I walked in with no one at the register but someone immediately popped up as Igor closer. He asked what I wanted and I ordered the buffalo fries. He then asked what flavor and I was like O__O cuz seriously they have A LOT of flavors to choose from. The cashier asked if I liked spicy and I told him yes and he went to the back to get me some samples of sauces (medium original and chipotle) with some fries which I thought was really cool. I've never really been a fan of chipotle and the original sauce was a little too vinegary to be eaten with fries in my opinion so I went for the medium sauce, a little creamy and still had a little kick. Came here for lunch because a friend referred me that the Buffalo salad was pretty good. Got back to work started eating the salad then after the first 3-4 bites of the salad I agreed that it was good tastings and was well worth the $. So when I first ate hear the wings were delicious and the experience was wonderful. But every time after that I've had issues and the most recent issue was I ordered thur their app for delivery a family package bone in wings with ranch bread sticks and drinks and I also ordered a regular side of fries in addition to the family package. When I'm order arrived I noticed I didn't receive my fries or any ranch . I called the store immediately and told them of what happened. At first the worker told me no I order the family pack with breadsticks that fries were not included and I said no check that again because I ordered fries in addition to the family pack. He the noticed and apologized but said he would have to have a manger call me back to give me a refund for what I didn't receive. That was Sunday it's now Wednesday and nothing from the store no refund nothing. About the most average wings I've had. Service was prompt and friendly. Tried the wings with half lemon pepper sauce and half garlic parmesan, as well as buffalo fries with pineapple jalapeno sauce. The wings were decently sized, but because of that, it really needed more sauce/flavoring. Was biting into more chewy, flavorless chicken than I'd have liked. The garlic parmesan was also a miss -- just a little bit of parmesan melted atop the wings, and the wings soaking in an unpleasant pool of oil. As a person that lives in the neighborhood I use to come here at least one a week and now i'm no longer coming back!!! I ordered my food and returned home to find out i had got the wrong order keep in mind it was pretty empty when i was there only one other person who ordered. So i end up going back up there about 5miles away to get my correct order, when i got there and told the guy what happen he said "ohhh" and just looked at me.
