I attended an event that hired Chibby Wibbitz for our lunch. I was completely blown away by the food this truck put out. I started with the Korean Style tots. They were highly addictive, so tasty and flavorful. The tots and pork really soaked up the bulgolgi sauce, the kimchi wasn't too spicy and the gochujang aioli complemented everything so perfectly. They look like a side in the picture but for me it was just the right amount of food for the perfect little lunch. I also ordered the tacos. I decided to try one of each that they were serving up. I ordered a chicken taco, a black bean taco, and a pork taco. Since I was content having eaten the Korean Tots, I took the tacos home with me and ate them a few hours later. They were so delicious! They toasted the corn tortillas nicely which is a must in my book. The tacos came with a lovely cilantro sauce, queso fresco sprinkled throughout, and yummy pickled onions on top. Shout-out to Missy and Jonah! There were about 40 of us at this event, and they were cranking out orders left and right. If I see this food truck around, I will definitely be stopping by for more of their yummy bites. read more

Friend had a graduation party for his daughter and the food truck provided the yum. The menu was posted so we could select two items and a side as our meal. The orders were taken in batches and the food made in batches. I went with a beef taco and a bbq chicken slider. Tater tots as my side. The taco was flavorful and the bbq chicken slider ok. The tater tots were the best. Fried potatoes- what's not to like. Food trucks are interesting to me instead of catering. Just have to find them a place to park close to your event. read more

I needed to bump this up a bit. They were scheduled for 11:30 and arrived hour early..which means they also opened early. Got to.give props for on time and ready to go early. 2nd time went with the Loaded Tots with Pork.. Solid lunch. This lovely little truck came in place of another who could not make it. Portion was good, prepared with love. It was nearly a work of art in a bowl. We've been fortunate to have a good string of trucks come to the office over the last few months. These guys are a welcome addition to rotation. read more

Chibby Wibbitz catered our wedding (thanks again!) and, almost a month later, our guests are STILL talking about their amazing food. The sauces are so flavorful, it's really astoundingly good food. Last I checked, they are posted up at Crimson & Gold on weekend nights, and you can sometimes find them at Anschutz on Food Truck Wednesdays-- that's where I'm going to find them. Vegetarian AND vegan options, and the tots are mostly gluten free. If you need catering, they were flexible and reliable and so easy to work with. read more

We had this food truck at an event. They offer sliders, loaded tots and other items. I got the vegan tots that had black beans, pickled onions, and chipotle slaw. I didn't notice a lot of chipotle slaw, bit there was some heat (I have low heat tolerance threshold) so it mustve been there. The tots were nice and crispy! As with most food trucks it seemed a bit pricey, but that is not uncommon with trucks. I would definitely try again, those who got sliders looked really yummy. read more

I just had the most unnecessarily unpleasant experience. Chibby Wibbitz was one of three food trucks at a local school's grand opening. I had taken two small children (2.5 and 4) to play on the playground, with the plan to have lunch (which the 4 year old thought was the coolest thing ever - "there's food at this playground?!"). We played for a bit and went to get food. I chose this food truck as it seemed the most kid friendly of the choices. We placed our order for four sliders - three BBQ Chicken Ranch and one Pulled Pork. I was told it would be 10 minutes, which didn't seem awful as it was quite busy. I found shade for the kids to sit in and after about 8 minutes went back up to the truck. Several minutes passed and people kept being served food, which made me hopeful. Then a gentleman walked up to check on his order and stated he'd been waiting 30+ minutes. It took the woman taking money several minutes to admit that they'd lost his ticket - but they offered to replace it asap (I have no idea if he ever got his order). At minute 17 of my "10 minute" wait, I asked about the progress of my order. I was told it would be 10 more minutes. At this point, I kindly said that wasn't going to work and asked for my money back so that I could go make lunch for the kids, who by now were anxiously awaiting lunch and dangerously nearing naptime meltdowns. The woman taking money went to check and see what to do and then I heard the man who was making the sliders very rudely tell her to give me my money back because he didn't have time for someone with an attitude (quite possibly with some other very harsh words - it's hard to hear through the metal of a truck). To this point I had been very calm, I had asked only once about the progress of my very tardy order and made the decision I had to in order for our day to still be a fun outing. She handed me my money back and all of a sudden I heard the voice again telling me to "not come back!" No problems there. I will never come back - and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to make sure to avoid this business. read more

I randomly came across this guy (food truck) at an event and it was really my only option for food and, although I was hungry, I didn't want anything huge. It seemed like the people around me were excited about it and I was told to get the BBQ slider (first one on the menu) so I went for it. I guess $4 is an okay price considering it is gourmet and unique. I felt like one was actually a pretty good portion... not sure I needed to get two and glad that I didn't. I asked people around me what they got and no matter which slider was ordered everyone had something good to say about it. I figure that this guy will probably be around for a while and will probably gain some sort of following. I was a little post-festivus tipsy when I wrote the previous review, however, the events occurred while I was sober and I know that I conducted myself in a completely normal, "hey look at that podracer, lets take a picture in front of it," kind of way. Next time he shouldn't park his vending so close to a podracer if he wants obnoxious tourists to stay out of his way. Calling me a health hazard was uncool. I mean, we all loathe the Star Wars prequels, but don't take it out on a guy who just wants a cool pic. with one of the props for his myspace. read more

Big menu for a food truck! There is a selection of sliders, tacos, some nachos, a quesadilla and a couple sides. The cheese quesadilla was fine. Nothing special but I think its pretty hard to make a quesadilla super special. The star of the show were the Vegan Nachos. I know what you're thinking because I was thinking it too: NACHOS with no CHEESE? But by george, it worked. Chips with pickled onions (genius), black beans, PESTO (what?! why haven't I had this before) and a Sriracha drizzle. Seriously, if you see this food truck, get these nachos. Mmm. read more

This food truck is so bomb!! My sister actually had them at her wedding, which is where I fell in love! They do sliders, tacos, and tots. Their flavor combinations are so good and creative. The meat is never dry and so delicious. Today I tried their tacos as a festival and they were amazing. The meat was so tender and flavorful...just such good food! Had this food truck tonight while it was parked outside of our apartment building. The food came out quickly and was delicious. We had the southern slaw, pork tacos, chicken tacos and pork tots. The chicken tacos were especially good and had a really nice slightly smoky flavor to the chicken. They nailed the tots. They were perfectly crispy on the outside and the sauce and pickled onions were a perfect combo. Last minute we decided to add extra tacos to our order and I'm so glad we did. Can't wait to order again when they come back (hopefully next weekend). Perfect food for a warm Saturday night! read more

I really loved this place. We're from out of town and had a great experience, from customer service to the taste of the food. My husband is vegetarian, so he had black bean tacos and I had a chicken taco, and we shared loaded tots. Everything was awesome. read more
