I like the taste of catfish but some people don't the guy at counter said that they have regular catfish or a variety called Saba which is a type of catfish just not as "muddy", it is that earthly taste that some people don't like with catfish. I ordered the Saba and wow!!that was buttery and soft, perfectly cooked inside, he was right about that type of catfish. This place made me feel nostalgic for the handful of times I visited New Orleans and it made me miss Louisiana food, even while I was eating a good representation of it lol.
