The food looked so good that my friends and I agreed to each order something and then share so that everyone got to try a bit of everything. We had the jerk pork sliders with sweet potato fries, the chicken quesadilla, jerk pork tacos, cheese fritters and the banana fritters. The food is superb. The sliders came on a gourmet bun with a nice slaw that was light and really balanced the spice of the meat. The cheese fritters were amazing and the dessert was so good that we went back for a second order to share. The sweet potato fries were double fried but not overdone. The tacos were really great. Spicy meat topped with a mango salsa. Never had anything like that and I am definitely going to look for them at the next First Friday event. The folks running the truck were so nice and even though there isn't a lot of service involved with a food truck we felt well taken care of. Definitely worth checking them out. We were headed to Ratio, and Moyas happened to be set up outside. LUCK! The folks at the window were smiling, cheerful, and appreciative, which is always nice. But the star of the show was the tacos. They were packed full of the chosen protein(s), nice and flavorful, and hit the spot right away. The price was good, the 4 pack of tacos was amazing, and the meal was memorable. What else could you even think to ask for? Looking forward to seeing them again soon, hopefully sooner than later.
