This place gets busy during the lunch hour! Luckily there's plenty of seating. Both inside and outside. I went here after church. Ordered the beef and chicken combo plate as well as 2 falafels. The workers were nice and the order came pretty quickly. It was really nice to sit out on the patio and have lunch. Split the meal. The entire meal tasted fresh and delicious! The chicken and beef tasted really good. It came with rice pilaf, garlic sauce, hummus, salad and pita bread. We also ordered the falafels. That was something different to try and it was all good! Loved the garlic hummus. Used the yummy pita bread, chicken, rice and garlic sauce to make a wrap. It tasted fantastic! It was also really nice to sit out on the patio. Beautiful day! Good price. Don't waste your money on buying the full chicken salad. The half chicken salad is cheaper and has the same amount as the full chicken salad. Don't believe me? See for yourself. Buy a full chicken salad and a half chicken salad and see for yourself. When your done eating the salads, fill the half chicken salad container with water and poor the water from the half container into the full chicken salad container. Probably the worst gyro ever. Pita bread was so stale and dry that it cracked, the meat was almost like jerky it was so thin and dry and tasteless, miniscule salad was limp and old. The flavor of the food was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, the value was terrible. We got a chicken shawarma sandwich for $10 and it was small and fell apart before even taking a bite. We also got a kids rice bowl for about $8.25. It was about 1/3 the size of a chipotle bowl. Our total was $24 and we left hungry. You never want to eat somewhere and feel like you were taken advantage of by the business. Although the food tasted good, the value was so poor (probably the worst value in Clovis) we would never go back. First off, the employees are extremely rude. Terrible attitudes. You can tell that they do not want to be there. Secondly, the food was absolutely terrible. I ordered a gyro wrap. The lavash was very poorly wrapped. It was extremely loose and it was ripped. The gyro meat had zero flavor. Idk how you screw that up, that's the main focus of the wrap. The sauce was way too much. I'm assuming they're trying to cover for the lack of gyro taste in the meat. I would never recommend this place to anyone for Mediterranean food. For about the same price and much better quality, I'd go to Ark Mediterranean off of Champlain and Shepard. But here, nope. Never again. I didn't even finish my food. Coming from someone who's of Mediterranean decedent, this was probably the WORST Mediterranean food I have ever put in my body. No one should ever come to "The Broilers". We decided last minute to go and eat at this establishment on Friday 8/19/22 around 7:50pm. Don't ever go there before they close! We ordered 2 small chicken salad and a chicken Swarma. This wasn't cheap either, it was $32 plus. Not even 5 minutes later our order was done! Got home and saw on the salad that they gave us half lettuce which was about a cup only and same amount of chicken! Not worth the price! I actually compared this to the Broilers on Palm and Herndon and it was very disappointing to say the least! I think they were cheated us and thought I've never ordered salads before! I decided that this will be the last time will be coming here! The guy was rude to begin with and noticed that they were putting foods in square containers already. Been here many times, this time the portion of the rice was noticeably way smaller than usual. Showed the cashier my plate and asked if this was normal portion size for the rice and she said yes. I've been coming to The Broilers on and off for many years and his one is definitely my favorite location. The food comes out hot, quick and plenty of it! While I've found a couple of the other locations to be a bit inconsistent, I've found this one to be consistently good whether it's busy or quiet. The chicken here is always so well seasoned and it's never been eh for me. I love the Mediterranean or chicken lavash wrap, a soft lavash generously filled with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and garlic sauce. It's one of the cheaper items on the menu at ~$7. The plates are bigger and cost more (near $10/11) but I do plump for one once in awhile - the shawarma plate comes with meat, a little salad and pickles, hummus and pitta bread, and pilaf. So good. Lots more options still to try here - if you're veggie the falafel are so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You'll definitely get your fill here. read more

I don't normally write reviews but felt the need to warn everyone. I frequently go to the broilers Fresno locations and have never had any problems. I came to this location and ordered ahead. The lady on the phone said ten minutes so I headed over. When I got there she seemed to be the only person working other than cooks. I paid and she said something to the cooks pointing at my ticket, obviously nothing had been made yet. That was fine I didn't mind waiting and sat down. While I was sitting I could hear the cooks loudly talking in Spanish and using many cuss words, not very professional. 10-15 minutes later my order was ready. I got a combo plate and a chicken salad. When I got home they had forgotten my dressing for the salad. The chicken wasn't thinly sliced like normal but rather thick, dry chunks. The salad had maybe 2 pieces of chicken and some lettuce thrown in. Not the usual onions and tomatoes and lots of chicken. The chicken in the plate was also terrible and cut into huge chunks. The beef in the plate was just tiny scraps that were over cooked. Pretty disappointing Morale of the story, don't go to this location. The food isn't good and staff is unprofessional. read more

The bread was also great. Thick and soft. The bad: I typically love shawerma but theirs just doesn't have any crunch.
