This time around we purchased our Cadillac XT6 and once again worked with Jay Jeffers, who made the experience smooth, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. The Cadillac XT6 was exactly what we were hoping to find, and the whole process--from exploring options to driving off the lot--was relaxed and stress-free. I cannot say enough about this dealership, and I've been purchasing vehicles for a long time! Jay gave me the facts of the car I was interested in and went out of his way to send me pictures. I never felt pressured. They were able to pre approve me before I came in, so I had an idea of what I would qualify for. The price was fair and I'm happy I went to Harbor City. Jay and the staff were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I drove all the way from Sanford (near Orlando) because I felt I'd get better service- I was right and I'm glad I made the drive.

So bought extra warranty however we noticed they were not actually rotating tires as they stated .. we marked tires before bringing in an caught them .. so now our tires are not worn evenly including we needed to spend extra time going in for something they should have done in first place ... spoke to General manager he stated if tire pressure is low they won't rotate ( but wait a min you just told us you have been rotating all along ) part of warranty is for them to add pressure during visit they also did state they rotated ... Not honest service department don't purchase warranty they are crooks with GM's recommendation is we need to buy new tires now ... we will be trading in our Kia to ensure we work with honest more customer service professionals

I brought in at 8am I was the 3rd car in line. at 830 they came to me in the waiting room. Told me my car was in an accident in the shop. The technician got out of the car still in drive. He saw the car moving and then jumped back in to put in park. the whole drivers side door is messed up. they told me the car was at 5 star, then later that day they told me imperial. did not give me a time frame till i took the day off from work. As a single mother and only have this car for ten days is messed up on the dealer. I have been stressed out and having to take days off cause they done seem to be telling me anything about the car.

After that, you pay a monthly fee. Well. I let the BlueLink expire. One year later, I paid Bluelink their initial fee for activation and their first monthly payment. It was then that I found out I could not activate the BlueLink in the car. I called BlueLink and they stated I need to upgrade the firmware in the car. So, I attempted to update it but I was unable to get the update installed. So I took it to Hyundai and the dealer could not get it installed either. BlueLink was no help. So now, after a bunch of resets on the chip, now my BlueLink and the Android Auto dont work. What a pain in the ass. I decided to move on waiting for the dealer to contact me. I dont understand why the dealer cant get it updated. Im going to change to a KIA since they provide the same warranty which is why I bought so many cars from Hyundai..

I showed up on a Friday around noon. Business: The dealership and showroom were clean with a nice little snack area with TVs if you have to wait for service. Service: Eric Swist was my salesman, and even though he was new, he did a good job of helping me go over all the details of the car. If he didn't know the answer, he admitted it and went to ask the answers. He pushed just enough but not overly pushy to get me in the car I wanted. Also loved the finance guy (forgot his name ... ugh, I'm sorry), but he was great as explaining all the details of my financing with me and discussing all the extras available for purchase. Overall: I was treated with respect and professionalism... and I enjoyed the whole process of the purchase. They turned this Honda lover into a Hyundai lover. ‍
