Love this pet store!…read more I wish I had known about them sooner. I usually go to Petco or Petsmart to get pellets for my parrot, which I'm not a huge fan of. I did a search one day trying to find another pet store nearby, and Mayo's came up. I gave it a shot, as it was only 7 min drive from my home. What an awesome pet store! The guy at the counter is so nice and friendly. We got to chatting about his two beautiful birds (Baby and Breeze). Baby is such a character--I almost burst out laughing when she started kissing her own reflection in her little mirror. Can't wait to run out of food for my parrot again. lol

I mentioned this, and the store told me that this company offered a life time warranty and they could fix it for free. Great, I thought, as I have another one even older that is also broken so I brought it in. They repaired the first one, and told me that the second one was so old that the model had changed and they couldn't get the parts to fix it. So they gave me a brand new one, not under warranty - just gave it to me for free. I was stunned. This level of customer support is amazing. This is my go to store from now on for all things bird related. And by the way, very helpful and knowledgeable staff, happy to answer questions about different species of birds and the best way to attract them, etc.

I was not disappointed, they had exactly what I was looking for, and the quality looked to be excellent. They even gift wrapped the package, which was quite large. Ahh the pleasure of shopping locally. I have no idea where else I could have found the feeder, and the gift wrapping was the cherry on top. Unfortunately I've been conditioned to shop the big box stores, I'm positive I would not have found this anywhere else. Very positive experience, the owner and staff were really nice people. And my very special great niece, and future great nephew were very pleased with the gift as it matches their new house perfectly. Please note: This is a real review and not some friend of the owner or store. I know I always wonder about a ringer when I read a very positive review. This is not one of those!

We hosted my daughter's 8th birthday party at Sweet Meadow Farm after reading about how amazing…read moretheir birthday parties were and we were absolutely blown away by our experience. From the ease of the booking process to the day-of execution, the entire process was 10 stars. Hannah and her team went above and beyond (which I now understand is their standard MO.) They effortlessly managed all of our decor, seemlessly and joyfully wrangled 12+ children (and twice as many extremely excited adults.) The experience was educational and extremely interactive (We decorated mini horses! We held/pet so many incredible animals! The kids rode unicorns!) Even the coloring pages had our daughter's name printed on them. There was not one aspect of the day that felt like an after thought. The attention to detail and the care they show is so amazing. I really can't thank Hannah and her crew enough for hosting (far and away) the best birthday party my daughter has ever had. Core memories were made by all of us.
