Pam and the coaches here make this gym special. They are smart, detailed and customize everything for you. I joined a few months ago with the goal of getting stronger and overall healthier. Pam and the coaches listened to my goals and talked me through how I can achieve them. I have NEVER lifted free weights and I honestly was not interested in crossfit or weight training prior to this gym. Group classes have been so welcoming and friendly. I'm at the lower fitness and weight levels, and there is no judgement or pressure to over perform. Coaches are there to explain everything and there is no guessing what to do or how much weight to lift. I am lifting weights, getting into shape faster than ever, and not worrying that I will injure myself. Just step foot in the door and talk to any of the coaches and you'll be as sold as I am. read more

Great gym with a great community and instructors in the heart of San Marino. The workouts are always challenging and varied. They have all the equipment you need to get your sweat on and drop the weight to your hearts desire. I've been coming here for little over a year and have never felt better. I love the way the coaches really watch your movements and ensure injury free. No pain is... hey more GAINs! Def come check it out. read more

OMG I absolutely love this place! I've been training with Coach Pam for a little over a year and I have put on 5 pounds of muscle and gotten leaner and stronger and more confident in myself and my abilities. I'm only 5 feet tall and DEEP into my 50s so that means a lot for me. And if you're wondering how I know how much muscle I've gained it's because they have one of those body composition measuring machine thingys. When I first started out I was really nervous. I hate exercising. It's boring and time consuming. I mean I guess it's better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick, but not by much. So I knew I was going to have to pay someone to kick my bum for me since I'm too lazy to do it myself. For me, this is SO worth the investment. All of the trainers are great here. I work mostly with Pam, who I love. Most of the time. But I've worked with other trainers as well and everyone is great. Except for Victor, who has terrible taste in music. (JK Victor I love you!) All the coaches are super supportive and have really pushed me to achieve my best. I am constantly improving. CrossFit 626 is a real community. I really feel like the coaches and clients are so connected. Last Christmas they hosted a holiday party and it was so nice! I have belonged to a number of gyms in the past and none has provided this kind of experience, where the coaches really take a personal interest in YOU and your goals. And this is true not just for private coaching clients but also for people attending regular classes. I seriously doubt you would find this at the average chain-store gym. Thank you CF626! read more

626 CrossFit has a wonderful group of trainers, i.e. Victor, Chris, and Pam. I started out a beginner in private sessions with Victor and have advanced steadily in their group classes. It's the only program that has worked for me. I love coming here and have stuck with it. If you are looking for a place to get into the best shape of your life, I would consider 626 CrossFit. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced weightlifter, this is the place for you. It is warm, welcoming, and inclusive. 626 CrossFit differentiates the workouts, so that the advanced students are huffing and puffing as hard as us beginners. You will never get bored. The trainers excel at differentiating your skill level and moving you along your fitness training goals. I don't feel intimidated by the other members who are clearly able to lift a lot more weight. We are all huffing and puffing to complete our rep schemes at the same time. Even if you have an injury from a previous accident, the trainers are knowledgeable in how to modify your workout. This is a good place to rehabilitate, get stronger, and increase your strength, mobility and flexibility. You will love getting into the best shape of your life! Give them a call! :) read more

I am a personal trainer and fitness instructor. I do a lot for my clients and I expect a lot from a gym: My Personal Requirements:  -Short commute from home and work. -Emphasis on mobility with foam rolling and stretching. -Programming/Community/Coaching Staff that care about form and WODs that don't go to the extreme of injuries and burn out. -Price I had been doing Crossfit for a little over 2 years and I had changed Crossfit Gyms 3 times trying new places. I was driving 30 mins to classes and I wanted something closer. I google mapped and found 9 gyms closer to me within 15-20 mins. Every gym has a 1 day to 2 week free trial period and my boyfriend and I used all of them, it took us 2 months to get through all 9 gyms and we saw Crossfit 626 last with a gym in mind if it didn't fit my needs. They only gave me 1 free class and they are the most expensive gym in the area, but this is why I chose Crossfit 626: Pros:  -Best coaching and programming, very detailed in helping you get better with exercise movements.  -Class cap of 8 to have coaching stay personal. -Closest Crossfit gym from work and home. -There are so many strong women that it is inspiring being there. It is great that Pam, who is the owner and Haddy are the strongest women I have ever seen in my life, they are stronger than all the members in the gym, girls and guys. Exercise is a mostly male dominated industry and it is great to see so many women be just as strong. Crossfit isn't for everyone, Olympic style lifting is difficult to learn so I can't recommend it for everyone, but for me it is very motivating to learn difficult moments and I feel like I am growing when I come to class. I have made many friends here and I enjoy the community. read more

