Neither one knew how to print anything in their printing department and tried to het me to use their clunky do-it-yourself printers. Every time I go there, terrible service, really terrible service. Walking out today I was thinking 1) I won't be coming back, and 2) when they go belly up, no one will be surprised. If you need something printed, go down to the Little Old Print Shop on E. 20th. Really nice folks and they do great work.

My wife is Russian/American and had some legal documents that needed to be copied. While there I asked Jen about a picture I had of my passed dog Noah. I'd called a local company about making an enlarged print, they'd told me it was not good enough quality. Jen gave us her e-mail address and when we sent it to her she said she could make a 36x24 non pixilated photo of it. The print is great, sharpe and clear!

Obviously the USA Federal Government doesn't give a damn that banks require that debit cards are only sent to street addresses, not to overpriced P.O. Boxes. I'm cranky because my bank checks are being returned weeks later and so is my debit card. The people of Jackson, Wyoming are not insisting the Post Office deliver birthday cards or Christmas presents to their children? Santa doesn't know! Grandma's wheelchair parts are going to be returned. The entire world outside of Jackson is unaware that mail cannot go to local addresses, and will be returned. Mail from your long lost high school sweetheart will be returned. You will not be notified. As far as I'm concerned, Jackson, Wyoming is the most American town there is and the Washington scumbags should quit treating it's people like a rodeo cowpie. The US House of Representatives is Constitutionally empowered to establish Post Offices and Postal Roads. It should be easy to get legislation to establish a working Post Office before Christmas. This review is for the passport services. We dealt with employee Lisa. We showed up on time for a…read more10am appt and waited about 10 minutes, which was fine. We had everything ready including photos and docs, but there was an error on the application so we had to fill that out again, which took about 5 minutes (so 10:15 now). Lisa said we would need to reschedule our appt since she had another appt every 15 minutes and she didn't know how long it would take to get back to us. My wife pointed out that we were on time at 10am and if we had started on time at 10am there would have been plenty of time to get everything done in our 15 minute window. Well Lisa DID NOT like that kind of insubordination and started acting pretty nasty towards us. We were pretty frustrated but decided to wait since we were there with all the stuff and didn't want to come back. After about an hour of processing other people Lisa told us we were "lucky" she decided to fit us in. After everything was done I asked her for a copy of completed application, and she refused. I explained one might need a copy of State Department requested more info etc. I was not asking them to make a copy, just wanting to take pic on my phone so I had a record of what we submitted. No joke, Lisa said I was being an "ass." We had never raised our voice or called anyone a name during this whole thing, so her comment was pretty outrageous! So if you decide to go this post office be prepared to wait a LONG time then be cussed out for trouble.
