I'm new to the area and decided to give this place a try, as my skin hasn't been at its best recently. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Shia. From the very beginning of the session I could tell she was brilliant just from the questions she asked me. Her knowledge of cosmetic skin disorders and their treatment outweighs most, if not all, of the dermatologists I've seen. As a physician myself, I like to think I'm good at assessing this. Shia explained that although my skin type wasn't right for "granular exfoliation" (what I'd received in other facials in the past that I had bad reactions to), I was a great candidate for microdermabrasion. She used this treatment along with quite a few others, always being attentive to how my skin was responding. She gave me advice on what skincare regimen would work for my skin. I can tell my skin is already looking better (less than 24hrs later), and I'm excited to continue with Shia monthly for as long as I live in this area! Already referred a friend to her as well. Go. You won't regret it.

Customer service and management are worse than the service they provide. As a physician, I take hygiene and safety seriously, and this place completely missed the mark. My swedish massage was with Jalisa, she did a great job, was very nice to chat with and had my body feeling relaxed after. She worked on my problem areas that needed attention. (I really wanted a deep tissue, but with all the confusion of my appointment that got lost in translation) The highlight of this visit was the facial. Now the space itself was beautiful but could use some improvements for customer experience. First the room I received my facial didn't have a curtain it was open which made it hard to relax and wind down because I could hear people moving throughout the spa and talking. A lot of talking. Not obnoxiously just more than I'd care to hear since I came to relax. Lastly. The music choices could also be a bit more relaxing like calming/soothing instrumentals rather than music with lyrics. All the while their salon dog hops up on my lap. Not a fan of small dogs, but I had a lab so it wasn't a big deal I just found that odd. So if you're allergic or afraid of dogs you might want to pass on this salon(?). Anyways long story short and 6 hours later I walked out with the same hair color as when I came in only shorter and completely fried! To be honest when I was looking at it before I left, it was bad but the color didn't seem horrendous in their lighting. But when I got outside to my car, OMG When i arrived home my husband asked if I changed my mind on the color? I cried.... y'all be the judge I am posting pics! I've covered my face as I'm extremely embarrassed! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I will be turning them into the DPOR! Now I have to wait at least 3 months to have someone try and fix my multi colored hair that has split ends, and is uneven. I was attending my best friend's funeral the following day, so she told me not to do anything drastic while I was feeling so emotional. She cut off the ragged ends and did a fabulous job on my bangs. I went in thinking I would be cutting off all of my hair but I am so grateful she recognized that would not have been the best idea for me. The salon is clean, the staff are nice and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely go back, and I highly recommend!!!
