Jay and the staff were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I have officially liberated myself from the clutches of my 2014 Ford Focus!…read more For half a year, I played a high-stakes game of "dodge the dealership." I wanted a car; not for someone to text me "u up? want a car?" every twenty minutes. My criteria were simple: find a "Good, Honest, No-Pressure Salesman"--basically the Bigfoot of the automotive industry and find a car that not only I could afford but also met my needs. I wasn't going to settle. When I started browsing the website, the automated sirens began to wail. My phone was buzzing like a disturbed beehive with calls and texts. But I stood my ground. I made it clear: This is happening on MY terms. That's when I found Mr. Al Sikora. While other salesmen are looming like hungry vultures, Al was operating on a higher plane of human decency. He guided me through the entire process without a single ounce of that "constant hounding" that usually makes car buying feel like being chased by a relentless, suit-wearing grizzly bear. He respected the boundaries, he respected the timeline, and he respected the mission. I found a car on the website that was too good a deal to pass up while driving back from Virginia for Thanksgiving. Al met me the next morning to seal the deal. When it came time to cross the finish line and ink the deal however, Bryan Watkins stepped in to bring the heat and close the transaction. The transition was smoother than the suspension on my new ride. It was a tag-team performance that belongs in the Hall of Fame. 110% Satisfaction, 0 Pressure, big smiles and a 2023 Corolla Cross that I can call my own. If you want to buy a car like a boss--on your schedule, with your dignity intact, and handled by absolute pros--go see Al and Bryan. They turned a dreaded chore into a victory lap.

Some only pedal junk cars, or over-priced cars. I was pleasantly surprised with Ma & Pa's Auto! No pressure sales, very accommodating staff, and simple paperwork. They had a good collection of used vehicles of various price points. Granted is has been over 10yrs since I had to buy a used car from any dealership, but my latest experience with Ma & Pa's was great. Having a repair facility on site and offering warranties on the vehicles they sell made it an easy choice. I hope to never have to use their repair offerings, and can only hope it is as easy as the sales experience. As always, do your homework on used cars before you go. Know what trouble areas to look for, crawl under the vehicle, and remember a flashlight.

From the moment we met her, Aly was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. What really stood out was her demeanor--she was never pushy or overly aggressive like you sometimes experience at dealerships. Instead, she took the time to answer our questions, responded promptly whenever we reached out, and made the entire car-buying process comfortable and stress-free. We actually visited other dealerships and looked at other vehicles, but in the end, we came back to Kia because of Aly. She earned our trust through her honesty, patience, and outstanding customer service. She made us feel valued instead of pressured, and that made all the difference. If you're shopping for a vehicle, we highly recommend asking for Aly. She's an absolute pleasure to work with, a wonderful person, and someone who truly cares about her customers. Boniface Hiers Kia is fortunate to have her on their team!

Purchased a 2021 BMW 740i M-Sport w/ 65k miles out state with a PPI. Communication was ok…read morethroughout out of state process done mostly over text. Price was fair, and figured with a lifetime warranty on the powertrain, why not, even though it had higher miles than I wanted. I paid cash for the vehicle. 6 weeks so far, haven't received my title or registration. Fati, the finance manager, will not respond to an email. PPI through POMCAR didn't catch torn suspension components, collapsed engine mounts, burned out ($600!) taillight (the dealership did give me $600 off the purchase for that but had to convince them to do the right thing) or 4 bent rims. The collapsed engine mounts are covered under warranty, will see how the process goes. I don't believe they recondition used vehicles thoroughly, or really at all. They said they changed the oil before purchase, but if they did, they didn't reset the maintenance minder. Get a better PPI if you're buying used, especially if it's not a Kia.

The man working there spent about five minutes on the phone arguing while I stood there waiting, with nothing to do but look at Star Wars posters and toys. He didn't even get up to inspect the vehicle. He simply gave me a price of $250. $250 -- without even looking at the vehicle or doing any work! That was enough for me. I walked out. There are plenty of other businesses in Melbourne, so DO YOUR RESEARCH before handing over your hard-earned money. Get multiple quotes, read the reviews, and don't feel pressured to accept the first price you're given. Customer service matters. Your money matters. Shop around! The car was in mint condition when I got it, despite being 11 years old. I've taken it to Utah and back as well as all over Florida and it pulls my 26 foot travel trailer and I trust it every step of the way. That says a lot about Jeeps, but it also says a lot about this dealer because, let me tell you, I looked at a LOT of trucks and SUVs to pull this thing, and test drove a lot of Jeeps, and I don't think any of them would have lasted like this one has, and still does (knock on wood). He also recommended me to a great place to service the Jeep if anything ever went wrong (in the past year it has needed a new starter and my serpentine belt came off once when a frog got stuck in it). All around great guy, will not screw you over, and not seedy or pushy at all. I recommend him to everyone looking for a used car.
