They have both morning & evening classes. When you're there, the coach will show you what to do in each station and monitor the class to make sure you're doing the stations/workouts correctly. Staffs here are extremely friendly & knowledgeable. I really like the vibes inside the gym and joined the membership after my kick-start trial is over. I like that. I can partner up with someone or do a station by myself free of judgments.

There was only one coach, and I had no partner. The signs were abbreviated and gave no hint as to what each station was about. And the coach doesn't care at all about who you are or what state your body is in. When you tell them you can't do a certain exercise properly due to chronic conditions, and you need time they make you feel like crap. Sometimes I waited at a station the whole time because I couldn't remember what I was supposed to do there, but by the time a coach is able to help, time's already up. Also, the people attending are rude. They were in the hallway talking smack about how they hate new people. Any motivated to go was drained and to didn't go back to finish my trial. Getting motivated to work out is hard enough without the toxic environment and lack of support.

The classes are HIIT styled classes, with AM & PM classes. Each class is either upper body, lower body, or full body. They are always different & the trainers provide guidance on how to complete each station. Special shout out to George who makes sure to push you & makes sure to correct your form. The workouts are challenging but you can definitely make modifications if you can't do something. Parking: there's a public parking lot at the back that always has room for cars. Classes: 5AM, 6AM, 8AM, 9AM, 4PM,5PM,6PM,7PM,8PM weekend hours are much limited which is no issues for me since I prefer to workout earlier in the week. The front desk staff is always extremely nice! Sandra, Kim, & Carlos are always encouraging & supportive.

He gets upset if your not doing the work out correctly. He rolls his eyes to the members and starts talking underneath his breath, instead of encouraging and explaining how to do the workout.. but instead he likes to humiliate you in front of the class. This is not professional. He is only friendly to the girls he finds attractive, or that are a lot thinner. I don't need to pay for the camp to be treated like crap and to see other members being getting treated the some way!

ZERO. Their manager doesn't even care to address your issues or reach out. I even messaged the corporate, they punted it on the manager. And my problem? Unresolved. If you plan to use your session on last day of your billing (stealing) cycle, you lose that session. This happened to me twice with nobody caring to reach out despite my messages to the "support" (ignorance) system. To add more this place is filthy, sweat dripping marks all over the equipment, classes hot and not ventilated for the number of people in the room. Parking lot: shared between so many business, good luck with street parking!

I arrived just 1 minute past the grace period, and the front desk staff member immediately told me I had to reschedule -- in a manner that came across as unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. Looking back, there were already signs this studio was not well-organized. I was contacted multiple times to confirm my class -- I confirmed the first time, but still received additional calls, a voicemail, and another text. That level of follow-up felt excessive and unnecessary. On top of that: - The studio does not have its own parking lot, which makes arriving on time difficult. This was the reason I was 1 minute late. - I'm a frequent guest at Barry's Pasadena, Sanctuary Fitness, F45, and Lagree. None of them require a 30-minute early arrival for first-timers. The standard at other studios is a 15-minute check-in, and even then they are far more flexible. - When I arrived, the class before mine was still wrapping up, which makes me question what, realistically, I would have been shown if I had been exactly on time. I was genuinely looking forward to trying this class with my friend, but between the overly strict policy, disorganized communication, lack of parking, and the unfriendly welcome, this studio does not compare well to others in the area.

From the moment you sign up to their free intro class you feel so welcomed. Everyone talks to everyone. I don't think I have yet to meet a rude person. I purchased the unlimited package so I had access to the open gym which is open 24 7! The two cons I have is that there aren't that many morning classes. They have 5:30 am and 8:30 am, but they do have a ton of evening classes. I highly recommend taking classes with Christian O., especially if you're new. He does a great job at explaining the workouts beforehand and going around the class to make sure you're doing the exercises right. He is so patient. The other con is the parking. It can be a bit tight, but I just go early so I don't have to stress about it. The classes are worth it! If you've been wanting to try CrossFit but feel intimidated give Backyard CrossFit a try!
