The name "Farm to Fork" implies a direct link to local agriculture, but I haven't seen any specific local farms named on their menus or website lately. When I asked in the store whether the ingredients are organic, they said that they're not. And then when I asked if it comes from a farm, they said yes and didn't elaborate about which farms when I asked. I pushed harder and also tried to get the phone number of the actual farms or facilities that produce or provide the ingredients. They couldn't tell me that either. When I called the customer service, they also gave me a generic response and couldn't point out to which farms they are actually referring, and which produce are being sourced from what farms. We saw the big Jimmy Dean's food truck and noticed it had a bbq pulled pork sandwich on the menu. Xavier and Chef Jimmy Dean were working behind the grill in the truck and were super friendly guys. Jimmy gave me a small sample of the pulled pork per my request and it was crazy moist and tender. Now I knew I wanted the BBQ pulled pork sandwich with a side of coleslaw for $14.00. The food was fresh and ready within ten minues. We sat at a little table next to the food truck and dug into the pork sandwich - holy moly it was great. The coleslaw was coleslaw, but wow that sandwich with bbq sauce drizzle wedged between a soft bun was fabulous. They also have BBQ Angus Brisket and Mac & Cheese for $18.00. Their delivery is at my door three times a week before I leave for work. I've enjoyed a tasty variety, including properly portion, lasagna, turkey, ground beef, and Mexican dishes.