Hi CrossFit 626 The personal trainers are patient, knowledgeable and motivators to keep me on track with CrossFit goals. Joining this year was the best decision I made this year 2021! Thank you Patty read more

I started at CrossFit 626 in May 2023. I joined because I was interested in increasing my functional fitness. I started at 2 classes per week, and pretty quickly went unlimited with 5-6 classes per week. I just cannot get enough! The workouts are challenging in the best way, and the coaches are attentive and motivating. Most importantly, the gym community has begun to feel like family to me. Benchmarks I've achieved after regularly attending group classes for one year: lost 30lbs, improved my mile time by almost 3 minutes, achieved an unassisted pullup, and deadlifted twice my bodyweight. I have never felt so in shape in my life, and I can thank CF 626 for that! read more

Like everyone else after lockdown I needed to get back in the gym, but my previous gym had closed its doors. Luckily I stumbled across 626 Strength & Fitness, located in the heart of beautiful San Marino. 18 months later the changes I see in myself are amazing! I can lift heavy objects, put them down and pick them up...again! (and then put them back down). My coworkers are amazed at my ability to walk into the conference room and hop up on the table as if it were nothing. But it's not just strength training - there are coordination exercises such as jump rope, which we practice a lot.... a lot. The owner, Pam, and all the coaches greet you by name with a cheery smile that belies what they're about to inflict on you. Now, I can go to parties and confidently ask "Guess how much I can bench press?" without fear of being embarrassed.... read more

I joined CF 626 at the end of 2019. 2020, what a year so far, right? I've done CrossFit before and jumped from yoga to Brazilian jiu jitsu, kickboxing, HiiT, etc. gone to different studios and different "gyms". Honestly, CrossFit wasn't something I was interested in. I joined because my wife wanted to and after visiting it was a very clean/organized place and it has a present owner as opposed to an absentee one. This place and especially the community of people has quickly become a large part of my life. The coaches are solid, the members: humble, genuine, welcoming, the workouts are customized to the ability of the individual. There is a lot of care and mindfulness to the approach to fitness that this box takes. On the surface, this is a gym. At its core, this is a place that focuses on overall wellness. It sounds cheesy but it's the truth I've accepted. This is only the opinion of one person. The best way is to come in, look, and try for yourself. Walk in and say hi! read more

Addition to my previous review. This gym has grown so much in the last year while maintaining their main draws. Coach to member ratio during classes remain to be phenomenal using an online reservation system and capping classes to 12 members or less to at least one coach. They have expanded their classes to include focused classes, there is a mobility/yoga class once a week and both endurance and strength programs to supplement the standard Crossfit workouts. The mobility/yoga class is sports specific with an very knowledgeable teacher who is able to focus on muscle groups which have been tightened by the weeks workouts. The endurance and strength classes are 6 to 8 week programs utilizing proven ratio programing to produce huge gains in those respective aspects. They still provide a FREE community workout on Saturday mornings at 8am at their location and sometimes run workouts before the Doghouse run on Tuesdays evenings in Old Town Pasadena. I think it's amazing that these owners and coaches would give their time and equipment to provide a free workout for the community every week especially considering how expensive any class workouts can be in the area. All aspects of the instructions, warm-up and coaching during the workout are designed to provide a safe and effective workout and should not be missed. Showing up a little early so that they coaches can plan and prepare for everyone, not to mention showing respect to everyone there and the people volunteering their time for a free crossfit workout is hardly much to ask for. read more

