The sliders came on a gourmet bun with a nice slaw that was light and really balanced the spice of the meat. The cheese fritters were amazing and the dessert was so good that we went back for a second order to share. The sweet potato fries were double fried but not overdone. The tacos were really great. Spicy meat topped with a mango salsa. Never had anything like that and I am definitely going to look for them at the next First Friday event. I had the Brisket Sandwich and Sweet Potato fries. They were amazing. The bun was toasted, the fries were not only done to order and perfectly, but they were seasoned well which is ESSENTIAL in a hearty starch like a sweet potato. The meat was moist (It could have used a little trimming honestly, but I wasn't bothered), it had a nice smoke note, and the flavor of the sauce (Kansas City style) matched up perfectly with the smokey meat. I will 100% be back - you can track Bob's location on his website - because who doesn't want to buy BBQ from a genuinely nice guy?
