Crawfish are always market price. The whole Shabang seasoning is the best with any shellfish. The catfish basket and the bang bang shrimps are always a good option too. One neat trick I learned today was to add squeezed lime juice into the salt/pepper cup to make a sort of slurry to then dip your seafood in...genius! Me, my nephew and his mom decided to get messy with a crab boil for the first time tonight. I've never done one, at least not to my recollection, and I thought it would be fun to try something new for my birthday. I invited the fam & my nephew was a natural! I love this place you can never go wrong with a classic. I took my girlfriend here for our first year anniversary and she loved it. The food is great I mean who doesn't like seafood boil, and the service is great and quick too always making sure you're ok or if you need more. The ambience is nice I like sitting on the side booths so people don't stare at how messy I can get lol. My only complaint is not against the restaurant but the corporation itself. With seafood boil being so common now this place is pretty expensive I stopped coming due to prices when there's other equally great seafood spots for cheaper. And no you can't say it's the market price because I haven't been to another spot and spent over $100 just for two while getting the same amount of food if not more at the new spot. It gets really busy Saturday night, so come for dinner at least an hour early to get in the waitlist! More expensive than other seafood boil chains (like 1lb of snow crab is always 2 leg clusters at Kickin Crab, but only 1 cluster here) but the food was still decent.
