The pasta was cooked al dente but with no salt so it too had no flavor. The chicken tasted like frozen chicken and I was afraid to eat it as some of it looked like it wasn't fully cooked. They had honey corn bread minis so we wanted to try them as well with a jam spread and butter. They were really good. They don't take your bill when you're ready to check out. For entree I chose the pappardelle bolognese - house made fresh pasta , Italian sausage and short rib ragu with ricotta cheese. Needed a bit more of the sausage and short rib but still very good. My wife had the shrimp Alfredo. Very tasty as well with plenty of shrimp and another delight with the house made pasta which takes it to another level. A surprise was that the tails were already removed from the shrimp to make it easier to enjoy. For dessert we'd share the chocolate peanut buttter mousse cake! So rich but so delicious!
