Very easy. The chocolate malt that I had as well as my wife's paradise mango shake were very good. We saw a lot of of kitchen cleaning taking place which is always a good sign. The meh It does take a long while to get your food. Steak n Shake is speedy compared to this but we expected a wait. The not so good. The crinkle cut fries right out of the bag were just ok. My cheeseburger as well as my wife's bacon cheeseburger were just... blah. Nothing special at all. The employees didn't seem happy at all. Busy but a lot of scowls. The really not god. The total price. For the quantity & quality you get it is grossly overpriced. Makes 5 Guys ( whose burgers & fries are much better) look like a value meal. Wayyyyyy overpriced for what you get. Long story short we'd go back for the shakes but nothing else.

My husband said his chicken sandwich was great! But we're giving them 3 stars because we thought for the price of the food, the portion sizes were really small. You can go to Five Guys and for the same price, get much bigger portions and honestly, better tasting burgers and fries. Most of the ordering has shifted to the kiosks but they do have someone at the counter if those are backed up. It's small inside but there is some seating. We took ours to go.

One thing I really love is their rewards program in the app. I've received several perks over time, from free shakes during their business anniversary celebration to a birthday treat. I even randomly received a free entrée coupon and used it toward the Sunrise Burger. It was delicious! It comes with two patties, so I ended up sharing it with my husband since I'm more of a one patty girl myself. Saving money while still enjoying a good meal is always a win, and I really appreciate how they reward loyal customers in this way. I've dined inside a few times and have never had any issues. They have a family friendly ambiance, and during the holidays they decorate like during Christmas with trees and holiday lighting. There's plenty of seating available, including outdoor seating, which is really nice when the weather is good. Their kids meal is also a solid option. It comes with a single hamburger, fries, a drink, and a cookie, and the cookie is actually really good. Their shakes are definitely worth mentioning too. My favorites are the Cookies & Cream and Banana Split shakes, but honestly, the other flavors I've tried have been tasty as well.

Anytime I bring it into the office, people are asking me what I ordered. I'm so glad that Mambo's has moved near the circle so that I can eat here more often now. Service is always fast for making everything for each order rather than bulk prepping. There are places to sit and eat if you would like to, but I typically bring my food back to the office with me. Mambo's is usually busy with at least a few other customers there or waiting, even if I go after the lunch hour. I highly recommend checking them out for lunch!

I will admit that I was looking for something similar to my favorite French street food...a…read moreSteak-frite Sandwich which has sliced grilled steak slices, swiss or provolone cheese, and french fries on top of the sandwich...to which you can add your favorite condiment, like ketchup or A1 sauce. I decided to try to approximate the sandwich by ordering the original cheesesteak sandwich without onions on house bread with A1 sauce and an add-on of fries. The food was delivered to the building in which I work. Because they were left outside, the were cold - to be expected of delivery anyway. The problems I have are with the sandwich itself and its packaging. I expected to have a steak sandwich with cheese and sauce on top. The house bread was softer than expected than the French bread it looked like. The bread had a softer consistency, but not even as stiff as bread from Subway or Jimmy Johns. The house bread also held on to the steam from the cheesesteak sandwich and the string-style fries they put alongside the sandwich - making the sandwich soggy in places. As for the sandwich, the meat had the consistency of finely shredded steak and there was no visible sauce. However, the meat had the salty flavor of the A1 sauce but it was crumbly and dry. The cheese slice had affixed to the bread, but not the dry meat. I was disappointed with the sandwich because it didn't even meet the standards that I would have applied to a cheesesteak sandwich with provolone cheese.
