    Hiring Ray as a coach was a big game changer for me. Having 2 kids and falling into to the mundane routine of life, I needed an extra push to get back in shape. Ray gave me a solid flexible meal plan, easy to follow workouts, and weekly check-ins. If I began to slack off my diet or workouts, he would check in to see how things are going and if adjustments needed to be made. I'm a firm believer that communication is key. Ray provides all of that and more. Highly recommend!

    I was 130lbs and went down to 104lbs.

My Dad has had a history of falls and his focus is on balance and resistance training. I can already see that my Dad is more confident in his walking and both of them are excited for every session. Life is all about pushing limits (even into your 70's/80's and beyond) and I've been super impressed with Eric's care, motivation and individually crafted plans for each of them. Eric has excellent communication skills and it is apparent that he truly enjoys what he does.

They have both morning & evening classes. When you're there, the coach will show you what to do in each station and monitor the class to make sure you're doing the stations/workouts correctly. There was only one coach, and I had no partner. The signs were abbreviated and gave no hint as to what each station was about. And the coach doesn't care at all about who you are or what state your body is in. When you tell them you can't do a certain exercise properly due to chronic conditions, and you need time they make you feel like crap. Sometimes I waited at a station the whole time because I couldn't remember what I was supposed to do there, but by the time a coach is able to help, time's already up. Also, the people attending are rude. They were in the hallway talking smack about how they hate new people. Any motivated to go was drained and to didn't go back to finish my trial. Getting motivated to work out is hard enough without the toxic environment and lack of support.

He would take videos of my run form, give feedback and explain why certain movements can cause muscles strain/ discomfort! I had persistent knee pain that would not go away. I've tried massage, acupuncture, rest, stretching but nothing would resolve the issue. After 2 sessions with Jeffery, I started noticing significant improvement with pain relief and run performance. Every session Jeffery would build on the exercise and send videos/training schedule on an app. The app was very helpful, with daily reminders for exercises and help me adhere to my rehab goals.
