Last time I was here I had the Cali burrito and even though I got teriyaki sauce it was still really good, the original fries I didn't enjoy so much this time, they felt very basic to me even though the sauce was the perfect amount of spicy and the fries tasted fresh for me it just missed the mark, the hot Cheetos buffalo fries which my bf ordered where basic like my fries too even though them adding the hot Cheetos made me feel like there would be more to it. First time here and the experience was not the best. I sampled a few of the sauces prior to ordering. I decided on chipotle. When my order came, it tasted NOTHING like the sauce. I asked the manager (Emmanuel) if he could please put some more cause the fries tasted nothing like the sauce and he said no-- I had to buy the sauce on the side, which I did. He didn't consider to make this a pleasant experience for me and my family. The other order we placed of BBQ wings were just as dry. Many individuals commented that the one in Compton was better than this one because they actually smothered the chicken and wings. They weren't stingy. First visit, after El Pollo Loco down the street slow on service. Had this place bookmarked for a while. Definitely wanted to try the buffalo fries. Gf and I couldn't agree on flavor so they gave us a few samples to try. She settled on the mild, regular and I ordered the garlic Parmesan. Both were well-flavored but not over the top. I actually could have used a little more garlic and she more heat. A small was more than enough for either of us. We'll be back for other flavors. This message was sent to their feedback email, I gave them a chance to reach out but since nobody hasn't it's going public. I had a bad experience at this branch. Yesterday 10/21/2018 I called ahead around 6:45pm to place an order of 10pc traditional wings (chipotle, honey bbq), buffalo fries with extra chicken. Adriana took my order and she said that it'll be ready in 10 minutes. I got in the store around 7:00pm and was expecting that my order is ready. I tried to be patient and waited on the side, thinking that maybe the family ahead of me placed a huge order. Around 7:10pm there was another customer who placed an order while I was still waiting for mine. Then at around 7:15pm there were 2 customers that ordered and yet i'm still waiting. The customer that ordered at 7:10pm was called around 7:20pm, at this point I was upset already and approached the counter. I was asking Adriana how come the customer that just order got his already and mine hasn't come out yet. She said "oh he ordered traditional wings." So I was like, "What do you mean?! I ordered traditional wings too!" She just went back in the kitchen without saying anything. Once she came out of the kitchen she was carrying another set of order which I thought was mine, unfortunately it was from the customers that order at 7:15pm. Once she brought out my order, it had 10pc traditional but all chipotle. She went back again to the kitchen and spoke with the other guys. So at this time around 7:30pm i had to wait another 10 mins for them to cook the 5pc honey bbq traditional wings. All in all, I spent about 45 minutes waiting for my order and I didn't even hear a single apology from her which upset me even more. To be honest, this was by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I hope the employees will be trained so this kind of incidents can be handled properly and be avoided. read more

This is probably one of my worse experiences with wings. My telephone order was taken promptly and upon arrival the order was ready. This is where it starts to go wrong. The two flavors I ordered were sweet hawaiian and lemon pepper. I couldn't tell the difference in taste because the wings were placed in the same container with NO SEPARATION. Came here one late night before closing and my first impression upon entering was pretty good. The restaurant looks very nice has cool hip hop posters. I ordered the buffalo chicken fries with mild and their secret sauce. I was very disappointed. The chicken is a bit dry. There was barely any sauce on it, you can barely taste the mild or the secret sauce. When you order food like this it should be drenched in sauce. You can literally eat this with your hands and not have to worry about a mess. The only good thing was the fries itself but I can just get fries anywhere else. The place just opened a few days ago, and I have heard many good things about the other location. So, here I am. The parking lot is not really that big. Okay, it's small. Once inside, it kinda seems that they encourage you to get it to go, since there isn't much by way of tables. The interior though, is nice and inviting. I ordered wings with the Chipotle sauce. I also asked for the Atomic hot and very hot on the side, so I could taste them. The wings are meaty and well cooked. Moist on the inside also. The Chipotle sauce was good, not super thick, but much thicker than the other 2. The sauce wasn't that hot, but had decent flavor. First I tried the atomic sauce then the very hot. Both are heavily vinegar based, almost overwhelming. Neither will burn your mouth, but they do have a lot of flavor and will get