Very nice upscale place to go dancing. The drinks are excellent. Everything's pricey parking is 20. It's a nice place.

Seyara is the best server I've ever had. She made me feel at home and as a member of her family. I could not have had a better time!?

Our server, Camille, took our order and then would disappear for 30+ minutes at a time. At one point, when we asked where she had been, she simply said she was "walking around." Her overall approach to serving us felt extremely nonchalant and inattentive. The atmosphere also made us feel as though the level of attention you receive depends on how much you're spending--particularly whether you're purchasing bottles. The servers seemed more focused on creating a bottle-service experience than providing attentive restaurant service. It gave the evening a very transactional, "pay for attention" feeling rather than genuine hospitality. What really sealed the experience for us happened after we had already paid our bill. A host approached our table and essentially said, "Can you leave now? We need to seat someone right now." There was no gracious transition, no "thank you for dining with us," and no polite explanation--just an abrupt request to leave. For a restaurant with such a beautiful ambiance and good food, the service and hospitality were incredibly disappointing. Guests should feel welcomed and valued from the moment they sit down until the moment they leave, regardless of whether they're ordering bottles.

This was my first experience with Credence and the atmosphere was new, modern and a little noisy. The lunch gnocchi was my first experience with gnocchi (in particular cornmeal gnocchi) so I have nothing with which to compare; I would probably not have it again but it wasn't bad. I have had plenty of beet salads and this didn't make the top ten. The grilled tuna salad my husband ordered rated a 0 on a scale of 1-5. The tuna may have been grilled as advertised, but there was no evidence of it, and there was absolutely no taste to it. I would have expected there to be some seasoning, but again, no evidence. The green beans were so crunchy they might as well have been fresh-picked and the sauce over the snow peas was so tasteless, Ranch dressing would have been a huge improvement. I could only eat one, and I really like snow peas. Until they get a better chef, I will not be returning.

The ambiance was beautiful too, and the speakeasy was such a fun bonus. The monkey bread was the perfect way to start ! Warm, soft, and dangerously easy to keep eating. The baked potato was probably one of my favorite sides; it was super creamy with this crusted layer that basically melted in your mouth. The NY Strip steak was perfectly seasoned and definitely lived up to expectations. The branzino was fresh and cooked well, but the seasoning was a little too subtle for me, so it didn't stand out as much as the other dishes. I also wasn't a huge fan of the cabbage. Overall though, Credence absolutely delivered. Great food, great service, beautiful atmosphere, and plenty of dishes I'd come back for.

Giorgio's is one of two restaurants located in the beautiful Hotel Granduca across from Uptown Park. This is a very nice and upscale property with both valet and self parking available. When I made the reservation I initially chose inside dining but after arriving we decided to take advantage of their offer to sit outside to take advantage of their lovely patio by the pool and the very pleasant outdoor temperature that evening after a nice rain. We were seated near the door where the pianist was playing nice music inside that allowed us to enjoy it. Giorgio's HRW 3 course dinner this year was $39 and I ordered the Burrata Panzanella Salad as my first course followed by Cavatelli Bolognese for the second finishing with the Flourless Chocolate Cake for the third. While waiting we were brought some bread along with trays of peanuts, potato chips and popcorn which was a little unusual but no one complained about free food. I must say that all of my 3 courses were excellent tasting. The Burrata salad had a large serving of the above named cheese with fresh tomatoes, olives and ciabatta bread that was cool in temperature and I could have eaten another serving because it was so good. The pasta bolognese was equally delicious except warm in temperature with the Akaushi beef making a delicious bolognese sauce over the cavatelli. Finally the cake was fresh and full of chocolate flavor with berries and Nutella alongside a scoop of rich vanilla ice cream. This was a perfect finish for what was a fine meal. The outdoor setting was also perfect and one that I wouldn't hesitate to repeat. So why do I only give 4 stars? For some reason not understood by anyone in our party was the fact that this entire experience took us 3 hours from being seated to paying the checks for our 3 course dinners. They didn't appear to be too busy that night so I'm not sure why it took so long. Our group did enjoy our time together and filled it with good conversation but still this dinner should have taken at least 1 hour less. Talking about a slow relaxed pace for dinner....this was a little too slow. I would still be happy to return.

