She was absolutely amazing in every way. She went out of her to welcome our friends from Japan, talked to them about how special Phillips is and recommended just the right dishes to them to maximize their visit to Phillips and Maryland. They enjoyed the Crab soup, appetizers, platters and topped it off with some Smith Island cake which she rightly explained was the national dessert of Maryland. To make sure everyone could have a taste of the soup she brought tiny cups so even the kids could have taste. The gorgeous weather played a major role in how electric the atmosphere was, and the outside patio was jubilant and filled with patrons. Now for me the raw oyster tower selection pushed my experience over the top. The oysters were fresh and chilled to perfection.
