They were a delight to work with: they listened carefully to what we wanted, checked in with us frequently to make sure we were happy, and made the process of delivery and setting up super-easy. It's far too busy (for some unexplainable reason) at peak times, the prices are appalling, the service slow and the food mediocre at best. This mediocre food is really what saves it from the two star treatment, as given the limited amount of local lunch time options, this still remains an option. Sadly. Though, if you are happy to eat only cakes for lunch, maybe this is not such a bad thing. As the cake selection is definitely the best thing this bakery has going for it. Therefore, I'd recommend this for a quick in and out job in order to pick up cakes for a leaving do or something along those lines. However, do try and time it well as you could end up at the back of a long and very slow moving queue if not careful.
