Considering what it is and where it is, this is a solid choice for night time outtings. There was karaoke on Friday, so entertaining if you're into that. As soon as I sat at the bar, my husband with grey hairs in his beard and me clearly over 21, were asked for ID by a male bartender that looked no more than 19 yrs old. No problem, it's the law. Terrible service from start to finish. We told the waiter as soon as we arrived that we'd be sitting outside and asked for menus. We waited nearly 10 minutes and nobody ever came out to greet us or take our order. We finally moved inside hoping we'd get some attention, but after another 10 minutes we still weren't acknowledged by anyone and we never saw the server again. My husband even went to the bar to try to get the bartender's attention, but she disappeared for several minutes as well. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating, especially because this was the only restaurant open and available at the time. It completely ruined the vibe of our night when we could've gone somewhere else instead. Avoid this place if you expect even basic customer service. read more

We ordered a Rueben, side salad, chili and chicken wings. All of these items exceeded my expectations. The side salad was larger than expected and the lettuce tasted fresh, not like a bagged lettuce. My husband and I shared the Rueben and the meat was amazingly tender. The sand which was so good! I ordered chili which was made in house and had a very rich flavor. I loved it! All the food served to us was so good and did not seem like the typical bar food. Our server, Kyley, was so sweet and helpful with the menu. There was a small misunderstanding with my order and she got it straightened out for me immediately. She was very efficient and a pleasure to interact with. Very sincere and helpful. I would not recommend coming here. We as a party of 8 struggled to get in at other places so we just came here instead. It took an entire hour to get food after being seated. Our table was sticky when we were seated and it took 10 mins to get seated with no one else waiting in front of us. We were stuck waiting for almost 45 mins for our food and the place was not busy at all. The poor server just kept coming over to our table checking on us even though we had no food. We rolled in kind of late (8:15pm) into Blue Ridge and the restaurants that were open were not seating any more guests. The nice waitress at Masseria told us to try The Blue Coyote. We went and they were opened late and sat us right away. Our waitress was very nice and got our order right away. We got Wings and a Turkey Club sandwich and split them. The food was good and we would visit again next time we are in the Blue Ridge area. The prices were reasonable. read more
