Strawberry Chamomile over Stranahan's Whiskey Brittle

Can't speak for Sweet Action as a whole but I had an awesome experience at this particular location! Connor was not only attentive and polite but also really pleasant which makes me want to keep coming back. Flavors - not your standard vanilla and chocolate type of ice cream shop but there are constantly new and creative flavors! You can't go wrong with almost of the choices but Salted butterscotch on top of Stranahan's whiskey brittle was a great combo

Flavors; my favorite was the Chocolate Almond Butter

That's some sweet action alright, mm mm MM. I spotted this cute little ice cream shop while waiting on lunch and knew I had to get some afterwards. I don't know what they put in there but please try the Chocolate Almond Butter flavor. If you are not allergic to nuts, I'm telling you it's a must. TOO GOOD! So buttery and so creamy, it's filled with almond chunks and chocolate chips. It truly is perfection. Management, if you're reading this I'm needing a Sweet Action location in Houston ASAP.

Who does not want some 'sweet action' in their lives?! This is where 'sweet dreams are made of this' (Eurythmics) Lol After a nice walk with my boys at Wash Park and dinner has digested, we decided to grab some ice cream and stumbled across it on Yelp! Cute little place tucked between shops. We all had 2 scoops of different variations of ice cream on our cake cones. The scoops are generous for the price. Boy, do I miss the days when I could by ice cream like this for $1.25!!! Gosh, how times have changed and I'm able to live it and see it! Lol Getting carried away with my sweet thoughts of reminiscing! Lol Definitely recommend coming here when you're in the mood or craving for something sweet, cold, and yummy. Thanks for serving some delicious ice cream. Service was terrific for our timing!

Oh Sweet Action, why did you do this to me? The temptation for your cream, sugar and frozen goodness was easier to avoid with your only location on Broadway. Now that you've moved into my neighborhood, I can say goodbye to my thighs. It's hard to walk by and not stick my head in to see which of your many variety of flavors you will have this week. All of your choices remain amazing, and picking just one for some, can make them numb. The salted butterscotch with its browned butter, caramelized sugar and salt always brings a smile to my face.

Milk and cookies from sweet action. Life changing!

Yummy and delicious best ice cream right around the block from your house. Check it out so you don't miss out.

my gorgeous tan hand, the edge of my beautiful lavender sweater, a spoon, and some delicious ice cream.

This ice cream was very, very, delicious. It was the perfect snack for my bike ride. I ordered caramelized mango: However, in my opinion it did not taste like mango that much. It tasted like pumpkins to me? I don't know. It was very delicious though. They had an abundance of flavors, and the building itself seemed clean.

I picked up a cupcake and a few croissants to enjoy with my morning coffee the next day. Well...that was the plan. My husband couldn't resist and ate one of my pastries before I had the chance! Of course, I had to replace it. The cupcake was absolutely delicious; moist, flavorful, and not overly sweet. The croissants, chocolate and almond; were equally impressive and paired perfectly with my morning coffee. They were buttery, flaky, and exactly what you hope for from a good bakery. I ended up getting quiche for myself, pepperoni pizza for my wife as well as a plain croissant, chocolate pistachio croissant and maple cinnamon bun. The quiche was just okay in my opinion but everything else was stand out. My wife loved the pizza and the homemade ranch is AMAZING. The chocolate pistachio croissant was tasty, very flakey. The cinnamon bun was also very good but the frosting was a bit sweeter for my taste. A must visit if you're considering a solid bakery!

GetRight's Bakery doesn't need more hype, but it absolutely lives up to it…read more My girlfriend and I stopped in on a whim this past weekend while checking out a few spots in the area. I had it saved but couldn't quite remember why...until we turned the corner and saw a line out the door around noon on a Sunday. Normally that might be a dealbreaker, but once we saw the food coming out, we were all in, it looked way too good to pass up. The menu is stacked: everything from sweet pastries to savory sandwiches and even pizzas on what looked like fresh, fluffy focaccia. I went with the prosciutto sandwich (prosciutto, cheese, pesto on focaccia), and it was incredible--simple, fresh, and packed with flavor. My girlfriend had the ham sandwich on a baguette, which was just as good. We were also tempted by the turkey and some seasonal options, so we'll definitely be back to try more. We couldn't leave without grabbing a couple pastries. The almond croissant was a hit (my girlfriend saved it for the next morning and loved it), and the standout for me was the cinnamon white chocolate cookie--kind of like a snickerdoodle but with white chocolate chips. Easily a top tier cookie. Between the quality, variety, and how clearly everything is made with care, this place jumped straight to the top of my list. Worth the wait, worth the hype, and absolutely worth a return trip.

The fruits sandwich made with shokupan bread was light and fresh, an excellent pick-me-up. This is a standard Japanese snack done beautifully. The mixed berries (a Danish made with croissant dough) was a delight in looks and taste. Neither item was excessively sweet. They were just right. The beef curry wrapped in dough, crusted in panko crumbs, and deep-fried was excellent. The curry itself had real flavor and zest, and the surrounding crust was delicious too. Not only a great accompaniment, but also a very cool way to eat curry with your bare hands. A very generous serving too. My brother got the most beautiful-looking chocolate croissant! And my son bought himself a chocolate cornet, which surprised me by being soft baked dough. Haven't tasted them, but I couldn't wait to post this review. I look forward to trying something with cream cheese or custard next time. Unfortunately they were out of the bacon epi, but that happens with bakeries. Good advice to call the day before if your heart is set on a particular item. We were just lucky to get the rest of the items on our list on a Saturday at lunchtime. We've dined inside before, but yesterday we stopped in to pick up pastries and were reminded why this is one of our favorite bakeries in Denver. The croissants are incredibly flaky and buttery with the perfect ratio of ham and Swiss, the blueberry muffin was moist without being overly sweet, and the éclair disappeared embarrassingly fast.
