I had a very good experience here. Knowledgeable mechanics, friendly and personable staff, very good prices. Skip the dealership to have your scheduled maintenance done on your Mercedes, and come to see Vlad. His father used to work in the service department of Mercedes of Melbourne. He brought his knowledge over to this shop and went out on his own and passed it down to his son. Mom works the front desk. She is also very knowledgeable and will point you in the right direction of your needs tailored to your high-end vehicle, she is also knowledgeable about Other vehicle warranty options which service is due for your car and what all it entails to keep it under warranty. Vlad gave me a tour of the shop, and seemed very enthusiastic about future goals he wanted to take the business to make it better. When I arrived there were a few cars before me, and when they started working on mine for the routine scheduled service, it took about an hour. Price out the door was over $400 which is half of what a dealership would charge you. I recommend you giving them a try, as I will be back myself. read more

this place is honestly a joke, I worked here in the past and I could tell you that if you bring your car here, the bill will be as much as a dealer and the work will be half as good as the price you pay, big markup on parts, and from what I've seen is a high turnover rate as they mistreat employees, especially young ones. if you want your bmw, Mercedes, or any European car worked on, this should be your last ditch effort, as you may have your nice car left on the side of the road for you to pick it up, plus the bill being astronomically high. read more

This shop does great work at really reasonable prices, which is especially appreciated by those of us with slightly older vehicles that haven't seen the inside of a dealership in years (I drive an '00 BMW Z3). They're good, honest people, who will walk you around under your car if you're curious and point out what they see so repairs aren't just line items on an estimate. They've got top notch contacts and partners--the guy they called in to do a full detail on my car today did a fabulous job, and I'm told they've also got a guy who can make a dent absolutely vanish. Unprofessional! I was told that I would get a FULL Diagnostic Inspection. I also reiterated that I wanted a bumper to bumper inspection. When my report came back, I was told my transmission was bad. I said what about the rest of the diagnostic inspection? Mr. Vlads was hesitant about performing the rest until I said, this is what I am paying for. When he called again, he said that it was soooo much wrong that he only WROTE down a few things. the printer on his machine was not working, he took pics of the codes. He said, he only wrote down what HE thought was important. I said, what about the other things that may be important to me. I paid 200.00 for towing and 140.00 for his services. He said that he would get my car back in the shop to complete the diagnostic and told the tow truck driver not to retrieve my car. After having several completely ridiculously wrong diagnosis and huge quotes from the Audi dealership about a hesitation problem with my 2017 A6, I found Vlad's Autobahn and had him give me a second opinion. Vlad determined that I had water in the fuel tank, and that there was a leaking the cooling system- that we knew about. Vlad made several suggestions and helped me fix this problem, in so doing he, and his crew, discovered several other issues with the car our dealership did not even tell us about. Although these were expensive repairs, his pricing was very reasonable and his work ethic beyond reproach. The car drives like new and this is the only shop that will work on my cars. Vlad's is a family business and his crew is very knowledgable and specialize in European vehicles. This is also one of the cleanest shops I have ever been in. My suggestion if you are out of warranty or tired of paying dealer prices with Tech level services on your European vehicle, give this shop a chance at your business. A+++ read more

I interviewed Vlad for service on my E-350 Mercedes, I was impressed by the knowledge Vlad had on my car as he gave me ta tour of his facility (clean), He seemed to be more informed then the local Mercedes dealer. I later learned that he was employed there for several years prior. His prices were far less then the dealer wanted for routine service. Totally unpleasant experience dealing with the BMW side. As for the Benz side, go ahead, it's the elder Vlad plus the mother is a sweet person. The son who runs the BMW side is just a jerk who repeats himself 4 times as to how complicated the issue is instead of accepting the, 'charge me another hour to diagnose, it's fine" answer I gave him 4 times. And again, I had to ask him, 'what do you advise me to do? only to listen to him tell me again the laundry list of things I don't understand as to how bad my car is. My experience got so frustrating that we agreed to part ways after my spending $200 on diagnostics of questionable value. They never even said they would apply those charges to my ultimate bill. "The issue is complicated and I need another hour to diagnose the problem." That I can understand and that's all he needed to say at the beginning of a ten minute conversation that left me more confused at the end than I was at the beginning. And copping an attitude when I try to end the time wasting by saying, "fine, charge me another hour' borders on unhinged.
