Let me tell you The Rolling Stoves truly delivered. So the concept is basically a sealed chopped burger. Like a hearty Uncrustable! It's simple, mess free, and full of flavor! I opted for the Philly Cheese burger bomb, while my husband chose the Green Chili burger bomb. Both were super tasty and packed with flavor! I always worry that these types of dishes will be dense, but that's not the case here at all! They offer up a little something for everyone from impossible bombs for those that choose a meat free lifestyle, Hawaiian Heat for those craving a taste of the island life, to Cheesy Mushroom for anyone seeking an elevate culinary flair. Each bomb is served with fries. Though, let's be real, the fries are not the star of the show here! The Rolling Stoves was fast friendly and on point. Everything you need when slinging the goods curbside. I'll gladly make my way back to sample more of their burger bomb creations!

Pricing may seem high right off the bat, but these things are packed with ingredients and are worth it! I was given a buzzer and waited less than 5 minutes for my order to be ready! The staff was super friendly with big smiles all around and I didn't realize until looking back at photos that the guy was posing for the photo in the back holding up crepes, which is hilarious. Great attitudes, very quick turnaround time from ordering to receiving food and I would highly recommend trying these out if you see them! All their offerings sound delicious and based off my experience, I don't think you can go wrong with any of the choices.

I caught them when they were parked at New Terrain Brewing a couple of weeks ago and was seriously impressed. The flavors, the quality, and how perfectly everything was cooked...wow. Let's dig in! what I tried: Lamb Burger: Famous Colorado lamb, greens, fried onions, goat cheese, mint aioli Truck Burger: Grass-fed beef, cheddar, greens, tomato, red onion, pickle, truck sauce The CBR: Roasted pulled chicken, farmer's bacon, greens, tomato, red onions, truck-made ranch Pesto Macaroni Salad Yellow Curry Potato Salad French Fries best bites: That lamb burger? Incredible. Perfectly cooked, super flavorful, and the mint aioli + goat cheese combo was chef's kiss. The truck burger was juicy and packed with flavor too, with a soft, sturdy bun that held up to every bite. As for the sides? I'm a big macaroni salad fan, and their pesto twist made it even better. The yellow curry potato salad was just as good as it was bright, flavorful, and perfectly balanced.

I logged in to create an order at 4:40 and was allowed to submit it. We were hungry, so I was stoked at the idea of eating sooner than later. Alas, this was not to be. 5:30 would have to do. We had planned on one Philly + one eponymous sandwich, but, to be frank, the prices convinced us we could share one sandwich and fries. In part, this was because items were more expensive than the preview menu we'd seen. $16 scored the "Steak and Cheese" cheesesteak with parm/garlic fries. What it lacked in authenticity, it made up for with great taste, quality ingredients, and its blimp-like size--not exactly a Philly, but a great cheesesteak. The fries almost stole the show with just the right amounts of parm and garlic, but no grease to be found. Outstanding! Five stars for taste, three for prices, 2.5 for wait time. 3.5 overall. If I see them again, I'm definitely up for a meatball sub.

Not knowing about what this food truck could offer, I was standing talking to who appeared to be the owner of the restaurant, Kostiantyn. He welcomed me with a nice warm smile. I asked him what the first item on the menu (Dumplings with meat) was like and he quickly offered me a little glimpse of it by giving me a sample. "Yum!" I, without a hesitation, went with it. The food came out so quickly as there was no line. With the price of $13.60, this dumpling dish has all sorts of flavors and yummyness. There were 8-10 deep fried dumplings on one end. A curry like stew type thing in the middle, the other end had some pink cabbage. The portion size is/was quite large and generous. I was with two other friends and one of them got the Stuffed Cabbage (Golubsti). She kindly let me take a bit of it and oh my gosh, this dish was also delicious.