As a former Marine Corps infantryman, I thought that I knew a thing or two about working out. But after leaving the service for 10 years and gaining three times that number in weight, I realized that mistakes were made at every level. It took a lot for me to acknowledge that my workout routine was ineffective and that I did not possess the right drive to help me reach my fitness goals. So, when I finally put aside my pride and reached out for guidance, I found CrossFit 626. The facility itself is quite spartan - only containing the necessities required for success. At first glance, it appears fairly unremarkable. But, what makes this place truly shine are the coaches and its members. There is a true sense of community at CrossFit 626 that inspires folks to put in their maximum effort. Although each session lasts for only an hour, none of the time is wasted and you leave the gym exhausted but looking forward to the next session. The atmosphere that's cultivated and fostered at CrossFit 626 is second to none. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is willing to put in the time and effort for achievable results! read more

CrossFit 626 - Great place. Love the workouts and the knowledgeable coaches. Would highly recommend. - Gyms Near Me - San Marino, California

Gym owner and head coach Pam Eamranond fosters a fully supportive environment at 626. Her belief that anyone can be fit, and that strength can be measured in multiple ways, creates a safe and holistic environment where clients don't feel pressured to do the max, like at some other gyms, which can be dangerous. Highly recommend and visit for a drop-in to see for yourself! read more

Not only do the team of coaches take interest in your physical well-being, they also help all members develop a sense of mental well being and teach sustainability and healthy lifestyle changes that help you achieve your personal goals. It's all good...until one tries to cancel it. My first-time CrossFit experience started with this gym. First of all, it's a great gym, great workouts, and some of the best fitness coaches. I loved it even though it was not cheap. With that said, unfortunately, I had to cancel the membership due to my personal health issue after less than two months. Much to my dismay, with no forewarning, I was forced to pay a "Cancellation Fee." because according to the member agreement, I did not give "30-day notice" for cancellation... on a month-to-month membership. Preposterous! It seems they try to squeeze every dime out of their members even it's against their conscience. I had planned to return to the fitness when my health improves, but the incidence just left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Guess I won't come back. It sadly could have so much more potential if the people who run the place could think a little bigger. read more

I have been going to Crossfit 626 for about 5 years and can't imagine working out anywhere else! I love that the workouts are challenging and I push myself much harder than usual when in a group setting. All of the coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. The members are awesome and the gym has a wonderful community vibe. The new location is easy to get to and has a parking lot in the back. It's a great open space and even has showers if you like to come in the mornings before work. Everyone is at a different level of fitness and Crossfit 626 is amazing at modifying the workouts so everyone can participate everyday. I definitely recommend checking out Crossfit 626! read more

Pasadena, and LA in general, has a lot of CrossFit gyms for you to try. CrossFit 626 is one of the best CrossFit gyms in LA. Coach Pam, John, Brandon, Jeff and Alice are the best of the best. It's every CrossFit's goal to have a welcoming, family like atmosphere and CF 626 personifies that. The coaches and members are super friendly and welcoming. Doesn't matter if this is your first time trying a CrossFit work out or you're a pro. Coaching staff is well trained and know what they're doing. They're encouraging and helpful, but won't let you get away with poor techniques or bad habits. Great facilities and good equipment. 626 was my first introduction to CF and it set the bar for what I look for and expect from a good CF gym. This is the perfect place to start you're CF career. They'll kick you're butt and make you a Crossfitter for life. Also, coach Pam is a badass! read more

I've known the owner Pam for several years now not only as a professional trainer but also as a friend. And like a true friend, she genuinely strives to help you achieve your goals, both phyisically and mentally, as fitness is for body AND mind. For me, Crossfit 626 is a retreat where you can work off any stressors from the day, push youself to be the best you can be, and find a community of people that become like an extended family to you. It is such a blessing to have a great gem like this in our neighborhood! read more

