They have both morning & evening classes. When you're there, the coach will show you what to do in each station and monitor the class to make sure you're doing the stations/workouts correctly. Staffs here are extremely friendly & knowledgeable. I really like the vibes inside the gym and joined the membership after my kick-start trial is over. I like that. I can partner up with someone or do a station by myself free of judgments.

There was only one coach, and I had no partner. The signs were abbreviated and gave no hint as to what each station was about. And the coach doesn't care at all about who you are or what state your body is in. When you tell them you can't do a certain exercise properly due to chronic conditions, and you need time they make you feel like crap. Sometimes I waited at a station the whole time because I couldn't remember what I was supposed to do there, but by the time a coach is able to help, time's already up. Also, the people attending are rude. They were in the hallway talking smack about how they hate new people. Any motivated to go was drained and to didn't go back to finish my trial. Getting motivated to work out is hard enough without the toxic environment and lack of support.

I now have the motivation and energy to get up in the early morning hours and get a workout in three times a week. I feel stronger and happier about myself both inside and out. Though the sessions are a mere 30 minutes each, they are packed with a full dose of calorie burning, muscle strengthening excellence! Had about 6 sessions and every session he showed the same diligence in his assessments. He would take videos of my run form, give feedback and explain why certain movements can cause muscles strain/ discomfort! I had persistent knee pain that would not go away. I've tried massage, acupuncture, rest, stretching but nothing would resolve the issue. After 2 sessions with Jeffery, I started noticing significant improvement with pain relief and run performance. Every session Jeffery would build on the exercise and send videos/training schedule on an app. The app was very helpful, with daily reminders for exercises and help me adhere to my rehab goals. I've been pain free after my 6 session and would likely return for sessions to help with performances /strengthening exercises
