The price negotiation was very smooth and we agreed on a fair price and proceeded to close the deal. There was never a feeeling of sales pressure, upselling, or steering with Jasper or Chase or the Sales Manager "Junior Varsity". Having a repair facility on site and offering warranties on the vehicles they sell made it an easy choice. I hope to never have to use their repair offerings, and can only hope it is as easy as the sales experience. As always, do your homework on used cars before you go. Know what trouble areas to look for, crawl under the vehicle, and remember a flashlight.

So, I attempted to update it but I was unable to get the update installed. So I took it to Hyundai and the dealer could not get it installed either. BlueLink was no help.