Entirely satisfactory in every respect. I've been doing personal training with the owner, Pam Eamranond, since July 2019. Pam is exactly what I wanted in a trainer: she has deep knowledge of the body and how to work it hard and safely, gives me her full attention, responds expertly to my questions and concerns, and is an inexhaustible fount of exercises and fitness strategies. Pam and her staff are cordial, responsive, respectful, and deeply knowledgeable about strength conditioning and nutrition. The gym itself is clean, fully stocked and well organized, with good parking. Because I was and am committed to healing myself, I follow my trainer's instructions. As such, I have gotten the desired results: I can run again! I've dropped about 14 pounds, reduced my BMI, and the primary pain has all but vanished. Back story: I am 50+ years old, and years ago a hamstring tear acquired while running put my whole body out of whack with one pain and problem leading to another. This put me through cycles of trying to exercise, hurting myself, then stopping exercising. A real fear of hurting myself developed, while my body just got older and weaker. I knew I had to take drastic action ASAP, so sought out a first class personal trainer, which I found at CrossFit 626. read more

My theory is: either you love CrossFit, or you don't. I love it. What makes THIS box, CrossFit 626, better than the others out there is the heart. Yeah, yeah - it's cheesy - I know. But honestly, I can't tell you how awesome it is that Pam, Brandon, Nicole, & Erwin spend their early Saturday mornings working for free to let us poor/cheap - oops, sorry - frugal people (who aren't currently able to expend $200/mo.)/noncommittal experience a different variety of CrossFit. (I say different variety because the Saturday AM community WODs are a not a typical class because of the large turnout of people.) As for the workouts, the coaches keep it intense, fun, and painful - in a good way! I love the days of soreness after a good workout at 626. Experiencing just the handful of times I've been here, I've been exposed to new exercises I've never tried before having been a member of a McGym for 10+ years. It challenges you and strengthens you unlike traditional workouts. CrossFit is an effective, motivating, & awesome addition to any fitness regime! And if you're gonna do it, go BIG at CrossFit 626. read more

I didn't think online coaching was for me but after giving it a try it has transformed my mind and body, and has positively impacted how I think of fitness. The workouts are intuitive, easy to follow with videos, and convenient for me to complete on my own time. I like the accountability from my coach and the ability to message them any time. My goal was to lean out and be stronger with functional movements and the training program did just that. I also have to credit the nutritional guidance that got me towards my goals. My favorite part about it was that it wasn't restrictive. I'm impressed by the way simple habits that are practiced and most importantly, sustainable. If you want to feel good and look good, I highly recommend 626's Online Coaching no matter where you are. read more

I first read about CrossFit while searching for recipes during a couple of Paleo challenges. After making the full transition to be Paleo, I decided to come try 626 since a couple of my co-workers (thanks Dorothy & Kenny) were raving about the hassle-free community workouts. I'm pretty sure that morning I saw rainbows, butterflies, unicorns and some other mythical mammals while I sweated through the work out. Two days later, I had to tuck and roll OFF my bed because my abs were so sore I couldn't sit up. Ah-ha! I was hooked. CrossFit 626 offers foundation classes for a month, which was the perfect way for me to start off since I was new to all of the work outs. I love the community feel and the camaraderie of this gym since the first day I came in. Coach Nicole, Pam, Brandon and Erwin are all different in their own ways but amazingly inspirational at the same time, as are my fellow classmates. The workouts here are as intense and hard as you choose to push yourself. Modifications are shown for various levels so that newbies like myself can still get the full benefit without getting hurt. I have bruises on my knees, a rope burn on my calf, I can feel my abs when I laugh and my hamstrings feel like they will explode out of me at any second. AND I LOVE EVERY SECOND OF IT! read more