It was a bit disappointing, but it was my fault I should've actually confirmed that they still have…read morea bunch of spread instead of à la carte menu items. We shared the sliders and charcuterie board, and both were great for snacking while having drinks. I do wish the bar had a little more variety when it came to specialty cocktails. For a rooftop bar with such a great atmosphere, I was expecting a more creative drink menu with more options to choose from. And it was bar service only, no wait staff. Between the city views, sunset, and intimate setting, this place is great for a date night spot. I'd come back for the views and vibe alone!

From the moment we arrived, one employee was unnecessarily rude and confrontational toward my friend while checking IDs by saying "are you going to show me your ID or not?!" Later, she grabbed my friend by the arm and made comments like, " Are you ok? Are you sure? Yeah, because I don't play that." When we were leaving, the same employee confronted my friend again simply because my friend looked at her. My friend tried to walk away and get into the elevator, but the employee followed her inside and cornered her. Instead of removing the employee or de-escalating, security blocked the rest of us from entering the elevator while our friend was being confronted. The employee tried to claim that my friend was "trespassing" which made no sense because we were all leaving. We repeatedly explained that we were only trying to get our friend out of the situation, but security did nothing to help. The employee continued following my friend even after she left the elevator. Like I said, disrespectful, aggressive staff and security that seemed completely clueless about how to handle the situation.

Atmosphere is casual, service…read moreis friendly, the vibe is definitely Viking (and from what I have heard, it's really popping during brunch!). We came on. Friday after work during happy hour and the prices could not be beat, especially with their lobster bites (was sitting at about $30, and we got them half off!) Drinks were fantastic! I selected the "Golden Cadillac" that comes with a miniature bottle of Grand Marnier inside of it. Very good. My company decided on an array of appetizers for his "main course", while I went with their Fried Salmon (served with Mac and cheese, and collard greens). Omg! So tasty! The pepper was prevalent throughout, but it did not over power the flavor! I make collard greens at home (and learned from one of the best), and even I found theirs to be pretty good! My company selected fried ribs, along with the lobster bites, and crawfish queso dip, and their wings! I tasted what he got, and we both agreed that the wings were "off the chart" delicious with a beautiful straight off the grill smoky flavor! So good that he got another order to go! Lol. What made our experience there amazing was our server Ray (Rajean = think "the 90's TV Show "Living Single"..."smooches"!)...she was the best!! From her hello, to walking us through the menu (as first-timers), her recommendations, her energy, her smile, and her being very relatable. Loved her! My only gripe was the bathrooms, the ladies room needed attention (and could use a spruce all around). It doesn't help that it is a bit small, but yeah, they need to focus some efforts on ensuring it's upkeep. As for seating and parking, there is a bar area and limited seating toward the front of the restaurant, but it does extend to back of the house with additional seating. There is also patio seating as well. Because this place seems popular, it is best to reserve ahead to ensure your seating. Parking is very limited! They do however, offer valet (but at $20+). There is off-street parking, but be careful since this is a residential area and nothing is secure. All in all, I really had a great time and left with my belly full! Definitely worth checking out! What was lost is now found! Enjoy!

Thumbs Up: The rooftop lawn and garden are beautiful and provide a relaxing place to enjoy the city skyline. Thumbs Up: Portions of the rooftop are dedicated to gardens that grow fresh produce, adding a unique touch to the space. Thumbs Up: I can actually see my home from the rooftop. Thumbs Up: I've watched a few rooftop concerts from my balcony. Thumbs Up: As an added bonus, it's always entertaining to hear some of my neighbors complain about the "noise pollution" during HOA meetings. Living Downtown comes with unique advantages and occasional inconveniences. If someone can't tolerate city life, they may be happier living in the suburb provinces. Thumbs Down: Access to the rooftop is sometimes restricted during seasonal events and special art installations. I understand the need for ticketed events, but I wish general access to the public spaces could remain available whenever practical. Thumbs Down: I am able-bodied, but I couldn't help noticing that rooftop access appears difficult for visitors who use wheelchairs or have mobility impairments. The elevators are not easy to locate, and several were out of service during my many visits. Improving accessibility would make this space more welcoming for everyone.
