When I saw this was some of the best fried catfish I have ever had I mean it. I gave a small piece to my daughter (9 years old), who typically does not like fish. Well she liked it so much that she ended up eating a whole fillet. My wife ate most of the potato salad that came with it. I wished I had gotten a double order because I barely had any for myself.