I came to CrossFit 626 to slim down for my wedding and get back on track with my health. It's been 6 weeks since I've started and now I can't imagine my life without it! I was wary to start as a 5'5"/218lbs/28 yr old girl, but that quickly faded the second I stepped foot into "the box". Coaches Brandon, Nicole, Pam, and Erwin are THE BEST. They're tough but fun, down-to-earth and knowledgeable, always making sure you know exactly what to do and are not injuring yourself. Their attention to detail and personable nature makes them easy to like and easy to talk to. They're always willing to answer any question you have as often and as thoroughly as you need. They not only instruct, but also participate in classes and other events outside of the box as well. The workouts are challenging and always different so you never get bored and you never get "used to" it. The classes are also small, capped at 12, so everyone gets lots of personal attention. It's also extremely clean and organized, and the equipment is well maintained. I love that there are people of all sizes and ages here, proving that ANYONE can do CrossFit! I never feel ignored or out of place, and know all my fellow CF'ers by name. From Day 1 you're part of the community and the atmosphere is one of encouragement and support. They even have kids classes that look so fun I even want to do them! I still get nervous before each workout, but a fun and excited kind of nervous. It doesn't matter what we're doing, I know I'll be able to participate in everything and I will have fun. No other gym, workout routine, or class has ever given me that type of confidence! Come to CrossFit 626 and you will sweat, you will do things you never though you could, and you will LOVE every glorious second of it! This is one addiction I am 100% proud of. read more

It's difficult to write a truly unbiased opinion about CrossFit 626 when you're a member - so I've tried giving it some time and visited other CrossFit establishments. Hands down, this is the best place I've been to. Other reviews here have echoed 'the Community', which I'll gladly attest to, but I hope to touch on something a bit different and no less true. Some of the real strengths of CrossFit 626 are the positive attitude of the trainers, their focus on form and personal goals... and interestingly enough, their WARMUPS! Many of the coaches have a wide and deep breadth of experience - it comes out during those warmups (and programming). For example, Coach Erwin is well-trained in Kettlebells, and will go over various technical aspects of it during his warmups. Pam, who is a true symbol of raw, unabashed female strength will push you hard. But because she herself knows the pain of injury and is well-versed in injury prevention, she will be quick to correct you. And after you push yourself to the limit, these same coaches will smile and say, "Good job." Man, those guys care. If you were to compare CrossFit 626 to other establishments, you may find one or two coaches who are well-versed among half a dozen. ALL the coaches at CrossFit 626 bring something unique and make all its members well-rounded. It takes time to find the right establishment. If you vest your time with CrossFit 626, I'm sure you'll find a gem just like the many others. read more

The first time I went to CrossFit 626 was on a member's birthday (Paul), so they had a "special" WOD for him. I don't recall exactly what we did, but what I can remember was squats, burpees, kettle bell swings, pistols, sittups, and jump rope. And since he was turning 32 we had to reps of 32 for some of the excercises. Lets just say I got my butt kicked that day. I was a little timid to go back because of the intense workout. But I wanted to get back into shape and my friend (Chung) who is a member kept encouraging me to go again. The second time I went back, I got my butt kicked again. And at the end of the class I remember coach Pam saying if you're tired that should be a sign of what shape you're in. That stuck in my head the whole day as I was recovering from a 15 min workout. So I went back again, then again, and again... One thing I like about CrossFit 626 is they have a free Community WOD every saturday morning. I don't know of any other crossfit gyms that offer that around the area. Another thing I like there is everyone is friendly and always encouraging. You can be competing against the guy next to you, but once you show signs of fatigue or wanting to quit, hes there cheering you on and encouraging you to finish. Coaches Pam, Nicole, Brandon and Erwin are awesome. Every class starts off with a warmup run. Then the coaches go thru each workout we'll be doing for the WOD. They demonstrate proper form and tecnhique for each workout, the do's and dont's, and then we go thru the workouts as they watch us to make sure we are doing it correctly. Then we'll do the actual WOD. During the WOD the coaches will continue to monitor everyone to make sure everyone is doing the proper movements to prevent injury as well as to make sure we're going thru the full motion to get the full workout. I would definitely recommend CrossFit 626 to anyone. read more

