She connects with you and makes you feel comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable and helps guide you in the direction you are looking for. It is a large room. They also have other practioners that have offices on the inside of the room as well. The store is awesome. So many herbs! They have a huge variety of dried bulk herbs. We walked into a clean establishment where they offer smoothies and teas, and all the healthy things you could want to snack on. We didn't catch the employee's name, but she answered our questions and was friendly. I decided on the Blueberry Lemon Smoothie and I forgot what work daughter got, but we tasted both and we loved how they were tasty but not artificially sweet. We also tried their peanut butter bites and those were delicious! We definitely felt zero guilt and the fact that our smoothies had protein in them was enough reason for us to go for a return visit in the near future. Prices are not bad, and there is ample parking behind the building (none on the street in front). I'm excited to try more of their goodies because I can feel good indulging in anything here. Of all the Sprouts locations I've visited in the Valley, this is where I've felt the most comfortable and received the most help finding what I need. Joey knows the vitamin department like the back of his hand. He always has a smile and takes the time to help with every question I bring him. When an item was out of stock, he even called other stores and helped arrange for me to pick it up elsewhere. He makes me feel valued as a customer, and I hope management recognizes the difference he makes. Jacquelyn greets me with a smile whenever she sees me walk through the door. Her positive energy and professionalism are impressive, and I've noticed the leadership she shows when working with the cashiers around her. If she isn't already a lead checker, I hope she's considered for that opportunity. On one visit, she noticed that an item I was buying looked dated and brought it to my attention, potentially saving me a return trip.
