A solid choice for a nice dinner. It's a calm ambiance, very good fish dishes that didn't leave me feeling too hungry nor too full. Service was kind.

Calamari

Decent overall. Bartender was our server and was quite impatient, always running off. Seems they should have another server and just have him at the bar. Fish chowder and calamari are good. The pappardelle seafood was too soupy.

My first time here for lunch with two women friends. We shared a bowl of lobster bisque and I agree with many other Yelpers now: it's a must get. Lots of lobster chunks and while it has cream, broth is lighter, perhaps due to a tasty lighter broth mixed in. The clams over pasta was the garlicky classic. Two of us tried the flounder special, over a bok choy salad with lots of crunchy texture. Inventive. In terms of ambiance, a cute little place. Our server was ok; hard to get her attention at times. But we had a nice conversation with her at the end, when most other diners had left. For us, it was a nice lunch place to catch up! Spent over two hours! I started with a Snowy Owl martini (just ok) and then a nice oaky chardonnay. Their wine list is good. My friend liked their lychee cocktail.

We have always had amazing meals here and great service! It's a small place but feels nice and cozy. I most recently had the Sea Trout, which tasted a lot like salmon and came with sunchoke and farro with mushrooms. The duck is always great, the linguine and clams are delightful and the lobster dishes are a must. Can't really go wrong with any of their seafood! And they're open for lunch too, which is always a nice option.

When you take a vacation by yourself because your husband is golfing every day during golf season- you look ok for local. Small restaurant with a small bar which made this very appealing. Sat at the bar for dinner and enjoyed a very well made cocktail. The clam chowder was somehow elevated! And as a sucker for fish and chips this did not disappoint. I would be a regular here if this were my stomping ground. When in Brewster or nearby - stop in. Do not miss the hand crafted cocktails.

Interior/bar area.

Came here for dinner on Wednesday night with a party of 7 (some of which are very picky)…read more The ambiance was nice, busy, lively conversations and big screen tvs throughout restaurant. We were able to make a reservation a few hours before we got there and were seated right away. Our table ordered a variety of dishes; for apps we had calamari and chicken wings (crispy and with a delish garlic/parmesan/cilantro sauce) that we also dipped our table bread in. For entrees, we had the star of the show, the mocajete dish, steak tips, chicken caprese dish, chicken parm dishes, scallops w/pasta and salmon and risotto dishes. All were delicious and devoured. The service was good and tap water taste a little different, not sure if that's a Cape Cod thing. The entrees did seem to take a little long to come out and not all at the same time. All in all, everyone was happy with their dish. Highly recommend this place.

I did takeout here when it was still the pandemic days. The lobster and clams linguine was generously portioned with a full lobster, lots of clams, and an abundance of linguini. The fisherman's stew was chock full of fish and other seafood, with a flavorful and briny broth. I came here for in-person dining recently and it seemed like the portions were smaller than before I suppose it's shrinkflation but not the most pleasant. The shrimp scampi was fine but nothing to write home about. I think the best part was the pasta, which was homemade. The seafood bowl special had scallops on the half-shell but they were definitely bay scallops, which was disappointing. Service was prompt and friendly. The restaurant is not a bad choice but if you're here on vacay, you can (and should) find something better.

Start to finish, one of the best meals I have ever enjoyed. As others have said, you'll want…read morereservations during the summer season. We dined outdoors in the early July evening, and the atmosphere was perfect. Our server struck the perfect balance between friendly/casual and attentive. Spinnaker offers some fun cocktails, and a tight and focused wine list. A Greek salad (different, with a creamy dressing) was a nice, fresh starter. The bolognese was practically life-changing, and also a balm for my pasta soul, coming a few weeks after a very disappointing carbonara. I'd have a hard time ordering anything else on a return visit, though there are so many tempting items on this menu. The short ribs were also a standout here, with a variation from the typical takes. And then there was the bread pudding. Again, practically life-changing. Do not skip this dessert. We do not live anywhere near the Cape, but if we're ever back, I'll certainly make a return visit a priority. Just wow.

Standout dishes were the bolognese and the caramel bread pudding. The chickpea fritters were also excellent, and a special shoutout to the fresh complimentary bread served with olive oil; it was a great way to start. The Caesar salad was good, but nothing particularly memorable. We visited to celebrate my mom's birthday. They added a candle to the dessert we ordered, which was a nice touch, but there wasn't much additional acknowledgment of the occasion. If you're looking for a restaurant that goes above and beyond for special celebrations, this may not be the best choice.
