But the fact that one guy was literally doing nothing and we were 6 minutes from when they said they'd open, it didn't leave a great impression. So we ended up leaving and taking our business elsewhere. Their menu was pretty boring today anyways - the last time we had it they had at least 4 options including 2 for non meat eaters. Today they had plain, buffalo chix, and another one with chorizo. Next time I'll support another local food truck instead and drive right on.

Was also able to sample three of their meats with this order since there are three gorditas to an order which makes for a big meal. Glad to report that their asada, pastor, and campechana proteins were neither gristly or fatty and were great in their deep fried paradise. Served with both a red and green homemade hot sauce, can be as spicy as you desire. They do have a small table setup against the truck so if busy you might be tailgating or huffing it home.

The elote reminded me a lot of the elote I would get at fairs and carnivals and I loved it. I also got a torta and while it was good, I do feel like the flavors varied from one half to the next. It felt as if one half had a different base than the other and one half was spicier than the other. Again, neither half was bad - just different than the other. I also got tacos and here is where it got a little tricky. I ordered asada tacos but I received al pastor. I should have checked before leaving but nevertheless that was my mistake and I accept that. The Al pastor tacos were good though. I don't regret getting them instead of the asada ones - I just wish I had been able to try both. I will definitely be coming back.