So this is a brutally honest review and I mean every word. This gym has become a second home to me, I feel like. It's a place where I can attempt and hope to achieve my goals and dreams. Its coaches have become more like family and every day I train there, I feel amazing and i cherish every second. The environment and the entire vibe within the gym is extremely different from all the other gyms I've been to. It's extremely positive and goals become much easier to achieve when your coaches have such an amazing and positive attitude. They have a great taste in supplements and also, I highly respect their honesty and effort in helping you achieve your goals and also helping you become a better person day by day. Honestly, do give it a try and I'm sure you'd want to stick around. Because, I will for sure. Amazing trainers, amazing gym, amazing nature. That's all that's required. read more

ClassPass Review - Bootcamp Jeff was the trainer and he gets 5 stars. He was awesome and had great knowledge and training techniques. He kicked me ass. Let's just say that. I was huffing and puffing. The actual facility gets a 1 star (hence the avg of 3). Out of all the ClassPass studios I've been to, this has got to be the the worst. Size isn't so much an issue, but there just isn't a lot to work with. They are limited on resources. Half my workout was actually based outside on the sidewalk on Fair Oaks. Love Jeff. Crossfit 626 is my second home away from home, Many of my personal friends and crossfit "family" workout/coach/and own this facility and I'm always welcomed with open arms to drop in every now and then to get a friendly workout in and catch up with my peers. Erwin and Pam are both super knowledgeable crossfiters and in general very prideful in their coaching. I've seen them both compete, train, and worked out with them so it's always nice to see my former coaches around the corner. But not to take away from Brandon and Nichole who are also very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable in their trade. I know a large group of the people who work out at this facility and when I stop by it seems people from other gyms are also coming by to workout here and hang out. And I think that's the cool thing about crossfit. All of that aside the facility is nice, I hope that they will be able to expand or move to a bigger location in the future so they continue their growth and reputation as one of the great crossfit facilities out there in general. read more

Although I'm no longer a member here, I started my crossfit journey here and owe it to them to write about my experience. First and foremost the coaches are amazing. I started up by taking a one on one foundation class because I missed the class cut-off. Most of my sessions were with coach Pam who really really really focuses on technique and fundamentals. She is a "tell like it is" coach, but also very encouraging. All the other coaches have their specialties, like strength, endurance, and mobility, which is great because it just adds to gyms breadth of offerings. It is one of the smaller gyms in the area, but that adds to the very tight community feel of 626. Everyone knows one another and they do ALOT of group events outside of the gym. So it's a great place if you're looking to meet new people and expand your social network. I do hope that they eventually find a larger space as I think it will make some the workouts a little less chaotic. read more

Great local Crossfit gym. The gym is clean and tidy, the equipment is in great condition, and the coaches are all friendly and knowledgeable. I have been coming to this gym for a bit longer than year now. I was looking for a gym that is close to home so I can get in and get out. There are three in San Marino and I went into all three and talked to the owners before I made a decision to join. Little did I know, I found a hidden gem. I knew nothing about Crossfit and had a lot of doubts on how full body exercise high intensity would help you grow consistently. I was wrong. I was in the worst shape of my life. My shoulders were tight and my back was aching frequently due to stress. Fast forward to today, I have gained 10lbs of muscle and able to do handstand push ups, 15 strict pull ups, a 265 lb. deadlift...etc. I have the same level of energy and focus all day, from morning to night. You will gain functional movement from doing crossfit. I feel healthy, mentally and physically. If you are thinking about getting into shape or competing in sports, this is the place for you. The owner and the coaches are very knowledgeable and care about your fitness goal. They'll make sure you are growing consistently and challenging yourself without injury. Everyone is very friendly and helpful in class. You get a great amount of support from the community. They have recently offered virtual classes and virtual private coach lessons with diet and fitness consultation due to shelters in place. read more

