honda vehicles are no longer built to the standard…read morethey once were, and the service experience at Southeastern Honda has similarly declined. Despite being a loyal, repeat customer since 2020, I have found that Southeastern Honda does not appear to value long-term customer relationships. I purchased a brand-new 2019 Honda Pilot from Southeastern Honda in 2020 and have consistently returned to their service department for all maintenance. This includes timely oil changes, fluid flushes, and all manufacturer-recommended maintenance and service minder requirements. The vehicle currently has approximately 75,000 miles. Despite this careful maintenance, the vehicle has required several costly repairs. These began with the replacement of the Honda Sensing camera and radar units, which cost approximately $2,300 in parts and labor. More recently, all warning lights illuminated on the dashboard, and diagnostics revealed the need for fuel injector replacement, as well as a timing belt and water pump replacement due to leakage ("timing belt wet"). This most recent repair totaled $3,363. The fuel injector issue is a well-documented problem affecting several Honda models, including the Pilot and Ridgeline. Honda issued a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) and extended the warranty to 10 years or 150,000 miles for certain 2016-2019 Honda Pilots. Unfortunately, not all VINs are included in this coverage, despite identical issues occurring within the same model years....my vehicle being one of them. Knowing this, Southeastern did nothing to try to lower the cost to help. Additionally, Southeastern Honda's pricing is excessive, and there was no effort made to accommodate or support a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars at their dealership. Labor is charged at $200 per hour. While the actual work performed amounted to approximately 4.5 hours (approximately $900 in labor), I was charged $1,774.36 based on "book labor" rather than actual time spent. On top of this, a $90.57 credit card processing fee was added. Based on this experience, I would strongly encourage other customers to consider alternative Honda dealerships and to explore reputable independent repair shops for maintenance and repairs. In many cases, independent shops provide comparable or superior service at a significantly lower cost than dealership service departments. As for myself, I will no longer be giving my business to Southeastern Honda. Overall, this experience has been disappointing and has significantly diminished my confidence in both Honda's reliability and Southeastern Honda's commitment to customer service.

I have officially liberated myself from the clutches of my 2014 Ford Focus!…read more For half a year, I played a high-stakes game of "dodge the dealership." I wanted a car; not for someone to text me "u up? want a car?" every twenty minutes. My criteria were simple: find a "Good, Honest, No-Pressure Salesman"--basically the Bigfoot of the automotive industry and find a car that not only I could afford but also met my needs. I wasn't going to settle. When I started browsing the website, the automated sirens began to wail. My phone was buzzing like a disturbed beehive with calls and texts. But I stood my ground. I made it clear: This is happening on MY terms. That's when I found Mr. Al Sikora. While other salesmen are looming like hungry vultures, Al was operating on a higher plane of human decency. He guided me through the entire process without a single ounce of that "constant hounding" that usually makes car buying feel like being chased by a relentless, suit-wearing grizzly bear. He respected the boundaries, he respected the timeline, and he respected the mission. I found a car on the website that was too good a deal to pass up while driving back from Virginia for Thanksgiving. Al met me the next morning to seal the deal. When it came time to cross the finish line and ink the deal however, Bryan Watkins stepped in to bring the heat and close the transaction. The transition was smoother than the suspension on my new ride. It was a tag-team performance that belongs in the Hall of Fame. 110% Satisfaction, 0 Pressure, big smiles and a 2023 Corolla Cross that I can call my own. If you want to buy a car like a boss--on your schedule, with your dignity intact, and handled by absolute pros--go see Al and Bryan. They turned a dreaded chore into a victory lap.

Brand New not Pre-owned. 2024 Nissan Altima with now 22,000 miles I recently brought my vehicle in for service, which included an oil change and tire rotation. At that time, I was informed that my battery was in good condition. However, just a week later, my car failed to start. Following this issue, I had the battery tested twice at Auto Zone as well as by an independent individual, and each test indicated that the battery life was at approximately 25%. Despite this, the service team continues to maintain that the battery is "good" based on their initial assessment and has been unable to provide a clear explanation for why my vehicle will not start. When I inquired about replacing the battery, I was told that it would not be covered under warranty because the battery has not officially "failed" according to their criteria. Instead, I was offered a replacement at my own expense. This situation is concerning, as my vehicle is currently unreliable and poses a potential safety risk. I am disappointed that despite clear signs of battery deterioration, no resolution has been provided under warranty due to policy limitations. I would have expected a more thorough evaluation and a customer-focused approach to resolving the issue.
