The dinner items we've picked from Eat Clean Phx are very flavorful and the perfect portion size. The sodium content is balanced and not overloaded with sauces. Though slightly higher priced than the other meal prep choices, the quality of the food, the time saved from cooking, and the menu choices, make it worth it in my opinion! We had fabulous Bruschetta made with local ingredients and plated beautifully . Our salad was fresh, perfectly presented , and even cold plates. Our main was a Shrimp Scampi with linguine of mixed colors using squid ink pasta. We finished with a fresh peach cobbler made with local peaches and delicious vanilla ice cream. Sasha was our host and was perfect with my guests. I can get nervous, but she was so calm , and was able to anticipate any questions. They do have various menus to peruse and they asked about any food allergies. I provided the dishes, plates, silverware, and glassware.