This has to be one of the best places to workout at. The facility, staff, and members are all great and fun to be around. While the workouts maybe challenging, they do a great job of scaling them to your ability and giving you the assistance and encouragement to safely push yourself to new levels. When I first came here I really didn't know what I was getting myself into, what all crossfit consisted of, etc... They do a great job of explaining everything to you and really take the time to make sure you completely grasp everything you need to know. On top of that they are very responsive to any questions you have, love to share information, and also have a since of humor and like to have fun. Hands down the community is probably one of the best attributes of the box. It seemed like overnight everyone knew who I was and I actually felt bad because I didn't quite remember anyone, lol. I don't feel like I am competing with anyone here when I workout and everyone seem to genuinely care not only about themselves but your progress as well. In a nutshell, if you are looking for a great place to become a member of, look no further. read more

I am not, I repeat, not a person that likes to "workout" in any traditional sense of the word. And I've realized a major part of that reason was due to lack of knowledge, experience, and sense of progress. I still don't like to "workout", but now that Crossfit 626 has provided me with all of the above, I realized that I am not only CAPABLE but I actually enjoy it (GASPS!) I'm actually quite proud to be apart of this local Crossfit gym. The space is clean, the equipment is well taken care of both by the owners/coaches and by the fellow CF 626ers. They have a varied and accommodating schedule. They offer free community WODs (Work Out of the Day) on Saturday mornings and have CrossFit for kids! But it's the people that make it. Coaches Pam, Nicole and Brandon are an Axis of Amazing! With their powers combined (or each individually on their own) they provide a great well of expertise and a command on nutrition for a complete, well-rounded strength and conditioning fitness plan. I can't believe I just said "fitness" because I honestly would be the last person in the 626 area code (I'll even go out to say 323 or 818 area codes as well) to take part of a practice of any exercise regimen. I don't know what to tell you other than if it weren't for CrossFit 626, specifically, I don't think I would've given it a chance nor decided to continue with it. read more

CrossFit626 is my family. The members, coaches and the owner are all so nice. Everyone makes you feel welcome and no matter how hard a workout would be the last person is always getting cheered on. Ever since I joined CrossFit626 I have seen a drastic change to my health life and my lifts have gone up. I really enjoyed weightlifting so I decided to focus more on Oly lifting. Now, I train under coach Jonathan Chai and let me tell you I have gotten stronger. Before I started my back squat was 105# lbs at 93# lbs body weight. Within a year and some, my back squat is at 223# lbs at 103# lbs body weight. Snatch was at 103#lbs now it is currently at 138#lbs. This goes to show that the programming/workouts are definitely working. I trust the coaches at CrossFit626 and I would not want to be training anywhere else. read more

My family does CrossFit and have transformed thier lives. I was hesitant about joining because I am a 48, obese and out of shape. Coaches Brandon, Pam and Nicole welcomed and encouraged me that I could do it. The support that I recieve from the coaches and other members is awesome. I am doing things I thought were impossible for me to do. I get the support that I never recieved at any traditional gym. There are other CrossFit affiliates but I joined 626 for thier family feel and dedication to all members regardless of thier abilities. Come work out with us and change your life too!!!!!!!!! read more

When I started with Pam my goal was to add a little muscle mass and fix a bad shoulder. Her remote programming is great and delivered in a super easy to follow way. Pam is always available if I have questions and checks in constantly to make sure the workouts are suited to my fitness level. I am so impressed with how creative the workouts are -- even without a full home gym. I would highly recommend CrossFit 626 (and especially Pam!) to anyone who is looking to stay healthy. read more

My husband is a member and can't say enough good things about 626. I do not like to workout but he would always tell me to try it out so I came to the community WOD on a Saturday. I was nervous because I hadn't worked out in forever and I don't like to run! I remember running the big loop for the warmup and I was struggling and had to walk at one point. One of the members asked if if I was cramping and I said that "I don't run!". Anyhow after the first WOD I was sore for a week and wasn't even sure if I would ever go back. But something about it made me want to go back. The coaches are amazing. Everyone working out is awesome and together they all motivate and encourage you. Since then, I have come several times and even started running on my own! I wish I could commit to coming on a regular basis but for now the community WODs will have to do. I encourage everyone to try it out! read more