your nose running a little bit. They went good on top of the Chipotle sauce. They are also very runny. I also ordered the small buffalo fries with the Sriracha sauce. They also put a special sauce on it. I asked for the sauce on the side, but they didn't remember. To be fair, they said they would fix it, but I told em not to worry about it. Tell fries were probably the best thing in the meal. Nice size fries, with the chicken pieces on top then add in the sauce and it was a winner. I would go back, but only if it was on the way. I am not going out of the way I don't think. After seeing the billboard off the freeway we decided since we were in the area to check this place out. We got there just a few minutes before lunch time hoping to avoid any mad lines. Finding a place to park wasn't hard but the parking lot is super small and all the spots are for compact cars. I drive a huge work truck so I can't help but take up two spots. The seating area is very spacious but they could use a few more tables. Luckily they food comes out quick so the turn over isn't to bad. I ordered a large mild buffalo fries and my son got the Honey BBQ. The fries are delicious, not your average fries that 99% of fast food businesses use, these fries are great. The chicken is a bit larger than the Popcorn Chicken KFC sells and way better. They offer your choice of flavor plus their special sauce on top. AWESOME SAUCE! Even though we ordered a large we didn't think there was enough chicken. The size of the meal should be a bit larger in our opinion. Oh, almost forgot I find it a bit silly when we are charged for a extra sauce. At least offer one per order. We will be back for sure to try one of the many different flavors they offer. read more

Just moved to the area and we've already found our favorite wing spot. They have all our favorite flavors including garlic parmesan, honey bbq and of course original buffalo. It can take a while especially during COVID and because the wings are made to order, so make sure to call ahead. You definitely have to try the buffalo fries, especially if you haven't had them before. They're a special treat since you get tenders tossed in the sauce you like on top of fries, and then topped with toppings like blue cheese, green onion, etc. Also parking has never been an issue, since there is a huge parking lot. My first time trying this place. Ordered 15 traditional wings and fries. They tout they have better wings than Wingstop so I'll base my comparison to them. Pros: - French fries are good. They were crispy, and cut not too thin or too big. Cons: - Chicken tasted like they were the baked kind, rubbery and soft. I asked the cashier and was told they fried their wings but it didn't seem like they were or the batch I got were sitting out precooked for too long. I prefer the crispy fried kind like they have at Wingstop. - Ordered original hot and lemon pepper sauce. The original hot wasn't spicy at all and the sauce wasn't thick. It was more like tobasco sauce consistency. They put enough to cover the wings but it just wasn't good. The lemon pepper was thicker and tasted very lemony. Wingstop sauce is leaps and bounds better. - Price is pretty expensive for a take out place, comparable to Buffalo Wild Wings and Hooters. $13.00 + tax just for 10 piece traditional wings with no fries or drinks. Other: - This location is doesn't seat many people. They have about 5-6 small tables that accommodate 2 guests each. ON THE FENCE. I'd have to give them another chance before I give a final review. My overall impression is that this place is just comparable to Wing Stop, except, the Onion Rings are MUCH better. Parking was busy, but restaurant was empty. Still, service was a bit slow. My teen daughter enjoyed the Buffalo Fries and the small size was a perfect portion. I ordered Boneless Wings (Cajun), but I think they messed up my order. After the worker checked my wings I saw her go to the back and sprinkle some seasoning on them. I don't know what the Cajun sauce is supposed to taste like, but when I ate it it was definitely just regular buffalo sauce with a barely noticeable hint of Cajun flavor. So when I first ate hear the wings were delicious and the experience was wonderful. But every time after that I've had issues and the most recent issue was I ordered thur their app for delivery a family package bone in wings with ranch bread sticks and drinks and I also ordered a regular side of fries in addition to the family package. When I'm order arrived I noticed I didn't receive my fries or any ranch . I called the store immediately and told them of what happened. At first the worker told me no I order the family pack with breadsticks that fries were not included and I said no check that again because I ordered fries in addition to the family pack. He the noticed and apologized but said he would have to have a manger call me back to give me a refund for what I didn't receive. That was Sunday it's now Wednesday and nothing from the store no refund nothing. After the call I went to try enjoy my dinner with my family but half of the wings were over cooked and very disappointing. I am very upset with how bad the quality has went down .
